Absolutely terrible !!! I have ordered from this company and NEVER got my order and they refuse to refund me or even answer an email!

I ordered a shirt from this company. When they sent me the shipping confirmation, it said they were sending the wrong size. I emailed them to tell them it was the wrong size. No response. I got the shirt 2 weeks later, then emailed again saying I got the wrong size. They emailed back and said “sorry to hear that. Here’s our address for returns.” So they expect me to send it back at my own expense, when they’re the ones that got the order wrong. I wrote my story on one of their Facebook posts, and they deleted it. Don’t even want to send it back, because I’m sure I’ll never see a refund.

Horrible business worst product I’ve ever bought. Not worth it.

I placed an order on 8/24 for $160 worth of items. It’s now 9/2 and I haven’t received any notification that my order has even been processed or shipped at all! I’ve been in contact with the support team and they said I’ll receive an email notification once it’s shipped. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my order. I’ve emailed them for a refund. At this point I think it’s a scam. I’ll never buy from a *** ad company again.

This business is the worst. I ordered a bodysuit and it came two weeks late. I email the customer service email five times before they ever responded. I finally got my package which was made and shipped from China and horrible quality. So I left a comment on their Facebook post with all this info and they blocked me. They refused to cancel my order and give any apology or any sort of resolution, even after I filed a Revdex.com complaint. The now take down any review under 3 stars on their website and have changed their FAQ site to include rude remarks related to this case. Seriously the worst company I’ve ever bought from.

Ive had a negative experience with this business. I purchased an item over 3 weeks ago and emailed the company on the address they provided when the item had not arrived. I can accept that it would take some time considering where it was being shipped from, what was unacceptable is there was never a message back. There was zero customer service. I still don't know if I'll be receiving the item or if I'll be here to get it. I move in 3 weeks!
