Waiting for a response regarding my order
My experience is the same as many above! Received an order confirmation 6 days ago. Emailed 2 days later for an update, hoping to gift the bracelets for Christmas, and received an automated reply suggesting they would get back with me soon. I have yet to hear anything, no answer by phone because their "customer service reps" aren't available. If I don't hear within 24 hours, I'll be asking credit card company to reverse the money that they've already received! Shame on me for not reading these reviews first!

I looked at goods online and started the checkout process, but didn't finalize my order. Well these wonderful Christian people NOT! Processed my order and took money from my credit card. I called them and they don't answer the phone, there's a BS message about being busy and to email, so I emailed about 100 times and nobody will answer me - just an auto message saying they'll get back to me. More BS because nobody gets back to me. I left message on FB messenger and they don't answer there either. The most frustrating ordeal with so called Christian people. I think they are awful and I'm now trying to get my bank to get a refund from these horrid people

Hi, ***. Sorry you aren't having a good experience with us. We have responding to every message you sent us and tried to explain that although you claim to not have finalized your order, we don't get the order unless you put your card info in and hit send.

If we hadn't already shipped your goods, we would have certainly have cancelled your order immediately and refunded you.

We show your order has now been delivered. Please return the unwanted goods to the address below along with a note that includes your name, email, and order #. Once we receive back, we will issue a full refund with in 1 week. Please allow 5-7 business days to appear back on your card.

This is a bunch of lies. I did not confirm my order. An email from Harold apologized for my order "slipped in"
My messages on Face Book messenger were ignored.
Nobody answers the phone, there is a message saying they are too busy and customers must email.
Every email sent says they have received my email and somebody will get back to me. Well nobody got back to me for nearly a week when it was too late as they had shipped the goods.
Nobody answered any of my emails from Sunday (when my credit card was debited) until Wednesday when an email stated that my order had been shipped. I replied immediately to say I was trying to cancel it and was told it was too late as it was in the shipping department. What nonsense!!
The package is now on the way back, I rejected the delivery as I am not prepared to pay return shipping.
Customer service is shocking and somebody should have replied to my desperate emails sent 20 times a day trying to cancel the order, instead they waited until it was too late and the stuff had shipped.
A very frustrating and inefficient company to deal with

Ordered items March 27th, Understanding crisis now, Figured it would take time, Order #*** 42.74 plus 4.95 shipping cost. It was sent to Delivery *** on April 7th where it stayed until April 17th with no pickup , Assumed I was set to get Delivery of items today, 4/21/2020, It was in our Post office as of 4/19/20, only to find out now it is in Transit to Monroe Township NJ. I have contacted them via e mail probably 10 times, as they have a phone number which is a recorded message, no live person to speak to, plus several messages on Facebook messenger which takes them 4-5days to answer. All they say give us a few days And we will get back to you in their email. I have never been so frustrated with a company , Ordering from a Christian organization I thought would not be a problem, Nothing but a headache, product is beautiful, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. So now with the coronavirus my post office does not answer their phone, so I can not find out why it shipped to NJ instead of my home address where it has been since April 19th. There Delivery company *** , does not take calls either, go in there Tracking service Tracking # unknown. Go in USPS, unknown tracking #. So where do we go from here?
No items I purchased, paid for order, This company needs to provide adequate phone number where you can talk to someone about an order, have a chat line if there's a problem, or close them for inadequate customer service, failure to follow through on orders. From reviews the Company had 92 complaints, wish I would have seen that before I had ordered.

Desired Outcome

Delivery of my items in a timely manner or my full refund, or both . I think they owe me some compensation for the time and hassle. .

has been notified that due to the global crisis, there is a delay in delivery. She has a tracking # and was advised to allow a few more days for delivery. She was also ensured that if her order doesn't arrive, we will reship or give a refund no questions asked.

As I stated in my complaint, since April 7th, they have been telling me just give us a few more days, after waiting for them to respond to my message on messenger, or by e-mail. I believe I have been more then patient with this company. My package waited over 12 days in town called Freemont CA, Harold said we have a new tracking number which he said he would send my e-mail, which I never received. Last check, I thought the problem was resolved as I checked got a Tracking number for a town called Bloomington CA, said it would be delivered on April 21st or April 22nd, upon checking Tracking today, it was in Cheektowaga since The 19th, at 5:40am today, it was In Transit to Monroe Township, NJ. I understand there is a Global crisis, but there lack of a live person to talk and waiting 4-5days before they respond is not good Customer Service. Yes they did say we'll reship or refund, it is almost a month since I ordered these items. Upon checking with Newgistics , put in the tracking number separate from what they gave me, it came up unknown. Upon checking USPS, also tracking number that number came up unknown. So as you can see, learning this package was on it's way to Monroe Township NJ, I realized I was not going to receive what I paid for already, so I lodged this complaint. I am sorry but this is unacceptable for a Company to not have a live person to talk to in these matters. A phone number with a recording saying use Messenger on ***, or e-mail support @positive christian.com. I work in Retail and never would the company do what they have done within this past month. The times they said "give us a few more days" probably was when they finally responded to a message or email after waiting several days. The straw that broke the camels back was when my item was in town and now being shipped to New Jersey. I think I have been patient, but this company has received over 92 complaints of customers lost shipments, not receiving item as ordered. As you can see I feel I am justified in lodging this complaint, I did not receive items ordered, I will not receive order tomorrow either since it is going to NJ, I paid for my order and have no package to show for it. Plus there Delivery Service is inferior. A customer should not have to wait close to a month to receive there items unless told so when ordered. This global crisis have not affected other online orders of mine and a friends. I ordered 3 others items from other Businesses, as well as my friend, we have received them all but Positive Christian. I have 2 other orders pending from Different companies with a Delivery date so I know when to expect my order. Being told a few more days with no target date and knowing it is sitting waiting to be picked up is Bad businesss. If I could submit actual messages I would, but this scenario is actually what happened within the last month. I think to increase their Business and give good customer service they should make their Phone available to Customers to speak to a live person, and have a chat line where someone is available also to check on problems that occur. Also have a more reputable delivery service who actually picks up packages instead of sitting in limbo for days on end. I do not know if you will get this but it shows that the package is on its way to New Jersey and not in Cheektowaga, NY, it has departed my area, and not received by me.So I think you will agree this Company has things they need to revise so more customers will want to buy there products.So many people on *** complain there is no one to talk to, my order was lost, they never return messages, it takes several days to get a response, I am sorry no way to run a Business.
To end, Thank You for looking into this, I was so looking forward to receiving these items, it was to be a gift for a Friend of over 50 years, for Easter. If they can get my items to me things would be resolved, but I am not willing to be put through another month of waiting, aggravation and just give us a few more days. If they can give me a definite date, better shipping , I would be happy, then you can call it resolved, but for me it will never be resolved unless I receive my items in a timely manner.
Looking forward to your Decision, I felt I was justified in filing this complaint as others have done.

I did receive the item, but it took almost a month. As I stated before, there Business should be more available in the event of issues. They should have an easy way to talk to there customers, either responding to their message system faster, or have someone pick up the phone. No order should be taking close to a month to receive, yes there is a Global crisis but it was sent to shipping on April 8th, where it sat for days. I think they need to look into another shipping company. I will never order from there company again, unless they have new steps in place. It was frustrating and completely annoying, waiting for the package to be picked up, then knowing it was in my area and shipped to Monroe Township NJ. There shipping company is inferior and needs to be told about this blunder. If you want to call this resolved , I did get the item, but their Company needs to make it easier for Customers to want to buy there products, because I never will order from them again. As I said before no other company that I've ordered from, or when a friend orders something has been delayed this long. and has this kind of difficulty. We have received our orders when stated.
I hope Positive Christian will heed my advice from this and get more Positive reviews then Complaints, work with a Better Shipping Company, because I think they failed to provide Good Customer Service, which makes their Company look Bad.

Need to speak to a Positive Christian representative regarding partial return of orders #*** & #***. Contrary to the report from The Positive Christian, I have received only ONE response asking me to contact Harold at XXX XXX-XXXX when I had received my complete order. Once again, went right to voice mail & additionally, I have not rec'd a response via phone or Email. Hopefully you can help in resolving this issue.

I ordered three keychains on January 25 that were promised in 3-5 days. After several weeks, I e-mailed and asked to cancel and have my Visa reimbursed. It had already been charged. I was told there was a glitch and offered a $10 coupon. I said, "No, thank you." Another week passed. I e-mailed again...."reimburse me." Today I get an e-mail from the company saying my order will arrive on February 27. The keychains, as I had explained to them, were Valentine gifts. I had already bought other gifts. Never buy from this company! Never!

If I could give 0 stars I could!!! Horrible shopping experience and all promises made by customer services were not followed through. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also ordered a keychain nov 30. I got the run around and finally a tracking number.......that dates to dec 31 and shows that it was in transit......NO MORE INFO! Cannot get a live person, cannt get any satisfaction. asking for my money back and they insist on sending a new one if this one is lost! UM NO< Money Back! So fed up with this company, I will not be recommending them to anyone!

I ordered 2 key chains for Christmas on November 21 and still haven't heard a thing. get the run around. So much for a Christian organization

I purchase the sister key chain over a month ago. To Christmas Eve it still hasn't been delivered.
I purchase as Christmas gift & have yet to receive my item that I purchase for $14.61. This company needs to remove Christian from the name. I have emailed & was told sister keychain will be delivered. I was told a credit of $10 would be given to me. I don't want it. Refund only!

Ordered key chains in November, my card was charged on November 20. It is now December 22 and I still do not have my merchandise. The only response I can get is " we're sorry for your inconvenience", "December is a busy month", "verify your address", "we'll reship your order". All stall tactics, never answering where my order is. These were ordered for Christmas presents but I guess I didn't specify what year I wanted to give them. Will not do business with them again.

Ordered sisters by heart key chain 11-30-19. To date no tracking info and not sent out. Contacted them 3 times regarding this. Want a full refund .
As stated above ordered on 11-30-19. Sisters by heart key chain. I've contacted them 3 times and all I get is an auto response from"Dee " that it's been processed but no tracking info. Check back at end of each week. Order ***- cost w/ tax $17.92. To be sent to a friend in Alabama for Christmas. They stated it takes 2-4 weeks for processing. If it's been sent, why no tracking info? I'm so disappointed and want a full refund from this company and it banned from advertising on Facebook. This is just a scam. They take your money right away and that's the last you hear from them.

I want a full refund of my money that was charged to my credit card. I was scammed once before but not again. I want this company put on notice as a scam site and all advertising pulled from Facebook and wherever else they post. Thought this would be a wonderful gift and now I have nothing for my friend. It's disgusting that companies take advantage of people all the time. We're losing money and they're stealing it from us. You can't even find a phone number to call and after emailing them 3 times with no results I want a refund .

I ordered several bracelets two weeks ago for Christmas. I called and was diverted to their *** page. No response there. No response to my email inquiry. This business appears to be a scam. Buyers beware. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank.

Place an order and have not received the products ordered. I have messaged them via ***, which is the only way to contact them because nobody ever answers the phone. No reply from them. They took my money and now I have no way to contact them. This is not a Christian company...it is a scam.

I had orders a key charm on November 9th and still have not received it. You can't get hold of anyone to find out what is going on!!!
If anyone knows anyone that can help I would love to hear from them.

Don't buy anything from them!! I ordered 4 items just got 1. Tried to call and email even did messenger but to no avail. Not a Christian company. As far as it being positive. It's been nothing but a headache

My account has been hit for the purchase 7/26. Now I need the product.

I ordered a key chain and have not gotten an email or anything to let me know anything about my order. I have had a few issues with ordering on ***. And it seems like another scam. At some point the banks are going to get tired of returning the money. I was so excited to get this key chain. Very disappointed.

I am sorry to say, that I am not at all satisfied with my order, and how it was handled.
There has been no human interaction, and when I call I get a recording, telling me to use your email. I feel very sad and taken advantaged of.
I am asking for a FULL REFUND, ASAP.
And a return receipt, so I can return these inferior products. Please, please get back to me ASAP, so we can conclude this unfortunate experience.

I ordered over a dozen bracelets & a necklace to give friends & family at Easter and was thrilled with the workmanship of all but one. The only problem with that one was that the clasp was hard to open & wouldn't open all the way. I notified them & they replaced it right away, without me having to send back the one I had received. I would encourage anyone to purchase their products. I will be purchasing more, for sure. Many thanks to The Positive Christian for making such high quality items & having such good sales. You've got a customer for life!
