Review: I ordered a product from this company on July [redacted] 2015 and I have yet to receive this product nor have I been able to contact this company I have sent numbers of emails I have called only to receive a voicemail and I have yet to receive any answer to where my package is coming from or when I will receive it nor have I receive any tracking information or the business that they say that my package has been sent from that they say was sent out on July ** 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like my product even delivered or I would like a refund of my money in the amount of $60.99.

Review: I ordered over $100 in accessories for my fiancé for Christmas on 12/**/2014 it is now 12/**/14. Well over a week ago. I've called this company multiple times and got no answer. Also I've sent a few emails and still no reply. My fiancé looked up their reviews and it's terrible, people are saying it's been over a year and nothing it's a scam and we ALL want refunds or the Revdex.com needs to step in and shut it down. I also have emails with confirmation number order id, transaction ID, and my credit card information.Desired Settlement: Full Refund!!

Review: On 02-**-2013, I ordered 4 Mossberg 715T Tactical 22LR Mag Blue 25rd @ $34.95 ea. As of today I have not received them. I was told they were on backorder and that I would receive an email when they ship. Never got that email. They charged my debit card to save me a spot in line for the backorder. On their website it no longer says that they're on backorder. It says they have 45 available. I have emailed the company numerous times. They got back to me once, saying,

We are currently updating the site to better serve you during this time you will not be able to access the site. Our techs are working as fast as possible to resolve this

I understand your frustration, however it is our distributors that gives us the ETA however, I have checked on the status of your order and it is on back order, based on the time frame that this order was placed you are looking at an ETA of 6/**/13.

We have a list of back orders. Once you place the order you are put on the list. We ship in chronological order when the items comes in. we charge your card first to ensure placement on that list. Once we get them in they will ship out and you will be notified via email. Once the order has shipped the status will change from "Processed" to "Shipped".

You may certainly cancel, unfortunately I am unable to cancel your order as I am only able to answer general questions regarding orders or items. Please call Customer service to have it done . You can reach Customer Service at ###-###-####, Mon - Friday 10am - 12:30pm EST The customer service rep will cancel your order and issue a full refund. There is no penalty or fee to cancel.

I apologize again for any inconvenience this has caused."

I called during business hours and it goes straight to voicemail. I call during non-business hours and it rings then to voicemail. I tried to login to my account and it says account does not exist. Now I have no way of knowing the status of my order. I have the emails, receipt and bank statement to backup my claims.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: On 03/**/13 I ordered 3 items totaling 97.85 & 20.95 shipping & 3.56 handling fee = 122.36 from this online store. Order # [redacted]. As of the filing of this complaint I have not received anything from them. I have spoken to them 2 times, they told me that the items were on backorder. Now 13 months later I have not received any part of my order and do not get any response from them via email or phone. I have tried numerous times to contact them but their phone rings no answer or goes to voice mail.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in total from them.

The Attorney General of New York should investigate this fraud company. Possibly a Class Action Lawsuit candidate.

This company has numerous complaints against them, shut them DOWN before more unknowing consumers lose money!

I realize the amounts are small but this company continues to defraud more & more consumers all the time.

Review: Ive been sending emails since I received the magazine I ordered on 11-**-13.

I finally spoke to a rep ([redacted]) on 12-**-13.

I Explained that the 30 rd magazine only holds 20rds.

He told me to send a picture of the mag which I did later that day, I haven't heard anything from anyone since.

I filled the mag to its max for over a week and its still the same.

This mag is not holding more than 20rds.

Ive tried all the option available to reach someone for help including Email and Phone. I looked at the link that the rep ([redacted]) sent to me and I tried all of the suggestions that was given and I got the same results.

(at this point its the principle. "No customer service")

I didn't have a hard time purchasing the product and I shouldn't have such a hard time getting this simple issue resolved.Desired Settlement: A Refund or someone to replace the product with the correct item.

Review: Parts were ordered in Feb. of this year and never shipped. I contacted them and was told my parts were on the way, three weeks later no parts. I called and could not get anyone to return my call. I contacted my credit card company and they billed the charges back to them. Someone from their company disputed with my credit card company and told them the parts had been shipped. The charges were billed back to my card and the next week I received a package with half of my order. I contacted the company again and no returned calls in May,June,July or August.Desired Settlement: Issue a credit on my credit card.

Review: on march [redacted] 2013 I purchased a magazine for my gun. they said it was on back order and I had to pay for it if I wanted to reserve one. at the time they told me a couple of months to receive it. in June I called them and they said they were filling back orders as soon as they come in in the order they were purchased. in October I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund. they said they do not keep any bodies credit card info and if I wanted a refund I had to call their office between 10 am & 12:30 pm est. I tried with no response. then I got sick and the holidays came. so on 1/*/14 I called and left a message that I would like a refund and call me, on 1/**/14 I did the same & on 1/**/14 I called them and told them to stop ignoring me so then I sent email below:

hello im starting to get upset I have left 3 messages 1/* 1/** & 1/** it has been 10 months you have collected interest on my money and countless other people. you are still selling back orders?? you told me you would refund my money if I called during your hours. you wont answer in person and wont return calls on Friday 1/**/2014 im going to file complaints with NY Revdex.com, Mi Revdex.com and post a review for your company. I will also talk to the credit card co. to have them look in to you.

I feel they are selling a product that they have no intention of delivering just to get the interest off every bodies money. to this day they are still selling back orders for the same item to me they are committing internet fraud and theft.Desired Settlement: a refund and some one to look in to there online sale practices

Review: I ordered magazines for a rifle that were on backorder but supposed to have had a shipment coming in a couple weeks. The website did say it could take 8 to 10 weeks and that you would be charged for the product then to be on the waiting list but you could call if you wanted off the list and they would not charge you. Just call customer service. I didn't really want off the list just an update because it has been almost 4 months but nobody ever answers the phone and voicemail is too full to leave a message. I have tried to call several times with no answer during the couple of hours they are supposed to be open. So I am beginning to think they have no intention of sending product ever or refund.Desired Settlement: I prefer product but of course I would settle for refund. I don't mind waiting but would like to know how long. As I stated I just don't trust them now because they never answer the phone. I would really appreciate them answering the phone like they say they will for me and every other customer that might want to cancel their order. Like I said I prefer to get what I paid for and have waited almost 4 months to get.

Review: On 3/**/2013 we ordered some ammo from this online retailer. We knew it would take a while to receive the shipment and were willing to wait. To date, we have not received the shipment. Emails and phone messages are ignored. The order number was [redacted], and the amount was $259.80.Desired Settlement: We desire a full refund. Since the card we used for the purchase is no longer valid, the refund will have to be in the form of a check.

Review: I placed an order with this company in March 2013. They have claimed my product is on back order, but I cannot get a response from them to cancel the order. They have already charged my credit card and it does not appear that I will ever receive my order. I have left numerous voice mails and emails with no repsonse from any one.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled and my money refunded. They should not be charging any one's card until the product is being shipped.

Review: completed online purchase on 4-*-15. Approximately five days later email was sent stating item was on backorder with delivery date of 4-**-15. I have called twice and left messages and sent two emails asking for status of order with no answers. Review: I ordered a gun clip from this company back on April [redacted], 2013 and understood that the product was on back order. I was charged $49.34 on my credit card back at the time of order (15 months ago) and I still have not received the product. The only way to contact them is by their phone # ###-###-#### between 10am and 12:30pm Monday through Friday. I have attempted to call them 100s of times in the last 12 months and they do not pick up and I've left several messages asking them to call me because I want to cancel my order and get credited for the expense. Review: I ordered items in on March ** and March ** of 2013 totaling over $200.00 and have not received the items. I have called MANY times and email MANY times and my latest attempt was to send hard copy mail letter requesting delivery information or process to get a FULL refund on the items ordered. My card was charged at the time of the orders. I can get absolutely no one to answer the phone or and response to my emails. This is absolutely the POOREST customer service I have ever experienced. I have in my opinion, been very patient but it is time for this transaction to be refunded in full.

Review: Placed order [redacted] on 12/**/14. Status showed "processing" for weeks. Left dozens of voicemails and emails, owners don't reply to either. Made a complaint to Revdex.com, owners changed the status to "shipped" on 01/**/15, but I still haven't received the merchandise. Review: I ordered multiple items online from this store back in may of 2013. I still haven't received 3 of the items. I have written multiple emails and keep getting just a generic computer response that doest resolve any of my issues. All I want to do is cancel my order and get a refund. I have also called customer service at least 300 times during their supposed operating hours. The phone just keeps on ringing and then I get an answering machine. Review: I purchased a 715t 6 position adjustable stock from 715T accessories on Oct **, 2015. The total including tax was $64.32. They debited my checking account for this amount on Oct **, 2015. As of 11/**/2015 I have yet to receive my purchase. My wife and I called the telephone listed several times and left messages but received no return call. My wife then e-mailed them and got a reply e-mail stating that it was coming directly from the manufacturer and we should have with 5 - 7 business days. As of today, 11/**/2015, we still have not received it.Desired Settlement: We would either like to have the item we purchased or a refund of our money.
