When I call they either don't answer, or put me on hold until the machine says goodbye.....The Building address is owned by ***....they offer virtual office spaces(SCAMMERS) and will not give you a contact name or number....they should be held responsible as well.the order line (which they will answer but no help)is ***...they were given my debit card info

Fraudulent "Free Sample " Offer
I was offered a free Sample of their product and charged once for S&HLater in the month I received a $charge on my credit card and received nothing in return
The next month I was charged times for $on my credit card and again received nothing in return
I have had to cancel the credit card and file a request for fraudulent charges rom my CC Company I never signed up for a recurring payment and have had NO communication from this company implying anything of the sort

I have tried on multiple occasions/different days to contact this office only to be put on LONG holds Sometimes I am told that someone will be right with me, other times I was told phones are busy, to call back in two hoursI'm trying to do a return/refund within a reasonable amount of time The product itself was never used (unopened bottle)I even tried the secondary # provided without any luck either (***)*** Please advise how to proceed Thank you!!!!
