I hired Oscar owner of The Print Shop to do a sign for me for a customer or mine. We had been in contact since February. I went into his place of Business on March 12th to pay for the sign upfront and said must be cash. I paid $600. I have only been able to reach him twice since then. I have called numerous times, text, and even sent an email. No response at all. Now I have to find someone else to fulfill this order
