I have subscribed to NRB since June with minimal issuesThis year, starting in June, myself as well as hundred of other customers, have been charged for June, July, and August subscription boxes and have yet to receive any boxes or refundsAny complaints fall on the very deaf ears of the company's ownerI have been charged $to my debit card for boxes I have not received and I will never give them another dimeNRB has been rude and borderline abusive on social media and through emails that customers are sharing on their facebook pages, although many times customers don't receive a reply from them at all

This company tries to make deals with certain chosen people to send out product that other paying customers have yet to seeHave an email thread as evidenceThey will take money, offer refunds, then ignore email requests for refundsThey claim to have a product in the works, that will allow only subscribers to purchase, once subscribed, the product drastically changes what was initially advertised, and then their fall back position is it wasn't guaranteed They are months behind on shipping, and all you get if you question anything they say on social media is blocked and called a conspiracy theoristFor a book company, they seem closer to the types to burn books rather than face hard truths
Don't trust anything they say any moreRefuse to be treated poorly, or mislead by a company that is supposed to be seen as a "fun" thing

The deal is you take my money, I get my product, that never happenedThey have 300$ of my money and still no product
They take no responsibility to anything that has happened this far and point the finger at the costumers when we get upset
They are three months behind and continue to threaten costumers saying if we file a claim to get our money back it's fraudulent but apparently taking my money and keeping my product isn't
When asked further questions about where the product is and when we will be receiving it we are hit with a nice dose of hostility and anger
I would never work this company againI am fully understanding that things happen out of the realm of control but how they have decided to handle things and the costumer service (if you can call it that) they have provided has been horrendous

In April, I paid for a 3-month subscription from Nocturnal Reader's Box (***) When I subscribed last year, I was on a three month at a time renewal and boxes were being sent out no later than the second week of each month I received May's box at the end of May, which was late, but acceptable However, I have not seen a box for either June or July
The owner has had some mental health issues and toward the end of June, advised that no one was able to send out the boxes until he returned from the hospital Since his release, there have been numerous excuses and promises of the box being sent I am not the only person having issues I received a tracking notice on July 17th for my June box but as of this date, the tracking says item cannot be found The owner is blaming *** for losing pallets and even promised in one email to provide a Bill of Lading from *** to prove he was not lying and had
