I called Mr*** and explained the special Editions through out the year and advised him that I did not see a charge as of yet for the billing of the $but I did offer to stop save him to the last rate he was on of $a month and I also advised him that I would be happy to
assist him with any future billing issues or delivery issues.

That said, the Revdex.com complaint was clearly necessary to get the attention of someone in an accountable/actionable role as numerous other attempts to do so directly had no impact. Once that happened, they were exceptionally helpful, and I appreciate their actions to resolve.

Problem:
I have been trying for over a year to get the News Journal to stop delivering free advertisersI have filed a Revdex.com complaint in the past, which resulted in the head of circulation calling me and promising to get the problem resolvedShe asked me to call her direct phone line if I received any deliveryShe was very helpful, so I closed the complaint and said I was satisfiedUnfortunately, she has been completely ineffectiveI continue to receive free advertisers despite repeated calls to herThe delivery will stop, but then starts up again in a few weeksThe process repeats itself over and over againAfter a year of trying to work with the company, I am fed upIt is completely unacceptable that the business either refuses to remove me from the delivery route (perhaps because it would effect their circulation numbers??) or are incapable of doing soTranslate
Desired Outcome:
I'm not a customer, so I don't really know what can be doneIt would be nice if I could impose a fine on the business every time they throw something on my propertyThey need to make some personnel changes and hire people who are capable of getting the job done
