We emailed customer yesterday and notified him that seat will be going out this week and in his handsHe stated as long as it goes out and he has it, we will be all good

This guy is a crook, dishonest in all ways and has stolen my money and time I ordered a roof for a UTV and he was a good salesmen and once he got my money he turned He did not return phone calls, emails, text messages Then he claimed he was behind, his suppliers were behind Then he would tell me it was going to ship and that it did ship but never did I also purchased lights from him and he has never shipped them or contacted me about them He stole $from me He did end up shipping the roof but I have not installed it yet as I was waiting for the lights I fear that the roof will not fit but I will soon see Please someone put him out of business or behind bars I wish I had researched him and his business before the order, now that I have, I see this is his typical business model

As I told customerOnce we receive insurance payment from freight company we will be sending a check for the damages caused by themI am still in the process of getting claim filedWe apologize about the roof arriving with damage and we will see to it that customer's disputed damages are refunded
in full in the next 2-weeks
