Ordered a jacket from them November 25, 2016 and still haven't received item nor a reply to my emails regarding my item and it's now January 31, 2017 Ordered a jacket from them November 25, 2016 that costs $65. I've messaged them several times on [redacted] and they responded each time that I would receive it before christmas then they said I would receive it in 1-2 weeks after christmas had passed.
