I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***Buzzfile finally took action after my third request to *** My first request to was emailed to them on Monday Sept **, 2016. When five days had gone by and I had received no reply, I emailed them two more times on October *, 2016. I also hunted for their phone number and called them, but was unable to leave a message. I finally heard back from them on October that my information had been deleted but would be re-added if not removed from Dun & Bradstreet. It has now been removed from Dun & Bradstreet as well so should not be re-added to Buzzfile for any reason. I consider this matter closed.
