I am sorry that the ***'s are being missedThe carrier that has been delivering the paper for over years went into the hospital without warning and the owner of the distribution center is trying to find someone to deliver the routeThis route takes the current carrier about hours to
deliver and the substitute is trying to get the route down and it has been taking him to hoursI will let the owner of the distribution center know about the ***'s paper and have their account credited for the missing papers. Thanks Kathy C

According to our records [redacted] started a Daily and Sunday mail subscription 4-14-15 to be delivered to:  [redacted] Seattle, WA  98198-1090. Since that time there have been several stops and starts to this account. The "Bill To" address reverts back to...

the delivery address every time the account stops.  To not have the billing sent to Mr. [redacted] needs to renew the subscription before it stops or add the "Bill To" address each time she starts the subscription back up.

[redacted] I am sorry I sent the wrong response to you. I am looking at your account and am hoping all has been fixed. The distributor has replaced the carrier on this route and I am hoping this has resolved the delivery issues. No complaints since 11-6-16 for the Sunday TNT. Thanks Kathy C

Customer is correct delivery of the Sunday TNT has been an issue. I have sent an email to the owner of the distribution center asking for his assistance to get this fixed. Please let Mr. [redacted] know I am working on the issue. Thanks Kathy C

Okay this is getting beyond ridiculous. Again customer got the YES paper 12-10-16. I need this stopped
ASAP. No more YES paper to this address. What am I to say to Revdex.com and the customer as to why can't we get this stopped?
I want an email back as to how this is going to be done.

I am sorry that the [redacted] has continued to have delivery issues. I will make sure their account is credited for the missed papers and talk with the distributor to get delivery issues resolved.  Thanks Kathy C

I have sent the Revdex.com complaint to the distribution center that delivers the EXTRA paper and have asked that they get me all the addresses to this development. I will ask them to stop all delivery going forward. I am showing [redacted] address should not be delivered to. Unless all addresses...

have been stopped in our system papers will continue to be delivered. At this point I am asking our distributor to not go into the development.

I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] was missed again. I have sent the complaint over to the distributor and asked that they get this resolved. The distributor had to end the contract with the carrier on Wednesday and is in the process of getting a new carrier on the route. I have asked them to pay special attention to Mr. [redacted] address and make sure the paper is delivered each week on Wednesday and by deadline. Thanks Kathy C

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They are clearly delivering to my OLD address that I called and updated with customer service on/around 4/21/2016. I then called customer service (Jen ID #[redacted]) to complain about not receiving the paper at my new address and was told the paper would be re-delivered. I have not received one paper since I had my address updated effective 4/24/2016. I keep being told to contact The News Tribune by 10:00 every Sunday they miss my delivery but I'm not going to spend my time talking with their customer service who have not resolved my problems. As a reminder the first time I requested the Yes paper back in November 2015 it wasn't until January or February 2016 until I finally received the newspaper. What is the explanation for being updated with my new address two times and still not getting it right?Sincerely,[redacted]

I know that as partner of the News Tribune you wanted to close this as soon as possible but we have no Gateway today. The numbers to call are the same as the News Tribune they are tone and the same as to carries.  Please see the included response from before.
As far as I can see this is not a closed matter but another case of it fixed for a few weeks. I stated that in my complaint but yet you closed the complaint without any resolution. I am not impressed with Revdex.com or our paper

Again no reason for the paper not to be delivered. I have spoke to ABC distribution who's suppose to deliver [redacted]'s paper and let them know the carrier is going to be needing to be terminated if this delivery issue can not be resolved. They have informed me that they will put this on their priority list and check each Sunday to make sure deliver is done. Thanks Kathy C

I am rejecting this response because:
They have not been able to figure out how to deliver my paper!!! Yet again I have to call because it's Sunday at 7pm and I DO BOT have my Sunday paper. This is ridiculous! Again, I want FREE News Tribune Sunday paper so I can be treated like a paying customer. I am tired of the excuses. I have been calling and complaining for MONTHS! I will take it further if I need to.

rejecting this response because:
Did you read the complaint? I have posted the same complaint before on the Revdex.com site. I am not now nor have I ever asked for my weekly Gateway and my Sunday New Tribune to be stopped. I have asked repeatedly that it be delivered on time for more then a few weeks at a time. We have paid subscriptions but  the paper is not always delivered in a timely manner and we don't want it a few days late. Sincerely,[redacted]
