They did a great job and my husband and I are glad we chose them to fix cracks in basement walls.. Basement Doctor was professional, hard working with the anticipated excellent result.

They were great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. They found the crack in our basement and repaired it very quickly! Santos is the man!

From the beginning to the end of this project the people of Basement Doctor were excellent. Ryan carefully checked and diagnosed our problem. He explained the needed repairs thoroughly. Each day the crew lead by Jamison called to let us know when they would arrive. They kept us informed of everything and answered our questions. They were very clean when they came to work on the inside. The result as an extremely high quality repair both inside and outside.

I recently had to have some foundation work done on my house. I called The Basement Doctor because I have used them in the past and was satisfied with their work. Every member of their team I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Work was done efficiently and the cleanup was well done. Zach, Matt and Christian did a great job accommodating my busy schedule and still making sure everything was done on time.

Had a sump pump and battery backup installed on a Friday. The installation wasn’t completed properly, so I called early the next morning. Since it was Saturday I wasn’t expecting a resolution until Monday, but my project manager addressed the problem immediately (in the middle of Basement Doctor’s company Christmas party no less!) by arranging for an emergency technician to come reinstall. All issues were addressed that morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the ultimate outcome (thanks again Charlie and Justin!). Fantastic customer service!

They are honest and give EXCELLENT service! I was pregnant, and about to deliver our second child when our basement required a complete overhaul. Basement Doctor sent out two crews and bent over backwards to complete the job prior to my newborns arrival! We have nothing but fabulous things to say about them!

Just from the start the project manager Jesse which handled all the details from finance to lay out of the job was great and if I had a question all I had to do was call and he would handle it . Great service. When it comes to the work crew led by Jamison and his crew I can't say enough about being on time and when they started work they worked until done.These guys are amazing and they know just what to do and they clean up after the job is done. If I have any problems in the future I will be calling these guys. Thank you for every thing.

They gave us a price and they did not change It when we told them we were getting estimates like another popular competitor of there’s did. They also did not try to sell us more than we wanted or needed for the repair. In fact when they gave us options and we picked what we wanted done in accordance with what we needed, that was it. No pressure to add anything. They were not the lowest price, however they were honest and did exactly what they said they would do.
And it has been worth the price. This is a business where you will get what you pay for and I have heard from people hat had other companies do the work and had to have it fixed with in a year. They said they call the Basement Doctor to have it fixed correctly.
It was a great experience from the estimate through the final inspection.

The initial inspection and execution of my project was done in a very timely manner. Everyone I encountered from the company was friendly, kind and worked hard to make sure I was informed and my home was cared for. Ryan and Gary were both very helpful!

The guys that completed our work were so professional. The great service all started with my initial phone call...to the guy that provided my estimate...and ended with the workers. They did an awesome job replacing the underground drains out to the street. They thoroughly cleaned up everything and covered up the new drains very nicely. My yard doesn’t look much different than it did before the work was done. I would highly recommend The Basement Doctor.
