When the vehicle was purchased on 5/10/we agreed to a service contract that we were told was bumper to bumper so since they said we could cancel at any time we said o.kit was dollars for the length of the loan so when we tried to resolve an issue with a cracked wheel were told it's not covered so we ask what we need to do to cancel the warranty he said simply come in and sign the paperwork so thats what we did couple months later we checked with the bank ( [redacted] ***) to be sure they received the money they hadn't so we called and asked to talk to eddie the person in charge of this he says he did cancel it and doesn't know what happened so he'll investigate and call back in minutes which he never did so we have repeatedly called and called and he's never returned call we are sent to his voice mail every time we call and when we ask for his boss the general manager he's always in a meeting we have hit a brick wall for over months we are being totally ig

Last year I had a terrible experience with lug nuts not being tightened on my tires after service The wheels started to come off as I was driving on They were very apologetic and offered to cover the cost of my service Today I was having a different car serviced and wanted to pick it up but they told me not until Monday Today is Saturday and they refused to allow me to give them my Visa card number and come pick it up Sunday from the lot They then refused to answer the phone minutes before closing and simply put calls on voice mail saying they were closed This kind of behavior is unnecessary and leaves a very bad impression of the entire company I'd prefer to never go to them again Very unprofessional people

I leased a Honda Civic from Tom Wood Honda in Anderson, Indiana in March of Beginning immediately a check air pressure light came on I had the vehicle back in a total of times in less then years for the issue The last time it came on the same as an oil change and tire rotation I traded in the lease and took a loss I drove off the lot with a Honda Fit I drove home and when I can out to do errands it was completely dead When I called a manager I was ask "If it's a new car what is wrong with it?" The entire time of all these issues not one service person has taken me serious or respected the amount of time and travel that it imposed upon me that I had to deal with this issue

So I purchased a Audi Afrom this company over a month ago from Bruce P [redacted] I believe his name was, I was told that I would have the title/lienholder in the mail or email to register the car within a certain period of time from the guy that does the financingWell my temp tag is now over a month expired, me and my wife both have been calling and leaving messages also emailing, even going online and chatting with the help thing on the websiteWe never get any response just leave a messageSo I have this car that im paying for and can't driveIts funny you walk in to buy something and they're your best friend, but when there's an issue they are no where to be found

Hello, Definitely a positive experience at Tom Wood Nissan in Indianapolis Person that helped me was courteous and very helpfulDefinitely recommend it to anyone thinking of a dealer where they can take their car for service

My wife and I went to Tom Wood Nissan to look at a used Chrysler Town & CountryAll went very well during the test drive and the negotiationWhen it came to financing we specifically told the representative that we do all our banking with [redacted] BankWe asked that they only run our credit with [redacted] and we will accept the APRThe rest of the process went smooth until a week or so later when our credit monitoring service sent my wife an alertBoth of our credit's were run 4-different times with multiple banks and credit unionsThe credit motioning company was able to determine they were all requested by Tom Wood, and the only way to have them removed was to call Tom Wood and ask them to remove the credit inquiresI called the finance manager at Tom Wood and we played phone tag for about 2-Weeks (calls back and forth)Then I stopped receiving calls back from the finance manager after I left more voicemail's I sent emails to Tom Wood explaining my issue and no

Be aware that Tom Wood Collision is poorly managed and run I experience first hand as I'm a customer This location quoted to do the work on my vehicle in weeks and took weeks total before my vehicle was finished I had to stop by weekly to keep up on the status on my repairs During this time I found my vehicle along with others sat while vehicle's from only certain insurance companies were worked on Upon picking up my vehicle I found multiple items not done and I had to wait around for the work to be done During my review of the work done it was found this location charge my insurance company for a frame inspection but when asked for the frame spec sheet i'm told they can't provide When discussing with employees at the location is was noted my car frame wasn't inspected How can a business charge for a service and not do the work???? The only way to get stuff done at this location was to email Jeff Wood asking for help on this Be area that this business is shady and you would be better off going some where else as they don't care about anyone

I returned a lease and subsequently leased a new vehicle at Tom Wood Ford in September Approximately weeks after the lease was returned, I received a bill for over $in damagesVery long story short, the damages were done to the vehicle after I turned it in, and the dealer agreed to pay the chargesIt is now May, and I am being pursued by [redacted] because this dealer has not paid the charges yetThey said that they mailed a check in December 2017, but apparently lied to me as their customerBuyer beware, this dealer lies and steals from their customers

We purchased our Ford Edge from Tom Wood Ford and on July 14, 2016, we took it in for its first oil change After the service the vehicle was left on Tom Wood Ford's lot with the key in it It was stolen Tom Wood management did NOTHING to assist other than filing a police report and contacting their insurance company After weeks of dealing with the insurance company I sent the following email to Tom Wood's management, service, general manager and insurance company: MrB [redacted] Tom Wood Ford should have provided you with the original purchase agreement documenting the loss since they are your client We provided additional documentation in our last email which indicated the VIN number and equipment from the window sticker Any other documentation would have been in the vehicle that was stolen from Tom Wood FordPlease contact them for the original documentation to process this claim in a timely manner It has been missing since July 14, and we have only been co

I purchased a brand new Toyota Camry from Tom Wood Toyota in IndianapolisSince then I have regularly used Tom Wood to service the vehicle as an act of loyaltyEach time I've had to bring it in for service it has been and hassle and they failed to answer my questions about Toyota Care or service the vehicle under the terms of Toyota CareThey refuse to discuss an issue regarding oil changes, a loud exhaust system although I paid in excess of $2,for the extra warranty coverage
They resorted to creating a hostile scene at the Toyota dealer and refused to try and remedy the situation

I researched used cars online and made an offer of $23,"including all tax, title and fees" on the Carfax.com website The salesman responded by email "we can accept your offer." I drove miles to Indy on my afternoon off and test drove the car--- it was also the salesman's day off, so the staff indicated that I could not close the deal until his return I placed $1,down and noted on the invoice provided that the sales price was 23,out the door The next day the salesman emailed me that "I was given bad information as to the all inclusive price When I asked the internet manager about the $23,he was under the impression it was plus tax etc I am sorry he looked at a wrong stock number." Two lame excuses in one!

I purchased a Porsche Macan on 07/08/16, paid for in cash I have contacted the dealership no less than times to obtain my license plates and they have done nothing

By far the worst customer experience I have ever hadI originally took my vehicle in for the routine service and to have the tires checked because of a noiseI was told that the routine service was completed but they were short staffed and didn't have time to check the noise from the tires
About a month later I returned because the noise was worseI was told by the service advisor that the tires were "cupped" and that the car was out of alignmentHe told me that it would be $to align the car and that they had the tires in stockI refused the service and went to pick up my vehicle later that afternoon
When I picked up my vehicle to review the service report about the alignment, nowhere did it indicate that the alignment was off
I called Audi of America to file a complaint for trying to sell me a service that wasn't necessary
We came to an agreement with the Service Manager, JoeWhen I took my vehicle in I was told immediately again by the Service Advisor tha

Tom Wood cheated meIt is a serious claim, and it is absolutely trueLeasing a vehicle from Tom Wood is easyBut once you decide not to lease another vehicle, that is when the trouble beginsTom Wood sent me countless marketing e-mails starting around four months before my lease was scheduled to endThe emails indicated that they needed my vehicle back early and that there was no purchase necessaryThey offered to pay my remaining three payments for me as part of an 'early bird special'I was skeptical about the claims, so I confirmed with the sales person via e-mail that the deal indeed required no purchaseSo, I made an appointment with him to have the vehicle inspectedOnce I brought the car in, they talked me into test driving an Expedition during the inspectionThey pulled up my Ford Finance account and told me that the last payment would be waived (I had already paid ahead, so they agreed to handle the final payment instead of the last three)I asked them to confirm th
