Online retailer charged my credit card more than days ago They will not provide a status via email and do not provide a phone # for customers
Retailer accepted the order and charged my credit card $for a jacket on 11/29/They have not shipped it and will not give me status via email They do not provide a phone number for customers

I placed my order Jul payment was taken from my account on July 18th I have requested status of my order and I have not received a reply yeti have requested a refund and I still haven't heard anything and it is August17th

I Oder my package may 5th ik it take a couple of days because it's out of the country but I ask them for my tracking number and no response I emailed the every day and no response it June 13th and still no package at this point I just want my money back because this is sad they have no good customer service and they have a email to contact them I can't even call but here is my Oder number that they gave me ***

I brought my item on October 6th and I have never received my merchandise from this company they said it would take to business days and it has been way longer than that I have emailed them and no response but one and they never replied back
