RIPOFF! I received a bottle of CBD oil and CBD capsules that I didn't order, they tried to charge my card but I have fraud alert and my credit card company blocked the charge, notified me, I told them I didn't make the purchase, they closed the accountI called the company via the information on my credit card, spoke to a girl named Jazz M*** if that was even her real name, I had a very hard time understanding her accent and asked for a manager and of course there was no one available and she would have someone call me back, it's been a week and no callIn the meantime she told me to send the product back and gave me this address: XDrive, NRainbow Blvd., Ste*** Las Vegas, NVXXXXX (XXX)-XXX-XXXX along with a RMA numberI Googled it and the address I was given was for *** *** *** ***, all the other complaints have a different addressDon't know what to do, not going to send it without correct address and I don't want any trouble, any suggestions???

I have been charged numerous times, cancelled on phone & email but still charged told I would receive refund, no refund
I wanted to try product, but decided not to continue, so I emailed them in June to return the product, but there was some confusion on my end so just gave up on returning the bottle and ate the difference I called & spoke to someone about it, but they were hard to understand and very frustrating to work with so I just gave up on it but did ask them to cancel the acct In Aug again they charged my card and I emailed them back with no reply (since they have *** hours of operation) to get their "refund" info to send it back I also called & emailed more times on 13th & 17th of Sept asking them to close my acct and not send any more & cancel my account and try to send the product back & get my refund, but week later saw they had charged my card again and had been charged overcharge fee from bank because of it
