I am sorry that [redacted] continues to receive the YES paper each Sunday. I have forwarded the Revdex.com complaint to the distributor and asked that he talk to the carrier and make sure the paper is stopped being delivered.

In response to [redacted] asking to re-open the complaint due to us having the incorrect address. I am showing the address of [redacted] I am showing this is on the Revdex.com complaint and all complaints have been processed on this address. Our system is not showing a change of address in March. I have left a message with [redacted] on phone [redacted] letting her know that I need the new address. I spoke with the person who delivers her paper and they stated they have been delivering the YES paper every week. I will wait for [redacted] to provide the new address.

I am sorry that Mrs. [redacted] rejected my response. I have requested my accounting department credit Mrs. [redacted] account for 1 month due to poor service issues. This will extend her expire date to be 1-17-16.

Mr. [redacted] was called and offered Sunday Only to Daily and Sunday (Upgrade Campaign) for $37.50/13 weeks, which he accepted and took effect 8-8-13.  This was a cheaper rate than he was paying for the Sunday Only paper at $47.50/13 weeks.  The Upgrade Campaign was to continue until he...

stopped the paper or changed the Daily and Sunday back to Sunday Only.  Effective 1-16-15 there was a price increase which was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr. [redacted], to $45.50/13 weeks.  There was another price increase which again was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr. [redacted] for $55.90/13 weeks.  Another price increase 3-18-16 which was stated on the renewal statement sent to Mr. [redacted] for $67.60/13 weeks.  Mr. [redacted] stopped his paper on 4-16-16, for reason of "Doesn't Read".  During this period of time from his paper being Upgraded to Daily and Sunday to the stop of the newspaper, there is nothing noted on his account regarding not wanting the Daily paper.  We do apologize if our Customer Service Dept. did not explain this to Mr. [redacted].

I have looked over Mrs. [redacted] account and am seeing multiple complaints regarding her service. I will be talking with the owner of the distribution center and ask that he talk with the carrier and get the delivery issues fixed.

I have not answered this Revdex.com due to wanting to get more information from the field as to why the carrier can't get the YES paper stopped. At this point I have directed the field to spot check the address and make sure no paper is delivered.

The address of [redacted]  [redacted], WA 98446 is correct.  This is a duplex with each side having their own address.  It seems the person next door also has service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  It seems the delivery person delivers his paper to my side of the driveway some times.  So I am not sure that the delivery person knows they need to leave a Sunday paper at both addresses as my neighbor has stated that he does not receive the paper all the time or has to pick it up on my side.  I am wondering if on the few occasions I received the paper that it might have been my neighbors as he states he has not received the paper.Sincerely, [redacted]
