The Paint Doctor painted our rental property and our house looks; beautiful, fresh, clean, and ready to sell. Which is our intentions. Brian was great from the beginning when he gave us a fair and resonable quote, (especially in this time when it seems people are trying to gouge you) to the end when he gave us a transferable warranty for the new owners. Our painter George, did a great job and showed up everyday until the job was completed and taken care of the details I requested. The house looks great, and I would highly recommend The Paint Doctor to anyone who wants Professionalism, performance and a great looking house.

Fantastic. They started with a color specialist to help me pick a color. Proceeded to power wash the house, caulk and patch where needed, then paint all surface with two coats. My house looks brand new and I love it.

Melissa B came out within minutes of our calling, gave us a clear estimate and paint choices, and told us when this would happen. Her explanation and recommendations were very useful for us. Her recommendation of *** Duration acrylic turned out to be perfect! Domingo finished yesterday and did a super job of cleaning, prepping, caulking, and then painting the whole place. He proved himself to be highly skilled--very thorough, with attention to detail and careful with the lines along the main house color. He finished on time and left the job site spotless.

Would not recommend to anyone!! Experience in the past was ok, however recent experience was unacceptable!! A small project that was supposed to take 3 days turned into 6 weeks! The contract bid was for brush and roll on staining of a pergola top. The stain was sprayed on instead of brushed on which resulted in stain all over our flagstone patio and stain sprayed on the paint of the house, also killed a parcel of grass when the painter sprayed the grass for whatever reason! They said they would take care of the issues, which never happened and they quit corresponding after they were paid for the job because I trusted them to take care of the issues! Painter never showed up on time and always had some excuse. Very sloppy work and very poor customer service!!

Brian was very responsive in providing a quick and thorough quote. He provided 5 different price options which allowed us to pick the right price for our needs. His crew, George and Steve, are great guys who did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.

Contracted to paint our home with Brian from The Paint Doctor. Brian "sold" us on using his company for their experience and expertise. Contract was to scrape and prime all loose paint, caulk all siding, trim, fascia, soffits and cracks, re-nail loose nails etc. Minimal caulking was done, minimal if any priming was done.
Chad the painter showed up, pulled the gutters as per the contract, replaced 1 board, did not replace a board under the window, just nailed a 2X2 over it to conceal instead of replacing it. Made a huge mess, did not protect anything, overspray on wake board tower, storage shed, concrete, window screens, the list can go on and on...
Chad the painter came back on Wednesday March 18th to finish and fix some of the issue. He spent about an hour with his partner "slinging" paint and generally making a further mess, drips, runs, still no scrape/prime/caulk as I pointed out to him.
After Chad was finished I was so upset I called his boss Brian.....Brian made an appointment to come out and look at the paint job....in the meantime I get a verbal attack via text from Chad calling me a liar.....Brian did come out 3/28 and we walked and showed him the terrible mess Chad had made, he agreed to get it taken care of.....yea right. After waiting a month for Brian to send out a crew/call me I finally called him. He supposedly was sending out a crew, no call no show from the crew, crew will be there tomorrow, again no call no show. Crew will be here today at 1, no call no show. Brian won't answer when I call, makes promises via text but won't talk to me. I just want them to provide the service that I paid for.

The Paint Doctor painted our exterior home and shed. Between power washing, prep, and paint, it was only 3 days total of work (with some days between washing and prep.) The crew was professional and did a great job! Joe was very available for questions and other communications. The quoted price was excellent and was more affordable than we expected. Overall, we're very happy with both the experience and result!

We got 4 other quotes for getting our house painted, and ended up choosing the Paint Doctor. They don't have a huge painting team or marketing team, and their quotes came in the lowest (by FAR). We weren't concerned about having our house finished in three days, and did not like the idea that part of our cost would be paying for a marketing team (one of the competitor companies STILL calls me about once a month to see if I am interested after telling them "no" a year ago).
After our initial consultation, Chad showed up to start cleaning and prepping our house. He was meticulous and methodical, and took his time. We thought our house was in "okay" shape, but he spent countless hours examining and prepping/caulking every surface of our house. The painting process was pretty standard. It wasn't a "three day in and out process", but we didn't expect that, or mind. We knew we weren't paying for a team of 5-7 painters.
The best part of the Paint Doctors? Chad spent HOURS going over every single surface of our house with us, making sure we didn't see ANY imperfection. Chad said "three sets of eyes are better that one". We really appreciated him spending all the time with us making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Chad is professional and smart, and has a great sense of humor. Several of our neighbors have stopped by and admired their work, and we full heartedly recommend the Paint Doctors to everybody.

The Paint Doctor painted the entire interior of our house as we prepared it to be sold, the end result turned out very nice. We had had several bids and the Paint Doctor 's was reasonable. The painters were respectful, responsive to our requests, and attentive to details. I would consider using them again for future painting jobs.

I hired The Paint Doctor to paint the exterior of my home. I purchased the 10 year labor and life time paint guarantee. After only a few months the paint began to peel on all sides. They have sent 3 different men out and they have agreed that the paint needs work. The third guy indicated he would be out the following Monday to repaint the house, that was 4 months ago and I have yet to see anyone. Now, Paint Doctor will not return my phone calls and I have not heard from anyone regarding this issue.

The Paint Doctor team was top notch from beginning to end. They were the most responsive as we investigated companies to employ for our interior paint project (same day response from internet request for quote). They were the most cost competitive within our search. They offered a complimentary color consultation which was extremely helpful. The job crew was punctual, efficient and extremely detail oriented. The Domingo paint crew showed up timely every day they were here. They kept me informed of their progress, such as when garage doors and front doors needed to be opened or closed. Approximately how much longer they would be. When they left for lunch and came back, which was helpful, because I have a Rotweiller and needed to know when he could go out. They were professional, and did an outstanding job painting my house..They even cleaned up messes from when the contractors painted it when it was new. I would recommend this company and their crew.
