mixup during the first week of service" is erroneous (the one and only time there was any confusion over the address occurred after my inquiry).  [redacted] has consistently failed to accept any responsibility on the part of Garbage Man of Parker, CO for not following through with their contracted service. On the other hand, I called Garbage Man of Parker, CO today and spoke with [redacted].  My experience with [redacted] was very pleasant.  I described to her how my garbage was not picked up on Oct 27, and again on Nov 17 (I didn't put it on the street on service days in between due to being out of town).  Additionally, my recycling, due for pickup today, is still sitting at the street.  [redacted] immediately took action to refund services not rendered, and made it a priority to speak with the driver who works this area to ensure my home isn't missed again. I must wait until next Thursday evening, 24 November (Thanksgiving Day), to see if Garbage Man of Parker, CO has truly made the necessary changes and begins to pick up my garbage as expected. Thank you,

can by hand. According to our worker's comp policy, the employee is only supposed to pick up 50 lbs or less. This customer at first was bagging every thing and the driver was able to collect all the bags without having to manually pickup the can. In the last 2 weeks this customer decided to bag only some of his trash and throw the rest away loose. We explained that to this customer, but he didn't care and wanted my employee to man up and pickup the can. This was not going to happen and we terminated this customer. He will be getting a refund for the last 2 weeks and to the end of his quarter. We picked up his trash the whole time before this. Him demanding a full refund from the time his was with us, shows the unreasonalbe requests he makes. This is false.
Garbage pickup was missed FAR more than twice. I had to call, and the garbage was picked up without a return call as asked on the voicemail.
I have been putting out a 96 gallon container SINCE DAY ONE of pick up with this company. Not once was I told it was too large for this company. Some weeks had more garbage, but that container was ALWAYS out.
At NO POINT did I disregard the safety of the company's employee. I questioned his not wanting to dump cat waste from the garbage can that was half full. But I didn't even get the chance to, see below.... side note, at no point did I ever use the phrase 'man up' or similar. This statement leads me to believe this business goes out of it's way to try and discredit customers it 'terminates'.
Not all garbage in the container was loose.
I was advised when I signed up that The Garbage Man would pick up ANYTHING I put out for my pickup day. I told the woman then that I had a large garbage can, she exclaimed, 'No Problem!!".
This loose versus not loose was not explained to me until the last call with the owner/manager, so much as it was TOLD to me and within 60 seconds I was also told that I was being terminated as a customer. I was NOT given the option to just bag my items or even really respond.
The business can claim unreasonable requests all they want, but the truth is that this company has taken money, not returned calls and properly addressed me as a customer. Rather than try to come to a reasonable solution to the problem, the owner terminated business without any options and hung up. They missed two weeks of pickup and then choose to lie about conversations to make their Revdex.com complaint sound like they're the victims. In their words, 'not going to happen'.
I still want a FULL refund of my money for the time and effort I've had to spend as a paying customer just to get my trash picked up. It's sad to see a business in such denial about their practices, but at least a full refund would allow them to save some face.

Refund check was finally issued on 10/12 when I was told it was going out on 9/24. I had to call again and leave a message on 10/12 before the check was cut apparently. I didn't get a call back to that message as usual.
While the owner refused the refund for all my time and energy, he didn't even bother to give me the refund he promised on time. [redacted] promised a refund of the entire quarter for which I received no service, and for the three weeks worth of problems. [redacted] only sent a check for the upcoming months of non-service, he didn't even bother to refund me for the missed pickups.
I do not accept [redacted]'s closing of this case as is. I cashed the check not as an admittance that this issue is closed and I am in any way pleased, but rather because I needed the money to have someone who ACTUALLY comes to pick up my garbage.

The refund check number is 5342. It was sent out. I am not the mailman. Did not send it certified. I will need to see if check has cleared.

I was told this refund was mailed to us back on September 30th. We have not received this refund check.

We sent this client her refund.  SHe should have it by now.

We have processed a refund for the quarter that the customer has paid for.  Starting 3/31.  We have cancelled this customers service from than.  The refund will be in the mail for $64.97.

This person trash was picked up the very next day.

This customer was picked up yesterday.  This customer was trying to throw out concrete and railroad tyes.  We don't take that.  We also don't take construction material for free there is an additional charge for that.  He did not pay anything additional and that is why he was not...

picked up on Tuesday.  I personally came back on Wednesday and got his trash.  He did try to hide the concrete in a trash can full of branches.  Also all branches are to be tied up in bundles and less than 4 ft in the future and not stuffed in a can

We did not receive a payment in March of 2018, from this customer.  We have issued a refund to this client.  I notified our bank and see that this check has not cleared.  We will stop payment on the first check and reissue a new check to them right away.
