The behavior of your hostess and manager is despicable. When I first arrived to their empty Friday's with about four patrons inside, I was told it was a 25 minute wait because there was only ONE server. Me and my spouse decided to wait because the fridays was empty and we would get fast service...... WRONG. firstly, I seen the last four people inside walk out so I sent my spouse back into the Friday's to check on the time. It's still a 25 minute wait, after already waiting 25 minutes. Also, the ratio of diverse staff here is next to none. They are treating their own customers weird and making them feel like an outcast. Once I asked for the manager, he didn't really care to make our experience better. I don't know his gender pronouns if he's a He or a She but Her name was "Jordyn" I ask for a business card so I can make an complaint but no avail. After 1 hour of waiting and still no food we got up and took our business over to The Outback Steakhouse directly across from Friday's in the same parking lot. If you sit and look at your reviews for this location you would see the management and staff are horrible people with horrible service!! I would love to give this location another chance but that would mean being treated like less than a human. I'm warning all of my family , friends and co workers to never patronize at this location again!!!

Ordered food never received cant get my refund. Multiple attempts waiting for over 1 month .
On july 2nd I ordered for delivery for me and my daughter. When I placed order it said pick up instead. I immediately called and spoke to a manager and they cancelled the food being fixed but they haven't given me my refund. I have called every week asking about this and they say its submitted. I called corporate on july 15th. They found order and said they would submit for a manager to call and get this resolved. No call. I called week later and they apologized again and said this would be resolved. Today is August 5th and no refund. No call and I still dont have my money. It was in Indianapolis on 38th st. 58.15 might not be much for them but its everything to me and my daughter. They have my name and number and email. But not refunding my money is not fair to me. I never had their food before and my daughter wants to eat there in the future. I cant get to CEO, but I guess they might know. I'm just wanting my money for ordering wrong.

The Hostess and the Manager Marcos did not want to serve me and my daughter due to the coronavirus, and the kitchen. We stayed until they served us.
My daughter and I arrived at TGI Fridays after 10:45 PM. Two hostess told me that it will be 45 minute wait because they were at full capacity. However, we saw two people leave and there was a table available for my daughter and I, to sit down at. The hostess kept on saying that is will a 45 minute wait because they were at full capacity, but I told her if two people left and me and my daughter took their table that will still within capacity. And at this time it was already 11:13 PM and they told us verbally that they closed at 11:30 PM (which sign says they close at 1:00AM) and 10 extra people just left while we were still waiting. Therefore, I asked to speak with the Manager Marcos. Marcos stated, " If my servers are ready to take more customers than they will serve you." I just told Marcos that I wanted a drink and the bartender came out with the cook to say that the kitchen was backed up (which has nothing to do with a drink). Then eventually they escorted us to our table at 11:15PM.

I expect the business to apologize for their unethical hospitality and false advertisement of their business hours.

June 6, 2020 an order was picked up for a Million Dollar Cobb salad and Fried Shrimp. After getting the order home, the Coleslaw that was part of the Shrimp meal was spoiled (foul smell). I contacted the store and spoke to Chris and she asked if I wanted another side. I answered her no, but that I will return the coleslaw so she can smell it. When I returned to the store, Chris asked me again if I wanted another side, I replied no that I would not be eating it. However, I stated she could offer me a gift card. She went to talk to her manager. Her manager relayed the message through her to me that he was not authorized to provide me with a $10.00 gift certificate (the amount her manager suggested) and that my information would be passed on to the district manager who would be appearing on Monday, June 8, 2020; that I would be contact then. Chris noted she had a copy of my receipt that showed my phone number and the district manager would be contacting me. At the time of this writing, no one has contacted me. It was an inconvenience for me to return the spoiled coleslaw and it would have been an inconvenience for me to have to return just to pick up another side if I had choosen that. I returned the coleslaw so the TGI Fridays' staff can witness the smell.

Other (requires explanation) I am requesting a refund for the entire ticket total of $28.69 for both meals since I had to return either way to pickup an alternate side, but especially because the district manager ignored my complaint and chose not to contact me and yet to dismiss me.I do not want it in a gift card because I plan not to tender business with TGI Fridays any more and do not want to be beholden to reconciling the gift card back into this business.There is no excuse.

I ordered ordered food to curbside pick-up. After returning home and unpacking the food, I discovered one side dish, macaroni and cheese, was laden with mold and the 1/2 gallon of sweet tea was not sweet.I called the restaurant and was given the choice to return for a replacement plus 2 complimentary desserts or receive a voucher by mail for an undetermined dollar amount.The meal I ordered was for a family of four. I opted to return for a replacement side so I would have enough food to feed my family. First of all, we were leery of consuming any of the food, after my return trip, the remainder of the food was cold. No one ate and the food because they were afraid of food poisoning and the food went to waste.I reached out to TGI Fridays vi their contact us format to file a complaint and request a full refund of $50.50. They responded that I would hear from someone within 2-3 days and that has not happened.I have pictures of the moldy food as proof.

I ordered food online through TGI Friday's website. As soon as I clicked order it said to call the local store for order pick up time. I immediately called, within 2 minutes of ordering. I told the store I wanted to pick up the food at dinner time. The manager told me it was too late, the food was already on the grill. I asked to cancel my order. He told me it was not possible and he was very rude. I immediately called corporate. They were very nice and told me they would refund me my, $64.19 with 3-5 business days. This was all on April 1. It is now May 11 and I do not have a refund. I have emailed multiple times and the only response is someone would be calling me. Finally someone called and they told me it would be sent to the leadership team. I asked to talk to the leadership team, but was told it is impossible. They could not tell me when I could expect the refund or what I could do if I do not get it. They tried to give me $70 store credit, but I just want my money. I feel like they are hoping I forget about it. I have exhausted all the ways to deal with this company.

Food ordered and advised were not popular foods items as normally sold from chain-different foods/watered sauces, and over inedible and disgusting.
Was in area and decided to order to-go. When called to order foods, asked employee if they had JD Strips/Sampler and sauces as I had contacted on location and they advised of a shortage due to the pandemic so thinking the store had an abundance of foods/sauces TGIFriidays is famous for, I was glad and expecting the foods. My order included JD Sampler w/regular order of fries, and the JD Strips w/2 extra sauces.
Once I received my foods, they were hot and I suspected were what I was wanting so I tasted and highly upset. My chicken tenders were not strips, some were the boneless chicken bites and they had a dark sauce with green garnishes sprinklings, my shrimp were not the norm of the shrimps TGIFriday serves as they were the shrimp that is sold in the freezer section at grocery chains, and my ribs were redhalf cooked and dry. The extra sauces I ordered/paid for were water; it tasted like sewer water, it was filmy like it had been mixed with water and oil to stretch and the onion bits which are normally in the glaze of the sauce were not in the sauces or on the foods I purchased.
We are going through a semi-crisis period and having restaurants sell foods that are not as requested and far from that of the norm as the've always advertised are deceitful and no differently then those whom sell things/provide for their own profit/ profit-gouging is illegal. I paid for foods that I had requested and did not get what I paid for.
A complaint was submitted on the same date I purchased the foods and I've yet to hear from anyone at the chain. I've been a fan of TGIFriday's since opening and my family and I are military and traveled all over and to know the store in Camp Creek, GA is being deceitful and highly unethical.

I would like to either have my monies credited back to my account for the purchased items or a store credit in the amount that I paid. Acknowledgement of the issue would be warranted as this should not be standard practices of the business or any business as it relates to providing ill services/foods to customer during these difficult economic time. It's ideal to advise customer's of low supplies instead substituting items for below-standard menu items that are a representation of the company.

Experienced unpleasant, unprofessional, embarrament on my birthday February 22,2020.At the Tgi Fridays in creve couer, MO.
I have tried to reach out to the company complaint department twice. They send me an email telling me someone will reach out within 2-3 business days still no avail.
On February 22,2020..my Birthday I a reservation online u Der the name *** my best friend. I'm *** I had a reservation for 10people. When I arrived at 7pm I with my party there were tons of people waiting and I was told I would need to wait awhile bc there were several groups waiting. When the manager came to speak to us she stated you all didn't take reservations on Saturday and it should have been blocked online. However it was not and it was her responsibility to get us seated in a timely manner she did not! We finally sat around 8:15...our waiter did not come to the table til 15mins later to take our drink orders! It then took another 15-20mins to bring our drinks out.. She then took our order we did not get our food u til 9pm! Remind you again we had been there since 7pm and we had reservations! I'm very very upset. When our food finally arrived after 9 some of the meals had to be re warmed as they were cold! My bill was $50.00! And they didnt make my order correct the first time. I experienced a horrible time and embarrassment on my birthday at this establishment. I would really like something to be done about this.

I was at Friday's in oaklawn illinois I was charge for drinks that was not mine. My 12.99 meal turn to 13.39 I was with a party but had my on server
I was charge for drinks that was not mine. Over charged on my meal. I was with my job party but because I was late I had to seat by my self and have my on sever. Friday's sever added the other table drinks and sever charge to my tab. They claim that's what they do. I do not drink alcohol beverages so why do I have to pay for them. They did not remove these items from my tab.

My sons card was charged for a party of 15 people and it should not have been. This caused him to have NSF (x2) Fridays refuses to reimburse.
On January 18, 2020, my family and I were @tgifrdays celebrating my nephews birthday. Well Kenny left before everyone else because he had to work. Well it turns out they charged his card for everything that was ordered. In turn this caused him to have a NSF fee due to the amount of the bill for 15 people. Well I've spoken with management there and this has been an ongoing issue since january 21st. They don't want to reimburse him for his fees when it was an error on their part. So today the manager tells me that they need his bank statement to make sure that he wasnt reimbursed by his bank. Ive sent screen shots of where the overdrafts occurred. Now they want my sons personal banking information which will be a no. And furthermore you think I would be wasting my time sending you stuff and emailing you if they returned his money?? This issue is not resolved and he still was charged $70.00 by his bank who would not reverse the charges.

I had two TGI Fridays gift cards. I use one without issue but was told the account was closed on the second. I contacted TGI Fridays to inquire as I knew the gift card had never been used. They said the card had been used in Port Charlotte, FL. I responded that I have never been to Port Charlotte, FL. They asked for pictures of the gift card which I provided along with other information but now recieve no response. This was a $25 gift card.

Ashley *** is the worst "service manager" I have ever came across. I placed a online order at 7:15pm, in which the online site let me know my food would be ready at 7:43pm. After arriving a few minutes after the ready time I had to wait another 10 minutes before being helped due to the hostess taking phone orders. After letting the hostess know I was there to pick up food, she went to the back to grab the food. When she came back to the front she stated it was still not ready. I only ordered salmon, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. By this time it was 8:15pm and I asked to speak to the "manager." When Ashely the "service manager" approached me, she was rude and displayed a nonchalant attitude. I let her know this is unacceptable and that I ordered my food an hour ago. Her response: "Just because you order online does not mean we are going to make your food first." "We have nothing to do with the time they give online." I was shocked and appalled at her response. There was no apology or anything to satisfy this situation. I asked for a refund and was told she would "call it in" since it was an online order. Once again no apology or anything. As someone who has previously worked in the restaurant industry I would have never spoke to a customer in that manner.

Hi. I went to the TGIF Friday located in Allentown PA on cedar crest. This option was not available when I was trying to select the location. We went to TGIF on December 19th got my husbands birthday. The hostess sat us down and it took about twenty minutes before I went back to the hostess and asked if someone was going to acknowledge that we were here and ask us for our drink order. She got the waitress, she took our order and it took another twenty minutes for us to get our drinks. The manager came and asked if everything was okay and my husband told him what we have experienced so far and he said she is knew and we said okay, then someone should be assisting her. Our appetizers came and salad came out same time as our Meal. Dressing on the salad was not good we mentioned that to the female manager and she said oh other people have made the same complaint, like it's citrusy. I said yes and she said well I'm not sure when the dressing was made. Our appetizers were cold. Our experience was horrible from the moment we arrived. I called corporate and they had the manager call me. It was the same guy manager we felt with that day. He turned the entire situation on us like it was our fault but not expressing more about how we felt that day before we left. We spoke with both mangers the day of the service and they should should have taken it upon themselves to comp our meal. He said he would send us $50 ecard and we still not have not received. We paid $135 for our meal and it was not up to par. I would like my full meal reimbursed.

I wish I had taken a picture of the burger my son received it was totally black and my wife's alfredo came with shrimp ( shes allergic) after requesting no shrimp bonus we got a beard hair after we asked for a new plate that was simply taken back to the kitchen and had the shrimp removed:/ the plate was no longer sizzling and the patrons sitting next to us commented that the kitchen just removed the shrimp and added a over cooked piece of chicken where the shrimp had been. After waiting 40 minutes for the food that was trash. My meal was fine but, I was one of five in my family. Two meals literally burnt black and one with hair and a potential allergic nightmare. We are not people to throw fits and mistakes happen but, after my youngest son turned his quesadilla over and it too was burnt I was angry. Had to then wait 25 more minutes to speak with a " manager" named Lindsey who, according to the server (whom was very nice btw) was fresh out of manger training told my wife that the kitchen did not add shrimp just extra chicken until our server corrected her. The manager would not let us speak and then stayed away "fixing" the bill. The result was over $50 bucks for ribs, wings and drinks for five people. Only I ate and the family wasted an evening waiting for *** service and even worse food. I hope someone will reach out to make this right, highly doubt it. We will not choose this location again. Happy 2020:) were really not negative people it was just the worst food/ service from a chain restaurant I've ever had. Cheers!- the $100 is for family time wasted, disappointing experience, frustration. We ended up spending $60 and 1.5 hrs and only 1 person ate. Server was nice and we tipped $10. Went to TGIF Saturday December 21, 2019 to celebrate a bday. From the moment all 9 of us walked into this filthy establishment the lack of customer service skills and accommodation for a disabled young man in a wheel chair was appalling. We sent to sit in the 3rd floor and talked to very rudely by the so called host who shoved the young man in the wheel chair and two others in a very small elevator. The host at the 3rd floor had no customer service skills and the utensils were dirty with food. We requested to speak with management and was informed by the host that he would not speak with unhappy customers. And when the assistant manager and the manager showed up they were rude, disrespectful, dismissive and arrogant. They stated that they would take care of the bill then gave us a $400 bill, the food was cold and thrown together. After requesting to speak with the assistant manager again, he stated that he could not give us the food for free and that he would deduct 40% and only did 20%. How does an establishment with so many bad reviews and complaints still remain in operation. I am requesting this establishment be closed down.

They are violating truth in advertising laws. They have several items on their menu that state items come with and then they make you pay extra.
I ordered a southern fried chicken sandwich and a center cut with shrimp. The waitress gave me onion rings instead of soup and said that the soup would be extra, but in the menu it states that onion soup comes with the meal and then she gave us a sirloin steak with a separate order of shrimp because that's what's in the picture on the menu, but I specifically pointed to the center cut with shrimp. There isn't even an option for sirloin with shrimp meal on the menu. Those items have to be ordered separately and only pictured together.

I went to TGI Fridays for dinner. I paid my bill with a credit card (total was $36.09 - I still have my receipt) but on my credit card statement I got charged $324.73.

So I tried to call the restaurant and got no answer. Then I tried TGI Friday's corporate HQ; I found their website, but there was no phone number listed but you could do an online form submission. So I filled out the form on their website, submitted it online and asked them to contact me (via phone) to discuss the billing problem. That was probably 3 weeks ago (or more) and I've not heard anything from them.

Talk about lousy customer service. So here I am now filing this complaint. Maybe they will respond to the Revdex.com. It would be really nice if, at the very least, they adjusted the charge to what I actually owe, and then maybe something extra for the trouble I've had to go to just to TRY to get this resolved. Look, I know mistakes happen, but when I try to contact you to fix a mistake and I hit a brick wall...that's what really gets to me. Otherwise, there are a lot of other restaurants in Dallas, and I know a lot of them treat their customers much better than what I've experienced here.

We had lunch at this location. We ordered from the lunch menu 3 items for 12.99 including a drink, appetizer and main meal. We waited for over 20 minutes to get our appetizer, and 15 seconds later the main meal came. We had both 1/2 slab of ribs. We received 4 ribs each. A pig has 16 ribs, so a half slab should be 8 ribs. This is false advertising. It should say 4 ribs not a 1/2 slab.

Embarrassing situation / overchaged from managers understaffing
Am a longtime fan / customer of TGI Friday's but our attempt at lunch at your 6424 Carrier Dr., Orlando, FL location fresh from the airport after a long day of travel was an extreme failure across the board. On 11/27, there was one waitress appx. 3:30PM, there was one waitress serving every table in the restaurant and the bar. It was amazing. It took 45 minutes from the time we were seated for the drinks and appetizer to be served, never mind the meal. Was overwhelmingly dissatisfied and the waitress explained the reason why - she (***) was the only server, there was one cook, and a new manager that wouldn't leave the office. I appreciated her honesty. She said she was on the phone with the corporate office, and the only reason she didn't go home when her shift ended a couple of hours earlier was because she loved job. She said we would be credited the app and drinks on the bill as a result of the ridiculous wait. The meal was fine but also took forever to come when the kids were hungry and just wanted to eat. When leaving, the bill included everything. Not wanting to wait any longer, I just paid it and left. Thinking about it, there's a major learning opportunity here. I contacted Friday's directly under file #XXXXXXXXXA and their cut-and-paste response was as embarrassing as whoever made the schedule in Orlando 11/27. They thanked me for providing a "learning opportunity" for them, and that was it, disregarding my request completely.
