John, We recently lost of our welders for a period and one is out permanentlyWe are a little behind bit will be sending refund

I am rejecting this response because:First the carrier has no record of any claim being filed so no payment will be coming from them Second the roof was recieved without rear lights as ordered as well as being damaged I really dont think the damage was done during shipping I have requested a full refund like their website says but I get no response.I just want my money back like his website says and his web sits says they will pay for shipping on returnsThis company is a fraud, many, many people with the same issues

We had mailed check, the reason for it not arriving is the question. We have agreed to resent a payment via a trackable method (i.e. UPS, FedEX, or USPS Priority) today. We will be sending customer proof upon sending out so there is no question(s) or doubt.

Texas-Outdoors was informed they will be held to the two week time frame as promised and if they cannot fulfill the order to fully refund the amount paid.

We would be happy to ship the seat. Why it has not been shipped and received is inexcusable! Please allow us to ship and deliver a high seat immediately. We are very sorry for the delay/communication issues.

I got the product , And feel lucky I did they have issues following through with what they say they will do when it comes to shipping product to you. Also they don't accept credit cards so you have no recourse with them.

I am rejecting this response because: I am the consumer who filed complaint #[redacted].  Nick, the business owner, said he would refund the undisputed refund last week.  He did not....

 I had been waiting to see if this would really happen, when it did not, I went back to the Revdex.com site to comment that no refund was ever issued so future consumers will be aware that Nick is very dishonest and does not do what he says he will, but the case was closed.  I would still like to post that Nick did NOT pay the refund.THANKS,[redacted]

We will be sending a refund for sound bar shortly. As a business we have been going through some tough times. We are doing everything we can to get to the right means of providing excellent customer service. We know we still have a ways to go, but we will get there.

We will be sending light bars out today. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival. We apologize about delay.

Money has been refunded to customer. Mr. [redacted] has received check and cashed confirmed by my bank last Friday.

Communicated with customer and apologized for lack of communication. Explained ot was peak season, however no excuse for not updating him. Told him his order would ship within 2 weeks.
