Review: My family's visit to this restaurant was flawed from the start (7/**/15; store #[redacted]). It took us 20 minutes to be seated in an essentially empty establishment. All of the food was cold when it was served~we opted not to ask for it to be taken back because it took quite some time for it to be prepared and then brought to our table. Although our server was a very pleasant young man, the manager was indifferent to our dissatisfaction with our experience there that night.

I have attempted both by phone and by email to obtain a response from this business' headquarters since July [redacted], to address my concerns, but I have had absolutely no success at all. I have been repeatedly promised that I will be contacted by the Head of Guest Relations, and no one has attempted to reach me.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from the Head of guest Relations and be fully refunded for the amount of our bill that night ($94.38).

Review: This morning I had placed an order that ended up costing $56.00. I had called it in. When I went to pick up the food I didn't check the order. I paid and left. The girl asked me if I needed the receipt and I told her no and left. When I got home as soon as I opened the order I saw that it was completely wrong. I live pretty close to the location so I went back. By the time I got back there it was someone else doing the carry out orders. They asked what my issue was and I told them the order was completely wrong. They asked me if I had a receipt and I told them the situation about how I told the girl I didnt need the receipt. I asked them if they could look up the order since it was just placed about 90 minutes previously. They said that they couldnt look it up. So I asked to speak to a manager and the manager on duty was very unhelpful and almost made it seem like I was lying. We were at a stalemate where they were refusing to make the order correctly. I was so frustrated I just left the order that was completely wrong on the counter and left. I have never had such bad customer service. It wasnt like I way lying. I mean I had the order that was wrong in my hand to show them that it was wrong. The location was [redacted] and the phone number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a gift card for the $56 that was essentially stolen from me and honestly I feel like I should be given something extra from having to go to the location twice and was made to feel like a liar by the staff.

[redacted] at this business has said she would send me out a gift card as well as $20 in gift certificates. I waited two weeks and still it did not arrive. It doesn't make sense. She then said that she would send out another set of gift cards and gift certificates. This time I asked her to provide me with a tracking number which she did. This tracking number however does not show up in any carriers tracking service so I'm starting to get a bad feeling as to whether either sets of cards were ever even sent out.

No one in our company has ever been able to get in touch with the guest--we tried the phone number provided and were unable to leave a message, and the email address given did not work. There is not an employee at the location or in our corporate office named [redacted]. We're not sure who the guest spoke with; however, our company has not used gift certificates in well over 10 years, so we would not have been able to offer to send any out. Reviewing all receipts for the day in question, we don't show one for takeout in the amount the guest has stated. Is it possible it was a different restaurant, and not TGI Fridays in [redacted]?

Review: my wife and I went for dinner on friday **, she place an order for the steak and lobster dinner, she was serve the steak and was told the lobster was cooking, after about 15 minutes the server came and told her they were out of lobster, the total price for the dinner was $26.00, they charge us $18 for the meal , what we think was unfair, we spoke with the [redacted] in charge ([redacted]) and he said there is nothing he could do.Desired Settlement: refounded money, because I was unsatisifed with my meal, not what I ordered.

Good Morning. I usually go to TGIF at the [redacted] plaza twice a month with my husband and Children, never had any problem that I could have to complain about, were always very pleasant. This past Sunday [redacted] I went there with my family. The server was a bit "rough",not disrespectful, but was not nice at all. He trew my kids drinks in the table, making a huge splash. no silverware or napkins were brough to us untill we requested, like 20 minutes after our arrival, I asked for a Passion fruit with [redacted] Slush, and I got a strawberry lemonade, I did not ask that to be changed, everybody make mistakes at some point. our food came 45 minutes after. my husband asked for a medium steak, he got a burnt and dry steak. I asked for a medium rare, and I got a Completely Raw one. we asked for a Parmesan steak fries, and got a Brocolli. (we asked him to change that, he did)some of the fries were burnt, and look like it was old (mine,my husband and my kids)not all of them were bad, so we let that pass. We really love to go to to TGI Fridays, but with a service like this, I dont feel that it was right.Product_Or_Service: FoodDesired Settlement I think it would be fear to get a refund.
