Ordered bracelet on March 11. Next day credit card showed payment to company. As of April 10th still have not received product.
Ordered bracelet Jesus aid it all 3/11 order #***Although $15.57 was charged to my credit card4/12I still have not received my order as of today 4/11. On 3/15 I was told to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when I inquired as to expected shipping time. A month has passed and still no delivery confirmation from these people as. As of today I asked they refund my money in full.

I placed my first order on March 16 and received complete order last week. Had I read these reviews first, I probably would not have ordered, but, I didnt see these and ordered, I am thoroughly pleased with my necklaces and I was able to track shipment on line.
Getting ready to place my second order, praying it goes as smoothly as the first.
I love the necklaces, I think they look better than than the price I paid for them. It is not high end jewelry, and I didn't pay a high end price. I am very pleased with the entire process and can't wait to gift a couple of them. The only suggestion I could make is, I would like for the chain to be longer, but, that is a personal preference and one I can fix myself.

I purchased a bracelet with semicolon charm for my granddaughter. The charm was so pitted that you could hardly see the semicolon. The charm itself was so low quality.

They told me that they would reship with better quality but have heard nothing and when I inquire, they do not respond.

Every single complaint on here is about the shipping. I too have been waiting for almost a month, when I reached out through email I was informed they could not track my package and to check back with them later on. I've reached out again and am hoping to get an ETA this time. A little perplexing that this business has done nothing to improve their business when it comes to their shipping methods or lack thereof. Seems to me that it would hurt the success and prosperity of your company when your shipping methods are so poor. In agreement that your product is beautiful, but for your shipping issues alone and lack of customer service in resolving it I would not recommend you.

I would skip this company. I waited two weeks before emailing them about an order I made and was told, "please kindly recall from the product order page, there is 2-4 weeks delivery time." I also received an email stating this, as well as being told the receipt should have stated this, it does not. It looks as though others who have ordered were told about the 2-4 weeks delivery after they had issues and brought it up to the company. I'm disappointed in this "Christian" company.

Placed an order December 16th. Money taken from my account on December 17th. Still have not received this order. And no longer want anything from this company except my money back. No way to conduct business. Especially claiming to be Christian. No person to talk to even, only automated system and *** messenger. And they call that customer service. REALLY!!??

I placed an order on January 13th and I have yet to receive it on this date February 8.I was told a couple weeks ago that it had been shipped. Then this afternoon I get an email that it has not been shipped yet.

On Dec 5th I ordered bracelets and did not receive them.... I was in contact via email and their Facebook messenger from 12/17-the end of Jan. On 1/7 I was told the package was lost and that they would give me two additional bracelets free of charge. Giving benefit of the doubt I agreed to keep my order and asked for the tracking number so I could know when they would be shipped out and when I would receive them. I inquired again and was told again on 1/17 my order was lost ..... I was given a new order number and instead of shipping out ASAP.... I inquired and was told I would receive the bracelets in ANOTHER 2-4 weeks with no tracking number..You can not speak to a person as they direct you to their email and messenger. I would not recommend this company and am writing them to request a refund. Their product might look nice on line, however, that will not help them if they cannot produce the product

I received your note today via email "after" I wrote to the Revdex.com... thank you, however, you need to take a long look at how you correspond with your customers. If I would include all the dialogue that went back and forth you might see the huge gap in your customer service. It is unfortunate that no matter how great the product "might" be.... I would not recommend your company. Hoping that you can look at ALL the complaints you've received and grow from that. Thank you!

For the sale price, the products were fine. (Not worth more than the sale price). HOWEVER...the issues were with shipping and customer service. It was not until AFTER the order was placed that it said 2-4 weeks delivery time. On Thanksgiving Day I placed the order of 6 items. They were unable to provide tracking info. When I received the order (from Chinasurprise!) a couple of days before Christmas, there was an item missing. I notified them twice now and have still not received the refund one month later. Will not order from this disappointing "Christian" company again.

Very disappointed. I ordered necklaces 2 weeks before Christmas and received them in time for Christmas but the Antique bronze chains were very cheap looking. Not at all shiny like the pictures showed. When I contacted them the day after Christmas they agreed to replace them free if I only paid the shipping. So far I haven't received the replacements.

Ordered on 11/24 it's 1/2 I still haven't received my order. Web sites says they are in NC. The product is shipped from China!
Order XXXXX was placed 11/24/18 via the Internet. I paid $ 22.33 by credit card. I purchased a bracelet I can do all things through Christ and a necklace God is in her. I was told it would be here in 2-4 weeks but its Jan 2, 2019 and I have never received my order. They were to be Christmas gifts. I looked on the website before ordering and the company address is in North Carolina according to their web site. However after contacting them via email ( no help there received a generic email response) then contacting them via Facebook I finally received a tracking number. Get this they ship out of CHINA not North Carolina - so buyers heads up I don't really think they are in North Carolina. It makes me wonder how many other people didn't get their order. Where is my order? Where is my refund? I would like one or the other by the end of the week.

They stated on 1/3/19 I would receive a refund. As of today 1/8/19 I haven't received my refund. I would like my refund processed. I have to respond to the Revdex.com by today 1/8/19 or this will be closed out. I want the complaint to stay open until I receive my refund. Just FYI package hasn't shown up either.

I ordered 2 bracelets 11/29. I was told they were in transit & would arrive Dec 22nd. Every time you try to call you can't get through. If you try to chat they cut you off by saying shipment takes 2-4 weeks & won't say anything else!

Delivery I would like my order delivered. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts!

I placed order with this company on December 3rd 2018 and I have not received and product. I keep getting the run around about a refund. When you call the company number no one ever answers the phone. They gave us a fake USPS tracking number. I want my money back from this scamming company.

Took 24 days to receive my order. Was told two weeks before that it had shipped they just didn't have any tracking. Probably because it was shipped from China! Quality was poor and I would never order from them again.

We stand behind our products and offered customer a refund.

I ordered Christmas gifts on December 6. It is now December 30, I still have not received my order. I have emailed them several times...they respond quickly, but the response is not helpful. Just got a tracking number on December 28th. They are supposed to be in NC, but tracking info says it is coming from China, and won't be here till January 3rd!!! I will NOT be doing business with them again.

BOTTOM LINE: Great product, super slow order fulfillment/shipping.
I ordered two necklaces in November for Christmas gifts. They literally arrived on Christmas Eve. Apparently, there's some sort of disclaimer about 2-4 weeks' shipping time on their order page which I did not see. My rating is 4 stars, though, because the actual product is REALLY nice, especially for what it cost. The company really needs to be more up front about the fact that this stuff is coming to you from China and they can't accurately predict when it will show up. If I had just known that, the whole experience would have felt more "positive" and "Christian."

Order placed on 11/28. I inquired on 12/5 for shipping tracking information as multiple items were Christmas gifts. Was instructed on 12/7 to reach back out the following week. I then received a separate email on 12/8 stating the items had shipped yet tracking info was unavailable. I reached out on 12/15 and received no response. Was also told I could not cancel my order via email. I tried calling the 1800 number and no representatives are available - EVER. The automated recording instructs you to send an email or send a FB message via their website. Total joke. Worst customer service experience ever. Company is a scam and should be investigated. I'll be contacting my bank to dispute and file fraudulent charges.

Placed an order. Never got shipping confirmation. Had to inquire several times before any response.
I made an online order on 12/6 because the site said that it would be delivered by Christmas. I waited a week and a half before I inquired because I never received shipping confirmation. I called the customer service number but it acts like he representatives are always busy. It redirects you to Facebook messenger chat, so that's what I did. Waited- still no reply. So I email - nothing. Finally, I got a generic excuse to all of the emails and Facebook messages that I had sent. The email asked that I wait until today, 12/22 (3 days before Christmas) to receive my package. Well, looked again and - NOTHING. So, fuming, I send another message. Finally, I get a response that says I am chatting with an actual person. But, to add insult to injury, he tells me that he will have a manager contact me in 2-3 days. Really?!? 3 days will be Christmas Day. Clearly, too late to talk to a manager. It has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had because you cannot get a soul to talk to you about issues. I would not recommend and certainly not purchase again.

Our customer support department has been on a several day delay in responding due to the holidays. We've experienced a 2000% increase this year and couldn't have planned far enough in advance by expanding our support staff.

As a result, we've addressed a few common questions below and hope this helps. Please read the entire list below and only respond if your question or concern is not addressed. Thank you so much in advance for your help.

Has my order shipped? Do you have tracking? For a few of our orders we have to manually update tracking in our system. All orders prior to 12/17 have shipped or are in transit. We kindly ask that you wait until the end of the day on Dec 22nd for an update or for your order to arrive.

Can I alter or change my order? We are sorry, during the holidays, orders are transferred as quick as possible to our fulfilment center and can't be changed.

Can I add an item to my order? Normally yes, but during this time we kindly ask that you place an additional order and they will likely ship together. Just send us a note with your additional order # and we will refund shipping charges accordingly.

I need to a send a gift. Can I include a note? Do you include a receipt? We cannot include a personalized note at this time. Also, we never include a receipt with amount paid, so your recipient will not know the cost.

Product not delivered as promised
Purchased product from the company on December 6th. Funds were withdrawn from my bank on December 7th. Product was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. I have tried to contact the company but have been referred to their email support, which I did not receive any response to, and through Facebook Messenger. I was contacted on December 15th via Facebook Messenger. I was told that I was chatting with Robert. He said that he would look into my delivery. I was then told that my order was in transit, but there was no updated tracking yet. I was asked to be patient. They were working overtime to make sure it arrived by Christmas. I was then told that they were doing all they could to ensure all orders were delivered by Christmas. On December 17th I received a message that they were able to get a few necklaces and bracelets to their NC warehouse that would arrive before December 25th...would I like to see what is still available. I responded that I would just like to receive what I had ordered on December 6th. On December 19th I received a response from their support department saying they were behind in responding. I was asked to check back at the end of the day on December 22nd. I did this....again. I was given the same response, be patient with them they were working overtime, but my order should be delivered by Christmas. An email was finally sent with a message saying my order had be sent to the USPS. I messaged them today, December 24th. I was told that "Looks like your order is probably not going to arrive before Christmas. Really sorry!" I tried to call....again referred to their Facebook Messenger.

Desired Outcome

This was a product for my Granddaughter for Christmas. If is isn't going to be here for Christmas.....I would like a PROMPT refund.
