The basement doctor came out and put mounts up to help my foundation. They were courteous, polite and very professional. Thank you for helping me detect the problem and repairing it in a timely manner

We Hired The Company Back In Fall To Have Work Done On Our House! It was A Totally Nite Mare. The Guys Where To Be Here For 2 Week It Only Took Them 3 Days Which Basically They Rushed The Job! We Have Had Them Back Out More Then I Can Count On My Fingers . Did Inspection In The Pitch Dark! Had To Change Layout Serval Times Because Us As Home Owners Told Them That It Would Not Work The Way They Wanted To Do It! So There For We Had To Prove Are Point Cause They Way They Did We Had Nothing But Problems With . I Would Not Recommend This Company To Anyone! They Did Not Listen To Any Of Are Concerns That We Had. The Last Year We Were Making Our Payments And Job Was Not Even Done Yet Nor Done Right!

Hired the Basement Doctor two weeks ago to fix a bowed basement wall. The repair included excavation work that took a total of three days. The crew that was sent to my residence was nothing short of excellent. I actually enjoyed have them at the house. They were respectful and hardworking and professional. The crew chief was easy to work with explained every step that was taken and was very knowledgeable. No worries about the clean up after they were finished as they took extra steps to leave the site in excellent condition. I made a good decision with going with the Basement Doctors vs some of their competitors. I would highly recommend them for your basement repair needs.

The basement doctor did a great job in our basement. They were professional, courteous, and worked in a timely manner.

They came when they said they would & finished in 1 day. The piping was done well but I will have to hoe down the mounds of dirt to flatten out. The downspout did not get some screws put in & the wind blew it out but Scott came out & fixed it for us which was very appreciated. The guys cut our cable line & swore they didn't. We found where it was cut & called *** who came out & ran a new line.

The Basement Doctor Team is extremely professional, considerate, and friendly. Charlie, the Project Manager, and Gary and his team were great. During the initial inspection of the basement by Charlie, he noticed some cracks and bowing on the west wall. He recommended landscaping of placing rocks, clay, and dirt to shore up the east and west concrete walls, which might help prevent any further issues. As a retiree and living on a fixed income, I really appreciated his recommendation to keep the repair of my basement within my financial means. Before the team started the process of removing the remaining fiberglass insulation in the crawlspace, applying the disinfectant and epoxy on all of the walls, including the crawl space, they explained the process, the time involved, and asked if I had any questions. The two basement window wells also had to be replaced, which included covers to prevent any water from continuing to flow down the west wall. During the process of replacing the window wells, they asked me to come outside to observe and explain the process, and make sure I was in agreement. The majority of the insulation had to be removed due to flooding in the basement in March. There was a noticeable drop in temperature in the basement and on the first floor. After the two coats of epoxy were applied, there was a noticeable rise in temperature. The difference was absolutely amazing. The team did an excellent job cleaning up the basement after everything was done. I am so well pleased with the team and the job they did. Thank you so very much.

After buying our home we discovered some issues with our basement that wasn’t discovered during the 2 inspections. We decided to call the experts and Basement Doctor delivered more than we expected! We ended up getting all down spouts and 3 sumps connected to drain away from the house with new lines. Windows installed, and a dehumidifier system installed. We are very happy with the work that was done, and with the crew that showed up to do the work! I would highly recommend this business, they offer the best warranty in the business.

We called the Basement Doctor to repair a leak in one of our basement walls. Scott *** arrived at our house to make an assessment and provide an estimate. We decided to not only have Basement Doctor repair the wall but also install a window well for our backyard basement window. Santos C was assigned our job. He performed a preliminary job inspection two days prior and then arrived on time on the scheduled day to do the work. The finished project is awesome. The hole in the wall is securely repaired from both the inside and outside and the window well looks great. We are very pleased with the end product. Both Scott and Santos were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Each performed his job well. In our present climate, both acknowledged the precautions they are taking to keep themselves and the customers’ safe and more importantly, each followed them while on the job at our home. We would recommend using the Basement Doctor for leak issues in a basement or if you need window wells installed.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Jameson and his crew were absolute professionals. They came in, did the job, and left. They were extremely friendly and willing to answer all of our questions.
We HAD some pretty severe foundation issues. The fix included installing piers and pillars. We also had them install a new downspout drain, and encapsulate our crawl space. This only took them about 3.5 days.
My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they did for us.
Side note: I highly recommended a crawl space encapsulation. It's noticeably improved the air quality in our house and as a bonus we have extra storage space.

Thanks too the basement dr team putting in my new sump pump and drain system you guy did an great job in not so great conditions and with the coronavirus going around you came in to my home with full face respirator that my wife and I really appreciate since I'm dealing with cancer . I would recommend you to anyone that ask.and since we had a lot of rain the same night we dodge a bullet

They were very helpful at solving our problems. We had several other companies to solve the wet moldy basement problems but they were the only one to fix a problem we inherited by buying a nice, older home in a nice area. They also fixed some other problems we had due to the work they had to do, with no extra charge. They do a great job and at a reasonable price.

From the beginning estimate through the completion of the project all persons were attentive to our needs. In the estimate phase Robert got our input, answered our questions, and gave us several options to address the problems. This included them doing the drain system, waterproofing, stabilization with beams, sump and backup battery, and gutter drain. An estimate from another company said I had to hire a plumber to move the water heater and an electrician to run a line for the sump. Scott the crew foreman went over all the details in our pre-work visit. Carpets, floors, stairs, walls, and stored items were all covered and protected for the 3-day period. The work went smoothly as different workers coordinated to complete their parts of the project. Scott and his crew kept us informed as the work came to a successful conclusion. The basement looks like new and the drains and sump are working well. I would recommend The Basement Doctor for all of your basement needs. Their attention to details and their friendly and professional attitude are to be commended.

I have used The Basement Doctor in the past and have found their work to be both within reasonable costs, and exactly what was needed to solve the problem; this time was no exception. Zach and his crew did a fantastic job. I received a call each morning letting me know they were on their way to my house. When they arrived, they were polite, friendly and got to work right away. At the end of the work day, Zach would show me exactly what had been completed that day and what to expect for the next day. The completed project exceeded my expectations. I have a 100+ year old house. The basement walls were in bad shape, with crumbling and bowing evident. Now, I have a much improved space that I no longer dread going into. Everything looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend The Basement Doctor for any basement project; they're the best!
