Review: I placed an order for a product in February 2013. I did not receive my merchandise. I have requested a refund via telephone and email on at least 5 separate occurences. The voicemail box for the company is now full. Emails have gone unanswered since 12/**/2013. I would like a refund of my order for $87.45.Thank YouDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of my order # [redacted] for $87.45.

Review: On February **, 2013, I placed an order with Outdoor Nerd for 2 boxes of 22LR shells. The cost was $64.90.

After a few weeks of waiting, I called customer service just to check the status of the order. A man answered and said they are filling the orders as they can in the order they were received. I should receive mine in September 2013.

In October I called several times but got no answer. I emailed again saying that I would like to get the ammunition, but if that could not happen I would like a refund. Later I received a terse answer saying that they did not have the information to give me a refund. But they did not offer a way to get the refund done.

I have called and emailed back several times, but I have been ignored. I have not received an email or gotten them to answer the phone.Desired Settlement: If the company cannot ship the merchandise, I would like a refund of the $64.90 that I paid them in good faith.

Review: I placed 3 separate orders with this company almost 6 months ago, and have been told my orders would ship at 3 different times and never have shipped a single item. They charged my credit card immediately for purchased items and shipping charges on all 3 orders. I have emailed them countless times trying to get my orders filled or a refund, they have responded sporadically with the response of your orders will ship by such a date that never happens , or to call them during the 2 hours a day they claim to be available , which I have tried to call numerous times and can never get ahold of anyone nor do I get a return call like they say. this business has the absolute worst business practices I have ever had to deal with in my entire life !!!!!!!! I do not understand how a business with such terrible service and practices is allowed to operate in your state or anywhere in this country !!!!!!!!!!! They should have their business licenses revoked and should not be allowed to operate anywhere without completely changing their entire business practices !!!!! I have been calling and emailing them since March of this year trying to resolve this , and now I am so far beyond frustrated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: This company is either forced to close or to completely change their practice of taking people's hard earned money months and months before they ever do anything with it other than make more money from the interest they are getting from holding people's money for so many months before they purchase the actual merchandise to fill the orders . they should not be able to charge a single penny until the items have shipped to the customers and their customer service needs to have mass improvements !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I bought a few items from them 07/**/2013 via internet . I received 2 of the 3 items that I paid for using my bank card . The third being a 25 round clip for an AR22 which they said was back ordered . I have called and left numerous messages on the phone and also via email but cannot get in contact with them or get any kind of return message . I would just like to cancel my order and get my money back and if able to do that not cause any more issues with the company . Thanks for your time in this manner . Review: I placed an order just over a year ago on on 3/**/13 and never received the $151.15 of merchandise that I ordered and paid for. I was only sent one email stating that they said it was out of stock and was on back order, and I have been told that someone will contact me Since then I have tried to cancel this order and get a refund but the do not respond back to any of my phone calls or emails. I have emailed over 50 times and called and left over 50 messages and no one gets back to me by phone or email. Their website is still up and running and I¿m afraid that they are still ripping people off. After months of not receiving the merchandise I ordered I started to research on line for other complaints of customers and I found that there were several consumers that had the same done to them like myself.

Review: On March [redacted], 2013 I ordered 3x mossberg 715t Tactical 22lr mag blue 25rd Model #[redacted] @$34.95 each with shipping the total was $123.45. Three times I have inquired as to when my product would be shipped. Twice I have received ETA dates of 06/**/13 and 07/**/13. It has been 107 days since my order was placed I have asked for my product or a refund via email and was notified that they can not process that request to call ###-###-#### to request a refund but no one ever answers the phone and the message box is always full.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of $123.45 the total price of products and shipping of items not received.

Review: We made 2 website orders over a year ago, when we placed the orders we knew that the items where backordered but the estimated delivery was 90 days. They keep moving the estimated time back, and when I have contacted them, they tell me that someone will call me about my orders, but I never get a call back. We would like to just have our money refunded because I do not believe that they will every delivery the items. I have since purchased these items for other companies and I have already received these items months ago. This order was placed on 3/**/2013 - Card was charged on the same day as order was placed.

I have reached out to them by phone and email, and have been told on multiple occasions that my Items will be shipped "soon". Now all reply's have stopped! I have been trying to call the number during the 2 1/2 hour window to ask for a refund. I have left multiple voice mails and have sent multiple emails in regards to my order and have yet to receive a reply. one reply I received was on 9/**/13 from [redacted]. At that time she said I have to call to cancel my order. But I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call back when I leave a voice mail!!

When I placed my order the web page said the wait was 6-8 weeks wait time. (back order)

Now I do understand that there are back orders and things like that that can take longer than expected. I continue to email and call daily. I received a reply again on May [redacted] 2014 that reads:

They told me on the phone that I will get my ammo next month.

I have been trying to cancel the orders and get my money back for 30 days

I have attached the email confirming the sale and the status of the order back in February 2013

I called the company again 2 more times and got the voice mail so I told them that I want a refund and to call me on my cell.

They have not call me on my cell.

I went to 715accessory website and logged in to look at my account.

The 3 orders are still pending with a note that they contacted me. Which they did send me an email a few months ago asking to call them.

Why would they ask me to call them if they never answer the phone during business hours (10AM to Noon)

I have done more than just be nice to the people that own this business for the past 11 months and now I want my money back.

Review: I have been trying to get money refunded on purchase "attempt" from March 2013. I continue to receive "it is on back order" from a CSR. You can only receive a refund by calling and then between 10 AM & 12:30 PM. I have yet to receive a call back or have anyone answer the phone. There are 33 websites using the same physical address. After my order they "updated their website" wiping out all purchase info. I purchased 3, 715T Mossberg 22LR 25 round magazines @ 49.84.
