We have sent a check 1 week ago yesterday for accessories missing off of Mr. [redacted]'s UTV custom metal roof. He did not wish to wait, therefore we sent him a refund. Thanks, [redacted]

We just contacted dealer and asked if they would like windshields or a refund. We wont have any instock until next week and we can ship at that time.

We are nearing completion of top. We have been behind and we do apologize about the delay on this.

This guy is a crook, dishonest in all ways and has stolen my money and time. I ordered a roof for a UTV and he was a good salesmen and once he got my money he turned. He did not return phone calls, emails, text messages. Then he claimed he was behind, his suppliers were behind. Then he would tell me it was going to ship and that it did ship but never did. I also purchased lights from him and he has never shipped them or contacted me about them. He stole $650.00 from me. He did end up shipping the roof but I have not installed it yet as I was waiting for the lights. I fear that the roof will not fit but I will soon see. Please someone put him out of business or behind bars. I wish I had researched him and his business before the order, now that I have, I see this is his typical business model.

We have had basket complete. We did not have boxes specific to shipping baskets out. We should have just made one sooner and mailed out. We apologize about delay in shipping and will send out ASAP. Mr. [redacted] should receive basket by mid week.

We settled this and refunded customer partially for missing items. We apologize about this experience and inconvenience.
