paint is chipping, runs down the walls, gobbs of paint in places , skippers, raw in spots
paint was spilled on driveway and cement on front porch. paint is still in the road that was spilled and never cleaned.

We were just made aware of Ms. concerns and reached out to her immediately. We will be meeting with her on Friday to address any concerns. We stand behind our work and am glad that she brought these concerns to our attention. If we were made aware of it sooner we would have addressed these issues sooner, but as we were never reached out to we weren't aware that there were any issues to be taken care of. The lead painter on the property had been with us for about 5 years at that time. We are family owned and as soon as we saw that she had a concern by the review that was posted we contacted her and got things going to correct any issues. We always strive to do the best job possible and we look forward to meeting with Ms. this Friday.
met to address concerns, 2 individuals came out for about 1/2 then walked off the job, and to this day, there isnt any resolution. no contact from anyone for about a week . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP.

This is incorrect. The owner had asked the crew to leave and told them her son would take care of some of the things she wanted taken care of when he came to visit (most of which were caulking build up on nails and trim pieces from the last 30 years). We had met up and have spoken on several occasions. The crew wasn't aware that she wanted her deck finished still when they left after she told them they could leave and when she called us about the deck we sent another crew out there that very same evening to look at it. We switched crews and the new crew came out immediately. They have gone to restain the deck on several occasions (which is not under warranty but we are doing that at no additional charge) and once or twice it was wet from when she was watering the flowers so we had to wait for it to dry, when we came back this past week to stain we had a very large hail storm recently which created more damage on the deck and it now also has to be power washed which we did at no charge to the customer to make sure everything was done correctly. The wash has to dry for a few days before we can stain to prevent bubbling. The crew is planning on going back today or tomorrow to restain the deck. There is no warranty on the deck as in Colorado you usually have to do it every year and a half to 3 years. At no charge we power washed her deck flooring again. We called her the same day we received the reviews, met with her at her first convenience, got everything scheduled immediately, and stayed until she asked the crew to leave (they didn't understand that she still wanted the deck stained before they left). Immediately after calling me we addressed the situation and have just been working around the weather and other issues (such as the deck being wet from her watering the plants) before we can do it. Which once again it was washed recently by us and we're doing the stain as soon as we can. We did the wash to help with the damage that was caused from the hail storm which isn't even related to our work. Our customer service has gone above and beyond we feel especially with all the trips the crew has gone over there to address things that aren't even under warranty. Thank you for taking the time reading this. We look forward to finishing the deck flooring hopefully today or tomorrow if weather cooperates.
We used The Paint Doctor to paint the exterior of our house and shed. Joe was very nice and helpful and prompt in answering any of our questions. Carlo was the lead on the job and he was very good. The house looks beautiful, have even had neighbors drop by to comment on the excellent job. Thanks so much Joe and Carlos, would for sure recommend The Paint Doctor.
The Paint Doctor, Inc. painted my windows, doors, and soffits 3 years ago. Recently, I noticed some cracking of paint on several windows. When I called them, Chris, an adjuster, was out the next day, and they sent an excellent painter promptly who fixed all problems under their warranty. They were a pleasure to work with, and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction.
From the time I received the estimate until the job was completed the service I received from the Paint Doctor was excellent. The paint crew who completed my exterior paint was respectful of my home and my personal belongings at all times. If you are looking for a company who uses high quality paint and even more importantly takes pride in the work they do The Paint Doctor is who you need to call. You will not be disappointed!

I got several estimates before choosing a paint company. I was very impressed with the Paint Doctor's professionalism along with their price and warranty. The entire outside of my house was destroyed in the hail storm July 2016. Paint Doctor waited until after the roof, gutters & windows were installed so the new stucco and paint would not get damaged again by those contractors. They allowed me to change my original paint color to a lighter shade which looks beautiful. They also went above and beyond to stain my fence so the hail marks didn't show through. VERY happy - highly recommend Paint Doctor! JT
The Paint Doctor came in to give an estimate on the outside painting of my home. I had called on a Tuesday and they saw me the very next day. Joe described all the locations of the home that needed some extra TLC, and walked me through their procedures. What was really important to me was that they spent so much time on the prep work, a lot of companies wash and prep the same day and he explained to me that wasn't good for the finished product because paint can bubble if it does not have a 24-72 hour dry time, depending on moisture. When they started the work after I hired them, they followed all procedures to a T. His painted, Juan was extremely nice and has been with the company for almost 7 years now. It took him 4 days to do the house, which was one day for washing and cleaning, a day and a half for prepping (wood replacement as needed) and a day and a half to two days for the painting. The Paint Doctor stuccoed and painted my house. They are a great group of people to work with every step of the way. Brian gave me great options and I was able to stucco my house, something I've been wanting to do. He worked with me on the cost presenting a win/win situation for completing the project in the winter. I would highly recommend working with this local business serving the community for decades!

The paint doctor consists of a team of professional painters. Brian W. (owner) is an expert and he manages his team as such. Our project consisted of removing popcorn ceiling / retexture / paint. Even with modifications and adjustments made during the job,the team was easy to work with. The team on our job was Chris / Chad / Bryon. They are reliable/ knowledgeable / professional / friendly. We do recommend them.
We initially got estimates from several different painters; the prices were reasonable but
there were a number of problems: not licensed, bonded and insured, or they wanted money up
front to pay for paint, or they wouldn't guarantee their work. We went with Paint Doctor
because those issues were all addressed. Their estimate was at the higher end of the scale
but well worth the added security.
Juan *** (3 person crew) was our painter. He is skilled and knows his business and,
most importantly, showed patience and diligence to complete the job.
We were fairly exacting. Mr. handled every request competently and professionally.

It has been just over a year that we hired The Paint Doctor to paint several rooms in our home. When the two-man crew completed its work we found splatters of paint on our furniture, carpet, light fixtures and wood trim. When light hit the living room ceiling it showed streaks where the painters had missed fresh paint over the old paint. The hallway is a mess of streaked walls. Through time we have found spots that were completely missed. We had thought it was time to hire a professional paint business, but we can tell you this business' painters were not professional by any means. We asked The Paint Doctor to return to see all of the problems. The owner set up an appointment but then canceled. We have never heard from him again. We were advised by another contractor to let the Revdex.com know even though it has been 15 months, because the Revdex.com wants to know. We are upset everytime we see The Paint Doctor advertisements knowing the money we wasted every time we see the shabby work we received!
I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with during my project with the Paint Doctor. Melissa did a great job getting me an estimate and assigning the job on short notice, and Carlos and Francisco did a really fine job with the painting project itself. Based on my experience, I would recommend them, and would not hesitate to call them for a project in the future.
I had a great experience with Pant Dr. from start to finish. The initial quote was professional, informative, and she really listened (unlike some other quotes I got from other local painters). The price was reasonable and she helped me find a place that worked for my budget and for my needs. The price was very reasonable and the quality of workmanship made it well worth the money. We had the entire house interior painted and it was the best decision! The painters were nice, friendly, and obviously experienced and skilled. I felt like they took extra care to do a nice job patching and caulking on my older home. I felt like the painters also listened to my requests and did a great job with making independent decisions when I wasn't available (like where to switch color at the hall transition point). This is a great company that I will recommend to everyone I know!
We had scrutinized and vetted the top four painting companies here in Colorado Springs to determine who we wanted to have paint the exterior of our house before the winter weather set in. We picked the Paint Doctor, and were very pleased to have Melissa come out to give us an estimate and guide us through the process. She was wonderful to work with and responsive to our needs and calls. Her crew, under the diligent supervision of Oscar, did a great job with utmost attention to detail and our specific request. All the workers were courteous and respectful to getting the job done right.

We began working with The Pain Doctor on 08/22/2017. The experience at the beginning seemed a normal process. The owner came to my commercial office building, took a look at the space and promised a quote by the next day. We received the quote and decided to work with their company. The paint job was scheduled for 09/22/2017. I did have to call the owner the evening prior due to no follow up on a specific time to be at my office and to let them know what the paint color would be. The owner texted me back and said he would be here at 8:30am. I was greeted by just the painter and not the owner. The painter asked for keys so he could lock up as it would take 2 days to complete. Things went south from this point. On Friday 09/22/2017 the painter stated Saturday 09/23/2017 would be only about 4 hours to finish and he would call us with a 2 hour window. After talking to the painter on Saturday he said it would be more of about 6 hours to finish and he would still
This is the 2nd time I have used the Paint Doctor. No company is perfect all the time. However, Joe promises and is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. He follows up promptly and has never failed to resolve any issues. I always get multiple bids and consistently find the paint doctor to provide excellent results at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Joe and his company.
