My bag arrived in perfect condition and has held up greatI have nothing but great things to say about HOF!

The House of Flynn is an excellent business with wonderful customer service I'll continue to shop with them for my photography bag needs

I have ordered a total of five products directly from the company (two others which I ordered used from previous owners)
Every product is shipped within the appropriate time frame (they ship items on Tuesday and Thursday of the week) and if it is a presale item, it ships around the time they estimate, though occasionally longer if customs holds up the order
The quality of all of my items have been great so farI had only one issue with a strap that was a manufacturers issue and they offered to replace the strap although I self remedied it and declined the fix
I have owned my longest product for over two years and have not had any issues with itNo problems with vegan leather peeling or tearing, no problems with stitching on bags or wallets, no problems with genuine leather causing any issueEverything cleans well with water or baby wipes
My photographic equipment is safe inside these bags
I have bought two items of clothing, leggings and a tank, and they are superb qualityTanks need to be washed inside out to prevent peeling of the designThis was user error on my part
I also have a pair of boots and they hold up excellentI used the heck out of them on a farm for a week through rough and tumble and they held up perfect and fit well with no issues

Ordered my house of Flynn bag off of the websiteIt was shipped fast and with several shipping notificationsIt arrived and was well protected in the packagingThe bag is beautiful! I use It as my camera bag and when I had my last baby months ago it was my hospital bag and diaper bagI've had it over a year now and it is still beautiful and has held up from all it's useI love their products!

I have purchased from HOF on three separate occasion for three seperate ItemsOne of which I had to contact customer service onI had purchased a sailor sack style camera bag and when I received it ( XXXX) one of the rivets was missingYou could see it was a manufacturing issueI contacted customer support the issue was resolved within business daysThis company was new at the time and still putting a lot of time and effort into researching the best materials and execution over production
I sense have purchased an all leather full size evermore bag and could not be happier with the quality and function of this bagEvery buckle, handle, flap , strap and zipper has held up to my quality expectations
The last item I bought was one of the tulle skirts on saleThe clothing item was lovely , high quality and sturdyVery beautiful and as picturedExceeded my expectations

I ordered a leather camera bag in April from The House of Flynn only to receive it with visible piping showing in one the handles where the leather wasn't stitched properlyI emailed the image to be told the bags are handmade and this was not a defect and was expected to worsenDealI launched into our packed wedding schedule starting in ***One month later the interior of the handle (black piping) was much more exposedI emailed again to be told yes, this was in fact an issue and they would take it back*** is the start of epic busy seasonI could not be without a camera bagIn fact, we shot solid through December this year after giving birth to our third little in NovemberI sent my bag back at the end of the year with the issue present and emailThe company will not only repair/ refund or exchange now, and they are asking me to pay for them to return the defective bag to mePlease keep in mind I paid early $for th
