I disagree with MrH***'s statement that the noise is faint. The noise is so loud inside the cab that I have to turn up the volume on my radio to drown it outI was told by Stephen B*** that a GM Representative was not involved, that it was the Tech that works for Sands that made that decisionI've said my peace - I'm not going to go back and forth about this. I've been a faithful customer of Sands for plus years, I felt that I deserved better customer service than I received regarding this issueHave a nice day

Our service manager, *** ***, spoke with *** this after noon(6-6-15) at around 2pm, Mr*** advised her that our service department had an employee that recently parted ways and that it was possible that it was this employee as he couldn't see one
of our employee's that is currently staffed with us speaking to her in this mannerMr*** did express that we here at Sands Chevrolet prides ourselves on excellent customer service and that this is and or was an isolated incident*** said that she just wanted to express her concerns with management and she was frustrated that a conversation that had nothing to do with the advisor and her husband was brought up during the transaction between the service advisor and her husband. It is unfortunate that Ms*** had to trade in her vehicle before Sands could help resolve her issues. Our General Manager, Chad H***, spoke with Ms*** the day after we received her complaintHe stated that they spoke about the email that he had sent to her but had not heard backMs*** then stated she had additional problems with her vehicle and had traded it in to Peoria KiaMrH*** offered her service for her new Kia at a discounted priceThe complaints concerning how many times the repairs needed to be done and the cost is with General Motors; as there were not any issues with the actual repairs made by SandsMs*** stated herself “we are very dissatisfied with Chevrolet and general motors as a whole “The issues lay with the frequency and cost of the repairs and as to Ms***’s concerns that the vehicle was a “lemon”Sands could assist her with contacts for General Motors and with starting the process to see if General Motors can help her with reimbursement, but the outcome of this process would be out of our control. Customer came in worked a deal on a used vehicles,customer stated that she was hungry and wanted to go get something to eat before she consumated the car dealCustomer went to lunch, about hours later the sales professional called the customer and stated that she was in the middle of
purchasing a vehicles at Sands Kia and she could not talk at that timeI received a call after business hours around 8:30pm from a dealership employee stating that a customer wanted a refund,from earlier in the day I instructed her that we would have to wait until the next morning so a Manager was able to verify the refund of moneyFirst thing the next morning we refunded all moneys, Sands Chevrolet could not be responsible for any bounced check fees.
