Sooo in LOVE w this company and their clothing. Absolutely in love and happy with my purchases ??

My order came through on perfect timing was not late or anything the clothes were just as pictured on the website and quality seems perfect and great. I had been wanting to order this company is close for a long time I finally did and I am not upset that I did sometimes online companies can be scary to order from but I would definitely recommend this one I trust them completely

I got a cute bodysuit a year ago and shipping did take a while but was so excited when it arrived. Was super skeptical about ordering them at first when I found them on facebook. But so many other ladies confirmed it was a good brand so I took a leap of faith. Was not disappointed!! Bodysuit fit incredible and still does a year later. Quality is good too. Just be patient with shipping. We get accustomed to fast shipping and that wont always be the case with all companies. The wait was worth it in my opinion.

RIP off. No response to emails. No product after 3 weeks (not even a shipping confirmation) do NOT waste your time. All of the other one star responses are accurate. This company's half *** responses on her are a clear attempt to cover up their crappy business/customer service. If they want better ratings they need to stop suckin ***. Sucks to suck Bralette

Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong item and still haven’t responded to my emails and Facebook messages in regards to returning the item and getting the correct item. I needed it for a photo shoot and now it’s far too late. Also, it’s past the 14 day return policy they have. I don’t even like the item they sent, so this really was an unfortunate situation and experience.

THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY! I ordered WEEKS ago! They were quick to take my money but I still haven’t received my order. Ive emailed them multiple times and haven’t received any responses. Worst experience, by far!

This is false. The item has already been delivered and within the timeframe as stated on our website. Shipping and delivery alert notifications went to the email address provided. We appreciate constructive feedback from our customers but we do not "steal money", nor is this review truthful.

They were very attentive to me when I messed up the color ordering, so hopefully when it arrives, it’ll be the correct colors like they say it will be! I’m excited and can’t wait to receive the 2 colors of the straps suit I ordered!!!

It didn’t fit and they allowed me to return one and exchange other for a bigger size thanks for making it easy for me

I ordered a signature padded bralette and a strappy bodysuit from them in July and couldn't be happier! I received a notification that my item had shipped a few days later and it arrived the next week. Awesome quality for the price! I can't believe these other reviews I'm reading, sounds like people looking for problems. I've referred all of my girlfriends and family who have also been happy with The Bralette Co. I definitely will be ordering from them again!

I really wish that I had taken a look at the reviews on here before placing my order as it would have saved me quite the headache. Also, it should have been a red flag that they have removed all reviews from their facebook page. Immediately after I placed my order I responded with an email (they said that this is the best way to reach them and there is no customer service number) asking for an estimated shipment and or arrival date as there was no sort of indication as to when it would arrive. I received no response so.I sent another email. And another. And another. And another. Afrer five emails and a facebook message all went ignored I finally sent and email saying that I would like my order cancelled and my money refunded or I would be reporting to the Revdex.com. FINALLY received a response. The email said that they could not refund my money as the order had already been "processed and shipped." I believe this is complete b.s. as I never received a shipmemt confirmation or estimated arrival date. I responded asking fornboth and (shockingly) have not received a response. Complete sham of a company. It should not take a threat to report to the Revdex.com to receive a response after multiple attempts to contact! Do not waste your money or time, just another scam of an internet company.

We are not a scam at all. You received your merchandise in half the time as stated on our website. Please understand that after initiating an online order, you may or may not be able to cancel. You were provided with the return address to send back the bodysuit for a full refund and did not do so.

I ordered two bodysuits for a photo shoot I have coming up. I ordered over three weeks in advance based on their website information. I reached out to the company through email twice and on *** once. I have yet to hear back from their customer service. The bodysuit I received fits great but unfortunately, I won't have the other one in time (not even sure if I will ever get it from other reviews). If I don't receive it by the end of June I will be working with my credit card company to get the money back. I have saved all emails and confirmations to prove that this company is incompetent.

I’d leave zero if I could. You cannot get a response from anyone at that company. I waited over a month for my product (even though I got a shipping confirmation, it sat at the same place for weeks), didn’t like it when I got it, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so just chalking this one up to a loss. They delete all negative comments on their social media and don’t post the negative reviews on their website. Shady.

I’ve order from them twice now and love it! I received my bodysuit a few days after ordering. The clothes take longer to ship so a lot of these reviews I feel are unfair to the company as they give you two weeks. Great quality and customer service. Patience is a virtue!!

I purchased 2 items for the bralette co online. The shipping information given to me by the bralette co said both items we're in the package & shipped together. I received the package on Saturday April 13th and only one item was in the shipment. I got an email from the bralette co saying both items we're delivered in the shipment I received. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email, ***, & *** comments and have no heard back. I want the second item I purchased or a refund for that item. My order number is #***.

This is for my complaint #***. The company has reached out to me last night 4/19/19 and is isssuing a refund.

I’d leave zero stars but unfortunately you can’t do that. I had zero response back from the company after contacting them on multiple forms of social media and email. My visa was charged and after weeks of waiting I still haven’t received anything in the mail. No shipping confirmation at all. I don’t even think this is a legitimate company.

I ordered two bralettes and one bra/panty set on January 14. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation within a week and emailed their customer service with my order number and concern on January 21. The next day I got a shipping confirmation for half the order (shipping from China, so I totally understand the delay in shipping) and a second shipping confirmation on January 23. However, that order is still marked as "pre-shipment" in Washington. I wouldn't have an issue with this, but the return policy for the bralettes is within 14 days of purchase, so even if the items magically show up today I'm outside the return window.
Oh, and I haven't heard back from customer support, either. I understand a few days to reply, but nine days is kind of ridiculous.

This is not accurate. Returns and exchanges for most items are allowed within 14 days of the items delivery. Customer also received her items within the timeframe outlined on our website, which is 2-3 weeks.

I ordered two bodysuits from this company before Christmas and have yet to receive them. I emailed the company in an attempt to find out where they are and they responded with ‘it was delivered Jan 11. Call Canada Post’ and nothing else. I responded to the email asking for additional hel and they have since started ignoring any attempts to contact them. I tried using the tracking number, and calling the postal service which provided no additional information on where my products are.
I’m very disappointed in both the customer service, the fact that I spent money and have yet to receive the goods I paid for, and the fact that they refuse to respond/ reimburse me.

This order was declared delivered by Canada Post. Customer needs to follow up with her local post office with the tracking number for more information.

Worst customer service I ordered a bodysuit on January 3, 2019 and still have not received it. Today is January 21 2019. I sent two emails to find out what is going on with my order number and no response. They have no phone number to talk to a live agent either.

We received one email from this customer yesterday afternoon (has not even been 24 hours and this review was posted). Please allow time for a response. Our website clearly states that orders take 2-3 weeks and not to place an order if you cannot wait for your item.

I have emailed as well as *** this company asking about the status of my order four times and I have had zero replies and zero help. I ordered my item on 12/19 and it is now 1/5 and all I am wanting to know is where my item is. I feel like it is simple to touch base with customers on their orders for I have never had a problem with any other business before. This is getting a bit out of hand.

Customer received her order within the 2-3 week delivery period as stated on our website. She was provided tracking and a response to her email inquiry as well. We do not answer order questions on ***. Customers are advised not to place orders if they cannot wait the stated delivery time. Screen shot of tracking/proof of delivery has been provided here.

I ordered a one shouldered body suit, an LBD, another metallic shirred dress, and what I thought was a romper. First of all I received no confirmation email and had no tracking information- I just kept getting random text messages from the company. The items are shipped from China so they take FOREVER to arrive. When the items did arrive, I was so disappointed with the quality of all the items. I always wear a size small or medium and had ordered a medium... all the items were too small. And there was no return form in the packages... So I can't return anything.
Overall I am very disappointed with this company. Would not order from them again.

Shipping and tracking was provided but customer did not leave an email address, hence our attempts at texting to let her know her items were on the way. As per our FAQ page, returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Customer can also login to her order online to see tracking information.

I ordered 4 bodysuits from this site and they took at least three weeks to even ship. I got no notifications and the items were only shipped once I emailed and inquired about them. When my last item arrived a month later, my items were shipped seperatelt, it had a big hole in it. I left a review for it on their site and it was deleted moments later.

Items were delivered within the 2-3 week time period as stated on our website. Tracking numbers were provided as well as shipping notifications to the email address on file. Customer did not contact us regarding any defective product.
