I am sorry that the [redacted] has continued to have delivery issuesI will make sure their account is credited for the missed papers and talk with the distributor to get delivery issues resolved Thanks Kathy C

I have looked into this account and have found the PG paper to be under [redacted] at the same address as [redacted] ***I do apologize that you have had so many issues with getting the paperI have emailed the distribution center that delivers your paper and informed them that this needs to be resolved ASAPYour account has been credited days for the missed paperThanks Kathy C

Mr [redacted] was called and offered Sunday Only to Daily and Sunday (Upgrade Campaign) for $37.50/weeks, which he accepted and took effect 8-8- This was a cheaper rate than he was paying for the Sunday Only paper at $47.50/weeks The Upgrade Campaign was to continue until he stopped the paper or changed the Daily and Sunday back to Sunday Only Effective 1-16-there was a price increase which was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr [redacted] , to $45.50/weeks There was another price increase which again was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr [redacted] for $55.90/weeks Another price increase 3-18-which was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr [redacted] for $67.60/weeks Mr [redacted] stopped his paper on 4-16-16, for reason of "Doesn't Read" During this period of time from his paper being Upgraded to Daily and Sunday to the stop of the newspaper, there is nothing noted on his account regarding not wanting the Daily paper We do apologize if our Customer Service Deptdid not explain this to Mr [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I know that as partner of the News Tribune you wanted to close this as soon as possible but we have no Gateway todayThe numbers to call are the same as the News Tribune they are tone and the same as to carries Please see the included response from before As far as I can see this is not a closed matter but another case of it fixed for a few weeksI stated that in my complaint but yet you closed the complaint without any resolutionI am not impressed with Revdex.com or our paper [redacted]

I have not answered this Revdex.com due to wanting to get more information from the field as to why the carrier can't get the YES paper stoppedAt this point I have directed the field to spot check the address and make sure no paper is delivered Thanks Kathy C

I am sorry that [redacted] continues to be missed. I am asking the distributor to deliver a paper each week himself until we can get this resolved. At this time we are having issues with getting a carrier to stick on the route. If any papers are still needing to be delivered please let me... know. Thanks Kathy C [redacted]

Again no reason for the paper not to be deliveredI have spoke to ABC distribution who's suppose to deliver [redacted] 's paper and let them know the carrier is going to be needing to be terminated if this delivery issue can not be resolvedThey have informed me that they will put this on their priority list and check each Sunday to make sure deliver is doneThanks Kathy C

I have looked into ***'s complaintI do apologize that the carrier continues to deliver and will get with the distributor and ask that he look into why this continuesThe account clearly shows *** does not want the YES paperThank Kathy C

I have spoke with the distributor and requested the paper be delivered to the tubeRoute has turned over carriers in the last monthI have also requested the carrier call MrLacross daughter to let her know placement and service are being looked into. Thanks Kathy C

I have looked at *** account and she should be receiving the YES paper each SundayI will contact the distributor and make sure *** is on the delivery list going forward

Customer *** *** has been a News Tribune subscriber since 6-19- Her first call to us that there was any delivery issue was 10-18- She informed us that she has not received a paper since 1-1-and requested for the delivery service to be stopped due to billing issuesThe
subscription was stopped effective 10-20- Our office has talked to her, emailed her and left voice messages regarding this issue A refund of $on 11-8-was provided to the customer, per The News Tribune refund policy of only going back as far as total of days
With talking with the Distribution Center, it has been stated that the paper was delivered during this period of time from 1/1/16-10/19/
With further review of this situation The News Tribune will provide a 1/month complimentary Daily and Sunday (non refundable) subscription to start Friday Dec30,

because the last times I called the News Tribune to stop delivery of the YES papers, I was given the same answer that is being supplied now, almost verbatimI have been told repeatedly that the information is being passed on to the distributor so they can let the carrier know not to deliver the YES paper to my address, yet I still continue to receive the papersI will accept this response if I permanently stop receiving the papersMy request would be that this complaint remain open until I have not received the YES paper for consecutive weeks Sincerely,*** ***
