Review: I have ordered some ammunition from Outdoor Nerd in April 2013. I was given two different dates for an estimated delivery. then I was told that they don't know when it will be in. I've tried contacting them to resolve this issue and I've been getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund witch included shipping cost.

Review: On 3/**/13 I ordered a Mossberg 715T Tactical 22LR Mag Blue 25rd (X2). $93.58 was taken from my account on 3/**/13. I have an email dated 3/**/13 stating the order is processing. On 4/*/13 I have an email about a callback because I had not received the product and says advised of ETA of mid to late May 2013. I still did not receive the product. My wife called again and we asked for a refund. We received a check and deposited fro $93.58 it on 6/**/13. On 7/*/13 my bank withdrew the $93.58 for the following reason Deposit Correction BKRT. When I went to the bank to question it all they could tell me was there was an issue with the check.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to my account plus $10.00 for a check fee that was caused due to this issue.

Review: On March **, 2013 I ordered 2 magazines from them. They were on back-order and was told this product ETA of 6/**/13. I contacted them again saying it now ETA of 7/*/14. 10/**/13 I emailed them again and [redacted] said be patience there still on back order. I've been patience April *, I wrote an email to them saying there site says 83 available and if they were available why has my order not been fulfilled. They have yet to return my emails or call me back. Ive emailed and called once a week from April [redacted] and haven't heard anything from them... I'd like my money back. This is such a disgrace and such a dishonest business that needs to be shut down as they have these issues with multiple customers Ive talked to. There customer service is terrible and money is all they care about!! I have all the emails from [redacted] saved with my order #Desired Settlement: Want my money back..... WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Review: On April * 203 I purchased a 25 round magazine for a Mossberg 715T. They were backordered but claimed that they would be in stock soon. They billed me immediately for $51.54 and claimed they would let me know when the item shipped. Several months later I tried to contact them. They never pick up the phone, nor do they return phone calls. In October someone contacted me to let me know the order was still in the system but it was still backordered. I waited a few more weeks, then I tried calling to have the order cancelled. I emailed from their website, and called several times. I no longer get any response.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back after over a year.

Review: I placed a order back on 2/**/13. I was promised 3 different dates. Now for the past 3 months I cant get an answer or a return email. I just want my money back. Order number was [redacted]Desired Settlement: A full refund not a penny less.

Review: Outdoor Nerd LLC is a mail order company head quartered in [redacted] with a drop ship location based in [redacted]. They claim to specialize in outdoor equipment and supplies with a goal of "[providing] the best outdoor products while providing top quality customer service." They operate under four websites: [redacted] and [redacted] (and possibly more). My experience is with [redacted], whereby June **, 2013 I purchased three magazines for my rifle. At that time they were constrained (industry issue) and the order would be filled when they got inventory. My credit card was charged on June **, 2013 for the full amount. Their policy states that there is no penalty for cancelling an order, but that this must be achieved by calling into their customer service line (which is open only from 10A EST until 12:30P EST - only 2.5 hours, a day M-F). I no longer need this order as I have gotten the products elsewhere, and as such, I have called numerous times, left multiple voicemails with all information as required, and also sent e-mails. I have gotten periodic e-mail responses requesting a number to reach me at and apologizing, and have responded but received no calls. I did receive a phantom call last evening at 11P EST from their number but no one was on the line. I have researched this business and its other "dba's" on the web and feel that it is either a scam or at a minimum very unprofessional. All of my correspondences with them - written and verbal - have been concise, polite, and professional.Desired Settlement: Refund As I have never received the products ordered (the status still indicates backlog pending on their website and my order page), but I have been charged the full amount on my credit card of $70.92 USD, I would like the entire amount of $70.92 refunded to my credit card immediately. I have also reported this to my credit card company for their investigation. If your investigation determines Outdoor Nerds to be illicit, then they should also be reported to the NY Secretary of State's office.

Review: I placed an order for 22LR ammo. It was back-ordered and I was told via email that it would be approx. 4-6 weeks. This was on 6/**/2013. I waited for delivery the full 6 weeks and waited a few more days before I tried to call. I called during their call hours which is only 2 1/2 hours, M-F from 10am to 12:30pm ( when I'm at work ) and only got through to voice mail. They called a couple of days later, while I was at work, and told me that it would be another 4-6 weeks, so I waited again. Six weeks past and no product. I called them again to ask for a refund, again only getting through to voice mail. I also sent them an e-mail for the same purpose. They e-mailed me back and told me that they, (Outdoor Nerd) which is the name under which the produce would be shipped, could not authorize a refund, that I would have to call and talk to a representative. I have called and my wife has called at least two times, in the past month trying to get to talk to someone about a refund and still only getting through to voice-mail. It is now 10/**/2013 and still no product and no refund.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want a refund. It's been 4 months, I have waited long enough.

Review: Never received items paid for. I would like a refund.

Review: Purchased products on 6/**/13 and received partial order. Two items were listed as backorder. The entire purchase was paid for prior to any shipping. The website listed the backorder items as in stock April 2014. Emailed company to check status, received email in May 2014 items were being shipped 7-10 days. Never received items. Contacted the company by telephone and left messages 5 times with no response. Emailed the company an additional 5 times and no response to this point.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or refund of money.

Review: Place an on-line order through company's web site on 03/**/2013 for three items totaling $233.40. Company billed by credit card for the full order amount of $233.40.

Receive 1 of 3 items on/around 03/**/2013 and was informed remaining two items were on back order. Spoke with company representative in early May 2013 and was told one item would ship by the [redacted] of May and the other on/around the [redacted] of May. Having not received either item, contacted company several times by email and voice mail over a period of July through September 2013 requesting to cancel the remaining two items on back order and credit my credit card account. No return call or return email to my multiple requests.

I have made repeated attempts to contact this company to cancel my order well in advance of any back order items shipping, all without a response.

Yesterday, 02/**/2014, I received one of the items that were on back order, almost a full-year since my order was placed. I have contacted the company to explain that I do not want the recently delivered item and do not wish to receive the outstanding item associated with my order and to request a full refund to be credited to my card account.

This company has not responded to my attempts to contact them and had charged my credit card before items shipped. I made every reasonable attempt to cancel the balance of the order and request a credit since I as charged nearly a year ago for items I did not receive over a period of nearly twelve months.Desired Settlement: Full credit for the recently received item and the back order item still outstanding. Shipping costs of recently received item that I wish to return that I tried to cancel five months ago.
