I ordered 125 dollars worth of jewelry for christmas presents and was guaranteed christmas delivery but I did not receive any of the items.

Desired Outcome

I do not want anything from the company. I just want to lodge a complaint against them. I do not believe they have charged my credit card.

The postal service lost this order and we will be refunding the customer.

They advertise 5-8 days for arrival of the product. When it didn't arrive I asked where it was. They had no answer and told me to wait 2-4 weeks.
The Positive Christian has an advertisement to sell bracelets which states that it will be delivered in 5-8 days. I ordered 3 bracelets on Nov. 22nd. When my order, which I paid for instantly upon order, did not arrive I asked for a tracking number. They replied by telling me to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. That was Dec. 6th.
Then I asked about the status of my order on Dec. 14 and they replied that my order was "in transit" but that they did not have updated tracking yet. I asked if I should expect them for Christmas and was told to be patient. Then on Dec. 17th they sent me a message that some of their products were available in NC and could arrive before Dec. 25. I asked if this was instead of my order or in addition to it and did not receive a reply. I have tried to contact them each day since, at least twice a day. I called the number provided on their website with the initial ad I saw and got a recorded message with no way to leave a message for them. It directs consumers to their email or the *** messenger, which has been the way I have tried to communicate with them since Dec. 4.

Desired Outcome

I would LOVE to have the product delivered BY Christmas and receive a refund for the shipping I paid.

Has my order shipped? Do you have tracking? For a few of our orders we have to manually update tracking in our system. All orders prior to 12/17 have shipped or are in transit. We kindly ask that you wait until the end of the day on Dec 22nd for an update or for your order to arrive.

Can I alter or change my order? We are sorry, during the holidays, orders are transferred as quick as possible to our fulfilment center and can't be changed.

Can I add an item to my order? Normally yes, but during this time we kindly ask that you place an additional order and they will likely ship together. Just send us a note with your additional order # and we will refund shipping charges accordingly.

I need to a send a gift. Can I include a note? Do you include a receipt? We cannot include a personalized note at this time. Also, we never include a receipt with amount paid, so your recipient will not know the cost.

The company advertised a delivery in 5-8 days. When they were falling behind they should have contacted their customers. I understand that they sold more than they were prepared to create, however, generic answers do not answer all questions. Also, those generic responses made the discussion we had seem like they were choosing NOT to answer my questions. It seemed sketchy and calculated.
Further, when I received the products they did not look like the advertisement. I was completely disappointed from beginning to end with this company.

Never received items after almost fore weeks. Refund unavailable. Beware.
I ordered my items on November 23rd. Was told it would be shipped/delivered within 2 weeks. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I have not received any items that I ordered. My neighbor ordered the same day and she received hers almost 2 weeks ago.I reached out the the company in which is via email or Facebook messenger. They will not speak to you via telephone. I was told that they could not track my items. Then told me the NC warehouse was restocked and I could choose from a list of items that was available. So that tells me they never shipped my order, and for me to take whatever was available, not what I had ordered. I kindly asked for a refund, and I was denied a refund, then saying the order was in transit. So here again two different stories. These items were for a Christmas part, now passed. That is why I specifically asked about shipping and was guaranteed a two week turn around. To this day, thy are telling people there items will arrive before Christmas with 5 shipping days left. It truly is false advertisement and poor customer service. It also is appalling to me that this is a Christian Organization, where you should feel good about giving them your business. I on the other hand say buyer beware and stay away from this manipulative organization whom tell one lie after the next.

I want a refund on both orders that I placed and a apology for making this Christmas a hassle!

It is now December 31 and still no product or
refund. You response did not address my personal complaint. It was more automated which tells me you have more upset customers. Please refund my 88.35 and this will be resolved.

I placed an order for 9 bracelets on November 24 and they have still not arrived.
I placed and order for 9 bracelets on November 24 and they have still not arrived. My order number is# XXXXX.I have contacted the 1-800 number several times and nobody ever answers. I have also sent numerous emails and Facebook messages( when I call the 1-800 number it says the best way to contact them is either email or Facebook Messenger)and not one response. I am extremely concerned since the payment for the bracelets has done been taken out of my account but absolutely no response to any lines of contact. All I want is my bracelets I needed them for gifts. I would just appreciated a response from them in letting me know when my order is going arrive. I have always been leery of online ordering and situations like this is exactly why. I have never dealt with a business that will not respond to you in any way shape or form. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.

Desired Outcome

I just want the merchandise I ordered and paid for in a timely manner and an answer as to why it is taking so long. I would like to know why there has been no response to any emails or messages.

Customer received goods on Dec 20th.

I ordered from the website in November.....it's december 16th and still haven't received. Company is in North Carolina but the tracking says "it's getting ready to ship from China". Tracking is same message for 2 weeks. I am calling my credit card to dispute. When I send messages to company, ignored. DO NOT order from this place!!!!

I ordered some items for Christmas. When I inquired about their status they said they were shipped however I never received a shipping number. Then they stated the US Postal service lost it. Still no shipping number. The only way to get ahold of them is by messaging or email and they do not reply for several days. I want a refund and can't get a response. They are using the word Christian in their name to scam people.

I finally received items but not until I attempted to contact them several times and at one point was told the postal service lost my package even though there was no shipping number. I received e mails requesting a review of products I did not get. I would send.a message and if I received a reply it was at least 3 days later and if I responded to it there was not a.response or.it.wasnt.related. they asked if I wanted a refund and I stated yes 2x and that was never addressed. I would never order from this company again.

Placed an order for a bracelet on Sept 24 and still have not received it as of Oct 31. Can only reach business by email. A customer service rep is never available to speak with. Tracking the order shows it has been sitting in Chicago since Oct 9. Several email attempts on trying to get a refund has always been a reply of give it a few more days. The business is in the US, but the order comes from China. It has been 6 weeks with no movement from the Chicago destination since Oct 9. They wanted to send out a replacement and will not give a refund.
