I am rejecting this response because: This business response was to have me buy a newer vehicle Jeep Renegade payments at $traded my Dodge Caravan in was never told how much I was getting for the trade and I sign a paper saying I owe Security Service money ( That's the company who is financing my van) so how can this be a trade in?? so I asked the financed man ..You all are going to pay off the van he said yes ! I don't have the buyer's contract was told I will get that when my plates come in ! I want to see the buyer's contract so I can make sure what financed company I'm going to be paying, if I got the rebates I was told this jeep has plus my military discount ! When I spoke to the financed guy he never showed me how much I was getting for my trade, no rebates this jeep is supposed to have or any military discount ! They added on gap insurance which I think is nice to have but not for a high price the dealership charges ! I told the head guy I wanted to stay in the monthly payment range of $ 490-When I went to get financed it was $then it went up to $The last time I brought the Dodge I got the Buyer's Order showing everything the purchase price,rebate,trade in allowance etcThis time I didn't get any paper work ! I never spoke with the man who called me but I spoke with this other man in charge ! I do like the jeep I'm just trying to make sure I'm not getting a bad deal like last time ! I was also told they were going to pay my trade off in a few days...we will see since they had me sign a paper saying I owe Security Service Federal Credit Union ! The salesman we had was great and everyone else was nice !

I am rejecting this response because:A manager has yet to respond back to me satisfactorilySince I submitted the complaint two managers have both stated they would look further into this matter and still no call back as of yetThere is obviously fraud going on within this locationIt doesn't help my situation for a manager to have informed me that the salesman responsible of this fraudulent deal was fired alreadyMy personal information was used without my consentI still request to be absolved of this invalid fraudulent charge and also for me to be provided with identity theft protection service at no charge to me

is generally unsatisfactoryThe business offered to refund half of the undisclosed fees, thereby indicating their agreement with the illegitimacy of the fees, while still attempting to retain half of their improper gainFurther, they refused to acknowledge in general that the problem they created in the headlamp switch was of their doingThe service manager indicated that if I were to bring in the vehicle for additional diagnostics on the switch, they would not charge an additional diagnostic fee, but would also not refund any portion of the original undisclosed diagnostic feesI indicated to the manager that, due to the apparent incompetence of his technical staff, I would not bring them the vehicle Their initial offer is rejected

12/28/2015: Update on Revdex.com Complaint #*** *** ***, IPAC Chrysler’s Service Director, spoke to Ms*** *** in reference to her vehicle. Ms*** has agreed and is scheduled to bring the vehicle next week (week of 01/01/2016) to IPAC Chrysler’s Service
Department. Mr*** will inspect vehicle thoroughly and address all concerns at that time. We will update the Revdex.com after Ms*** appointment

I am rejecting this response because:mr*** and mrWhite church have been professional andd I am still waiting to have vehicle repaird swap out of head unit didnt work dealer is trying to fix bluetooth issueIngram park has been kind to give me a loaner as they repair my vehicle but the resolution will be completed when my jeep has bluetooth phone connectivity connectivityChrysler is involved with trying to exchange fortrying to exhange as unit does not send out bluetooth signal
