I highly recommend The Professionals Inc., Moving Specialists for any moves! Fast, courteous and they provide up to ten wardrobe boxes free of charge which is great! Used them on March 16 and they were punctual!

I hired the Professionals Moving Specialists and had a flawless experience. They showed up exactly on time and very skillfully moved everything out of my apartment in an impressively quick amount of time. This group comes highly recommended from me!

The Professionals Moving Specialists are one of the best moving companies in Chicago. The scheduling process for my move was very easy and I promptly received a follow-up call and email to confirm dates along with an estimate. My move was scheduled for between 8am-8:30am, but my movers were early which worked out perfect! They were very thorough, efficient and fast at storing boxes/furniture items in the truck. They also wrapped my sectional, bookcase and tv to protect it from damage. Unloading was great! I was asked where I wanted certain items to be stored and arranged in our new place. Afterwards, they take you to the moving truck to be sure no items were left behind. The estimate was very close to what I was quoted before the move. The movers were very professional. They made me feel very involved in the entire process. I would recommend them for any move within the Chicago area!

This is the second time that my wife and I used this company. We only had a 1 bedroom apartment and these guys had us packed up and delivered within 3 hours. We were living in a high rise and couldn't get the service elevator right away. They were able to work with the building guys to get everything loaded in a timely manner. They work extremely fast while taking very good care of your belongings. All I heard was plastic wrap and taping from the time they showed up until the time they left our new house. Very nice. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They actually saved us money by getting the job done so fast. The folks at the office did a great job in staying in contact with us from the time we booked until the actual move date. All around great business. Well run.

These guys made one of the most challenging days of my life a thousand times easier! Oscar, Jorge, Jime and Patricio arrived on time, worked efficiently, were very polite and could not have done anything any better.
This was my first move in 30 years and I was so stressed about it, that by the time I finished my move I found myself wondering what I was stressed about.

We had a great experience with The Professionals. They were prompt, fast, took great care of our stuff, and of course - they were professional! The reassembly of furniture was an unexpected bonus and a huge help. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I've never used a moving company before because I've relied on friends/friends of friends to help me move. Luckily, my former apartments were mostly on the first floor so my "movers" didn't have to lug my stuff that far. A friend who moved a few months ago talked about how she used The Professionals to help her with the move. She raved about how the movers were great at their job and she recommended I use them if I were to move. Backed by her statement, decided to use The Professionals for my recent move. The movers that were assigned to me were heaven sent. Modesto, Edward and Eric were soooooooo awesome in getting the move done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They came on time and they also called ahead to let me know what time to expect them. I was VERY impressed at how quick they were in loading boxes and furniture on to the truck. I got most of my packing done but there were a few items that I didn't get around to. To say I was stressed and overwhelmed is an understatement. But Modesto, the head mover assured me that it's going to be alright and they will do all they can to help me. To get that kind of assurance helped to ease my mind. I moved to a third floor and the movers didn't even scratch my furniture or break anything. They also have a great work ethic considering it's no mean feat to carry my furniture all the way to the third floor sans elevator. The Professionals are very lucky to have these three fine gentlemen to work for them. Every company needs a Modesto, Edward and Eric in their employ. They are great at their job and should definitely be commended for it. I've already told everyone I know about my wonderful experience using The Professionals. Thanks again Modesto, Edward and Eric. I know it was your job help me with my move. But in my opinion, you went above and beyond your duties to make sure I have a smooth transition. And that was all very much appreciated. I will definitely use The Professionals again and ask for the same crew.

The client provided inaccurate information.  Insisted that we provide full reimbursement but could not verify the cost of the mattress.  When finally pressed for a receipt she confirmed that she had claimed for more  than the loss.  Claim is...

also for a mattress different than what is on the complaint.   
We are still working to resolve this with the client despite the conflicting information provided.

This company is great! It was recommended to me, and I will recommend them from here on out. The entire process was smoothly handled, even when I called back to request packing. The Team arrived about 15 minutes earlier (which was fine) and they called on the way. They went through the house with me to see what needed to be packed, then got to it. The team of 4 were friendly and professional. The unpacking stage went just as well, they moved everything in quickly, and set up the beds and moved boxes around when asked.

This is the third time I've used these guys and I would never use anyone else; they are phenomenal. Fastest, most responsible, most efficient movers ever. Each crew I've had has been awesome!
