Greasey cheese burger ate about Half. Did not pay

Worst TGIF I have Ever been to.Terrible service. East Fowler Ave in Tampa. Ignored, after 45 minutes, water said bartender was making our drinks. We had ordered 2 drinks and an appetizer. Just got up and left. Cant even give it 1 star ( but it makes me)

So freaking delicious! Loved this place is awesome

Please advise which location this is for? We are a franchise group with stores in [redacted] Thank you

Better Business Bureau: [redacted] at this business has said she would send me out a gift card as well as $in gift certificatesI waited two weeks and still it did not arriveIt doesn't make senseShe then said that she would send out another set of gift cards and gift certificatesThis time I asked her to provide me with a tracking number which she didThis tracking number however does not show up in any carriers tracking service so I'm starting to get a bad feeling as to whether either sets of cards were ever even sent out Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer Service was horrible from the time we walked into the restaurant As soon as we walked into the restaurant the Greeter whose name was [redacted] walked past us a few times and as an elderly couple came in behind us she came back to the front to greet them and sit them downWhen she finally came back to us we were telling her how many people would be joining and asked if we could get chips and salsa at our table she said no we could tell her what we wanted to drink insteadIt was apparent she was not happy to assist us so we requested another waitress to have us seatedThe waitress took forever to get our order and then when she finally came back of the orders were incorrect and they left off the drink for my grandsons kid mealWhen asked does the kid meal come with a drink she stated "yes, does he want one?" Excuse me? It comes with the meal so yes he wants itWell our dinner is almost done and my grandson still doesn't have his drink, so when asked if he could get hi

We've attempted to contact the guest several times via the phone number left, with no answer and no way to leave a message. Currently waiting on an e-mail response from the guest so we can get more details about the visit.Thank you,

The letter you sent in regards to my complaint stated that TGI Friday's handled my complaint through the Corporate Guest Relations. I have not received any response from TGI Guest Relations. I was informed on 3/24/that someone from Guest Relations would contact me within to 2 business days. Today is 4/4/and as of today I have not heard from anyone from TGIFriday's regarding my complaint

We had a problem with the check and it took about minutes to try and figure the check out and in the mist of trying to sort the check out the manager raised his voice and with a very rude tone he constantly asked about mozzarella sticks and after the 3rd time of answering him we began to become frustrated and he raised his voice and started yelling at us and told the whole party to leave the restaurant and that we were banned and couldn't come backI sat there the whole time quietly so when he told us that we all were kicked out I was personally offended so I offered to pay for mines but he continuously yelled at me and told me to get out

went to TGIFRIDAYS at 410 and McCullough on Saturday with my wife at 1:30pm , even though the restaurant was empty we had a 20 min wait for seating. then the servers and staff were unaware of any specials going on. the service was slow and the food was cold, at one point they brought out one of our appetizers and said the French fries would be out in a minute. 5 minutes later they brought out cold French fries . Needless to say I will not be dining there in the future and I don't recommend that any one else does either
