I bought a $bag from them and a $tulle skirt ( that took a month and a half to get ) and was treated like [redacted] by the owner for asking where my order wasOn top of this I posted to one of their sale groups selling my bag and they kicked me from all groups so I couldn'tDo yourself a favor and don't waste your time because if one thing goes wrong with your order or your bag they will blame you and you will be out a ridiculous amount of money

I purchased a House Of [redacted] Camera bag in December Its an all leather Evermore bag! It's amazing! Best camera bag I've ever owned! I also have purchased the Dark Brown Travelors Wallet and Leggings- All the products have been made of the highest quality material Very impressed with the prroducts!

I purchased a $camera bag on 9/21/that is advertised as: Big enough for the over-packer in all of us! While out on a shoot on 10/22/my practically brand new bag's should strap bustedThese bags are meant to carry expensive camera gearAt the time I only had two lenses in my bag (which is very minimal for what the bag states it can hold) and one on my camera body which was around my neckWhen the strap snapped my bag fell from waist length and hit the groundThe lenses were packaged properly within the bag so as not to be damagedHowever two lenses were damagedOne the glass shattered on and the other that was working properly not moments before now refuses to focusThese are $and $lensesMy livelihoodI contacted the customer service at House of Flynn and was immediately told they can look in to replacement/refund of the bag but that I was basically out of luck on my lenses and it was use at my own riskI understand if this was a bag I had for several

I've had nothing but fantastic interactions with HOF. The bag quality is unmatched and the owners are the kindest people ever. I own 4 of the camera bags, several leggings, swimwear and wallets. All are incredible!!

Ordered my house of Flynn bag off of the websiteIt was shipped fast and with several shipping notificationsIt arrived and was well protected in the packagingThe bag is beautiful! I use It as my camera bag and when I had my last baby months ago it was my hospital bag and diaper bagI've had it over a year now and it is still beautiful and has held up from all it's useI love their products!

I love my Calypso Evermore and take it everywhere I go! Not only is it sturdy (I carry a camera body, lenses, chargers, lense hoods and a laptop) it is also gorgeous and I get tons of compliments! My leggings are probably the most comfortable thing that I have ever put on my body! Buttery soft and the prints are unique and adorable...everyone that sees them asks where they came from :)
Customer service is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when I small item was left out of my shipmentI couldn't ask for a better experience!

I have ordered the mermaid evermore camera bag & it has been the best camera bag I have ever ownedI also love the leggings this company offers.I have been a photographer for over years now so anything with cameras on it is my Jam...and of coarse Mermaids! I'm surprised that this company is still in business The owner is a petty, immature woman who relies on others to build her self-esteem She preaches community over competition, until it's HER competition She preaches no online-bullying, yet frequently airs dirty laundry and slanders other businesses If someone complains about her products, she posts screenshots in her group of thousands to rant and complain that someone would have the audacity to complain about her products to her, no matter how legitimate the complaint is
The products themselves are hit or miss Some are fantastic, and some break within a few uses They are made in China, and that's to be expected I suppose However, when you spend $200-on a bag, it should have a warranty that lasts more than weeks If she doesn't have confidence that her products will last the test of time, how can her customers??? She says that she can't afford to give a better return policy like other companies because she's small business but she also claims to be the biggest camera bag company in the world???
Basically, the products are ok, the "Tribe" is cult-ish, and the customer service is awful
