We have contacted this guest, explained the requirements with Endless Apps and sent her a gift card so that she may come back in. This issue has been resolved on our end.

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They just simply explained that they are a franchise and have choose to charge customers after 10 because they have a live DJ and the cover charge helps pay for the DJ. She also stated I can speak with the manager to let them know I'm just there to eat and not listen to the DJ to see if they will allow me to come in without paying. I explained to her that if I'm there, I'm going to listen because I have ears and I can hear. In return she stated that she understands that, but if I go in and stay for 3-4 hours then it would raise a red flag. I told her I don't want to be on a time restraint when I eat because I've never had a restaurant do that to me. She offered me some coupons and said she would pass my complaint to the manager.

The letter you sent in regards to my complaint stated that TGI Friday's handled my complaint through the Corporate Guest Relations.  I have not received any response from TGI Guest Relations.  I was informed on 3/24/16 that someone from Guest Relations would contact me within 1 to 2 business days.  Today is 4/4/16 and as of today I have not heard from anyone from TGIFriday's regarding my complaint.

Please advise which location this is for?  We are a franchise group with stores in [redacted].  Thank you.

No one in our company has ever been able to get in touch with the guest--we tried the phone number provided and were unable to leave a message, and the email address given did not work.  There is not an employee at the location or in our corporate office named [redacted].  We're not sure who the guest spoke with; however, our company has not used gift certificates in well over  10 years, so we would not have been able to offer to send any out.  Reviewing all receipts for the day in question, we don't show one for takeout in the amount the guest has stated.  Is it possible it was a different restaurant, and not TGI Fridays in [redacted]?

Bureau:[redacted] at this business has said she would send me out a gift card as well as $20 in gift certificates. I waited two weeks and still it did not arrive. It doesn't make sense. She then said that she would send out another set of gift cards and gift certificates. This time I asked her to provide me with a tracking number which she did. This tracking number however does not show up in any carriers tracking service so I'm starting to get a bad feeling as to whether either sets of cards were ever even sent out.

Review: The waiter only came to the table two times. We had to constantly look for the waiter. My aunt ordered ribs which came out burnt and hard. My uncle needed water, which he didn't get until the manager came over. I only had 2 refills after sitting and waiting for over 2 hours. The waitress acted like she had an attitude and didn't want to serve us. The manager was not accommodating, she just switched the waitress. Overall the experience was horrible.Desired Settlement: To be refunded for all charges because the service and food was horrible.

Review: I visited TGI Fridays on Laburnum on Saturday March 12 with my two daughters and was thrown out by the regional manager. We ordered the spicy shrimp and chicken with the shrimp on the side instead of in the plate. when it came the waiter gave us a plate of 6 shrimp I asked where is the rest. he said that is how a side order comes. I advised this is not a side order we didn't want them on the plate. so he went to the back and a manager came out. I said we should have more shrimp than that he tells us that is all that comes with that meal. I said no it is not that we get this meal each time we come to this restaurant. he said over and over do you want to see the recipe I said no. I said this is not customer service. he said again did I want to see the recipe I said no. I asked him to leave my table because he is not giving us customer service. he said I don't tell him to leave. that no one talks to him that way. that I need to leave. that this is his restaurant. now at this time my girls and I have not eaten our food. I said give us boxes and we will go. he said I'm not giving you anything. he took out his cell phone and said leave or I'm calling the police. I asked him for his name he said I don't have to give you anything I am the regional manager here. my girls and I left the restaurant and I filed a complaint that day but have not heard anything back from TGI Fridays customer relations department. There was no foul language or any other actions to warrant the retaliations of this manager. his actions of throwing a customer out of the restaurant because I told him to leave my table is outrageous. he continued to repeat the same thing 'do I want to see the recipe' and I said multiple times no, so why continue to disturb my dinner. At that point I could have chosen to leave and not eaten or continue my meal which is what we planned to do, but this manager would not leave my table. it was like he was pushing his authority of him being right and me wrong onto us.Desired Settlement: TGI Fridays owe me an apology. I have spent money at this location and was treated like a common criminal just because a regional manager didn't like being told to leave a customer table.

Review: TGI Fridays in [redacted] overchanrged me $73.43 when my bill was for $23.28. I asked the waiter to give our table 2 seperate bills and she ends up mixing up the amounts and overcharges my credit card and my friend's credit card. We had to notify the waiter 3 times that she overcharged the credit card.I called them on Monday 12/*/14 and was told that if the transaction goes through for $96.71, I'm going to have to wait 5-7 days to receive a refund which it's ridiculous.Desired Settlement: If the $73.43 is deducted from my checking account I want my money yesterday.

Review: Received an email stating that there was a special that was $10 per person 3 people in our party... for endless appetizers.Our waiter said we could order separate appetizers ...yet not explaining that it was for just one appetizer per person and doubled our offers explain that the kitchen was closing...our waiter couldn't explain why when our bill arrived it was $141...The [redacted] came and said we don't explain anything..but called the cops..three cops one officer says I don't know what happened but either pay or get arrested...My sister who was a member of the party of three went to the bank and paid fully for that meal....it was embarrassing...and meanwhile we did not eat $141 worth of food...most of it was wasted on the waiters misinformation. HAD we were informed of the correct way off honoring the coupon....we would have not purchased that much in appetizers...we would have purchased meals..the staff was uncooperative, rude, and unprofessional and I feel that we are entitled to a refund befitting what we thought was the special and because it was not explained differently at the time we placed our order...Desired Settlement: To be reimbursed for any amount higher than $50...because some of the food was consumed, I'm not trying to get away with non payment, however the police was involved and The Bill paid in full And we were humiliated..We wish full compensation..no coupons or gift cards because we do not wish to go to this establishment or any of their others again.
