The response is not correct They do not publicize their phone number Here's the thing I'm not doing business with themThey have harmed our reputation Now it's up to ME to spend MY BILLABLE HOURS tracking down their super-secret phone numbers, when it is clear they've done everything possible to discourage anyone from contacting them? I'm not doing business with D&B but I have talked to them and they clearly stated that Buzzfile BUYS their files and that the files clearly state that the info is not verified and is not accurate So Buzzfile publishes it anyway KNOWING it is not verified and not accurate, in an attempt to line their own pockets Duns told me that Buzzfile knows this and that their blaming Duns for their own malfeasance is beyond disingenuous It did cost our company a sale in the amount of $500,because the buyer saw the incorrect info on the Buzzfile web site and decided then, that we were liars and they cancelled the sale I'm very much able to use a websiteI was building websites long before this company was even in business I cannot however, find unpublished 'secret' phone numbers from companies who clearly do not wish to be contacted I do not CARE how many emails they get They are publishing incorrect and damaging information and it is not my concern that they might get a lot of emails It is my concern that they did it in the first place Their excuses are childish and lame

The company did not exercise due diligence and chose to post unsubstantiated, incorrect and damaging personal and private information that had not been authorized for public releaseThe company's contact form on their website goes to a dead link 'error' They have no phone number listed They only have an email address This immediately sets off alarms because a valid company would have a phone number and their contact form wouldn't be a dead link Their negligence cost us $500,two days ago They tried to blame other websites since they copy the info from other web sources, but this is not an acceptable excuse If they CHOOSE to publish damaging and incorrect personal information, if they CHOOSE to do so without doing the work on their part of verifying, then they are culpable for losses from their actions I want this to be noted on the file for all to see, so that we are not the only victims of this company's poor and damaging business practices.

We received a letter about the above reference ID.  We contacted the individual and removed the listing from our site the same day. We also reached out to the individual to advise of the status.

Business has never been registered with any government agency because it does not exist and I could not notify them because the "contact us" on their website did not work. It appears to me they could care less about publishing false information and just give deceptive responses. Would love to see any registration with government agency. Thanks

Received a phone call at 10am.  Within 30 minutes of receiving the call we reached back to this person and removed the requested listing.

We do not have a listing for this individual nor the business name on our site.  We spoke to the individual and confirmed between us.  On the initial request back in April, we removed their information from our site.

Please note, this user never contacted Buzzfile to have this information removed. The first time we learned about this was through this complaint. And we removed her company profile from our site.

Per our conversation, I am responding to the above ID. Once we were informed of this issue, we immediately removed the listing from our site.  We sent a note to the individual as well to confirm this. Let me know if you have any questions.   Thank you,
