The Simple Car Store

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

My name is [redacted] and I have not had my issue resolved with the Simple Car store. They stated over a month ago that by the end of March they would be reporting to credit agencies to ensure my payments are being acknowledged via credit report. However they are still not reporting, everytime I call and speak with their manager [redacted], he states another week or two and the change should take affect, that they are changing internet providers and software and the change will take affect after those changes to internet and software are made. My credit was ran to obtain my car. I have been paying on my car since June 2013, I have always made my payments early, and they have never reported my payments to creditors. It is in my contract that they are to be reporting to creditors and they are not.

they are shady people, they lie about 500$ down and sell you vehicles that will break down . It is no worth your money or time to deal with these people , save yourselves the headaches. They harass you when your payment is due and will threaten you. really un professional.
