We sent this client her refund SHe should have it by now

We did not receive a payment in March of 2018, from this customer We have issued a refund to this client I notified our bank and see that this check has not cleared We will stop payment on the first check and reissue a new check to them right away

In looking at this account He lived on a street that was closed for construction for a few weeks When a construction employee will not let my drivers drive down the street, there is nothing that we can do His most recent quarter for service was 7/6/to 10/5/that he paid for He was also late in paying for the quarter before that, but our accounting waved the $late fee for him I have made the request to cancel his service effective immediately based on his comments in the complaint I am willing to give him a refund for the weeks he claims we missed him, but that is all He got service for the other weeks and picked up the trash that had built up on the weeks we were unable to pick him up I will issue a check for this today and mail it to him His total for the quarter was $because he got a senior discount A quarter is weeks So his refund is $and that is what I'm sending out today

In her complaint, she stated that we were there on a Saturday, Nov This is impossible since ALL my staff was working at a special pickup in [redacted] all day and no where else So with this information, we did not break her can and no employee of mine told her we would give her a new one She needs to find out who did this and have them replace it, but not my company since we were not at fault in this matter My response to her early was a mistake of a different client, in [redacted] I still will get her a can at my cost, but she will need to pay for it

This is false Garbage pickup was missed FAR more than twiceI had to call, and the garbage was picked up without a return call as asked on the voicemail I have been putting out a gallon container SINCE DAY ONE of pick up with this companyNot once was I told it was too large for this companySome weeks had more garbage, but that container was ALWAYS out At NO POINT did I disregard the safety of the company's employeeI questioned his not wanting to dump cat waste from the garbage can that was half fullBut I didn't even get the chance to, see belowside note, at no point did I ever use the phrase 'man up' or similarThis statement leads me to believe this business goes out of it's way to try and discredit customers it 'terminates' Not all garbage in the container was loose I was advised when I signed up that The Garbage Man would pick up ANYTHING I put out for my pickup dayI told the woman then that I had a large garbage can, she exclaimed, 'No Problem!!" Refund check was finally issued on 10/when I was told it was going out on 9/I had to call again and leave a message on 10/before the check was cut apparentlyI didn't get a call back to that message as usual While the owner refused the refund for all my time and energy, he didn't even bother to give me the refund he promised on time [redacted] promised a refund of the entire quarter for which I received no service, and for the three weeks worth of problems [redacted] only sent a check for the upcoming months of non-service, he didn't even bother to refund me for the missed pickups I do not accept ***'s closing of this case as isI cashed the check not as an admittance that this issue is closed and I am in any way pleased, but rather because I needed the money to have someone who ACTUALLY comes to pick up my garbage

I have requested a refund from this business and according to the owner's response he said he would do just that.Instead I have received a bill.Please see attached I am now worried because they do have my card number, as this is how I made the original payment I just want a refund and do not want to be billed anymore from this company

This customer was picked up yesterday This customer was trying to throw out concrete and railroad tyes We don't take that We also don't take construction material for free there is an additional charge for that He did not pay anything additional and that is why he was not picked up on Tuesday I personally came back on Wednesday and got his trash He did try to hide the concrete in a trash can full of branches Also all branches are to be tied up in bundles and less than ft in the future and not stuffed in a can

We sent the check out last Friday THey should have it by now Also, they were requesting $and we sent over $back to them Just FYI

I am rejecting this response because:Our street was not closed. Other vendors, trash service companies, *** *** *** were able to make their deliveries. He is only using that as an excuse not to provide his service. He also did not pick up trash that had built up as per his response. We took our trash to a friends house and disposed of it that way when he failed to provide his service. I will await his refund to arrive and then will be happy to close my complaint against him. I have read where others have closed their complaint only to find out he didn't follow through with the refund. There are numerous complaints against this business for the same scenario....taking our money and then not providing service and they can be seen on *** as well

I am very, very disappointed in this individuals wiliness to take care of the responsibility of paying what he knows that he should refund ! This individual is not being up front and honest in even his dealings with the Revdex.com, they are trying to base the refund on the fact that I called on May 15,and cancelled my service with themAs I believe I explained in my initial complaint, this company failed to pick the trash up for weeks ! I had explained to *** that I had just gotten home from an extended trip (about six weeks) and my wife (very frustrated) explained to me that she had been trying to get *** to pick up the trash for four weeksI returned home on XX-XX-XXXX and immediately tried to get *** to pick up the trashSo the credit back to us should really be for months NOT 6, as the trash was not picked up for not only all of May but also all of AprilThe refund needs to be based on the actual performance of service not a phone callNote: We have given *** at least or six other opportunities to get his trash pick up on schedule and rightWe have had other months that the trash was not picked up and when calling about this we where given a plethora of excuses (which I will not take the time to list) and told that we would be credited for those weeks trash was not picked upWe where NEVER CREDITED ANYTHING !!! We chose to over look this and not get into a confrontation rather just try and get our service going with *** to try and maintain a good business relationshipI cannot except ***'s explanation or his trying once again to SHORT us on the amount he owes usI find it appalling that this business would not just do the right thing and for once fulfill and honest customers requestThank YouREALLY ***!
