The Professionals Moving Specialists are one of the best moving companies in ChicagoThe scheduling process for my move was very easy and I promptly received a follcall and email to confirm dates along with an estimateMy move was scheduled for between 8am-8:30am, but my movers were early which worked out perfect! They were very thorough, efficient and fast at storing boxes/furniture items in the truckThey also wrapped my sectional, bookcase and tv to protect it from damageUnloading was great! I was asked where I wanted certain items to be stored and arranged in our new placeAfterwards, they take you to the moving truck to be sure no items were left behindThe estimate was very close to what I was quoted before the moveThe movers were very professionalThey made me feel very involved in the entire processI would recommend them for any move within the Chicago area!
This is the second time that my wife and I used this companyWe only had a bedroom apartment and these guys had us packed up and delivered within hoursWe were living in a high rise and couldn't get the service elevator right awayThey were able to work with the building guys to get everything loaded in a timely mannerThey work extremely fast while taking very good care of your belongingsAll I heard was plastic wrap and taping from the time they showed up until the time they left our new houseVery niceVery professionalI would recommend them to anyoneThey actually saved us money by getting the job done so fastThe folks at the office did a great job in staying in contact with us from the time we booked until the actual move dateAll around great businessWell run
Good afternoon, The client provided inaccurate information Insisted that we provide full reimbursement but could not verify the cost of the mattress When finally pressed for a receipt she confirmed that she had claimed for more than the loss Claim is also for a mattress different than what is on the complaint We are still working to resolve this with the client despite the conflicting information provided

Good afternoon, I understand you are under difficult circumstances and we are very sorry to hear about your personal situation We moved you into the units as you hired us to do We always ask that either you or someone be present to give the movers any specific instructions Unfortunately neither you or the office manager of the facility were present to let the movers know that you wanted the items organized a specific way You clearly told me you were in the storage's office while the unloading was happening, had you been present at the unit itself we could have avoided all of this from the beginningThey would have stayed of course to rearrange the units on the move day itself but it was my understanding you refused the additional charges as it would take more time.Despite all of this we have been willing to work with you We have even offered to credit the travel charge on your move out which would save you over $off the move out of the facility Please let me know if you would like to accept the offer so I can reserve a crew for you
