I am rejecting this response because: I have been promised...

from this company before that they would cease sending me their e-mail advertising propaganda and they agreed to but within a short time I was again receiving them. So bottom line is I don't trust them or their promises. I would like to leave this complaint open for a time just to see if they actually follow through with their promises, which they have always broken in the past. Please advise if this works for you and thanks for all the help so far.

I am rejecting this response because:
The way the business went about cancelling my order is not right. The business blamed the cancellation on the customer,  claiming that it was my error and that is why the order was cancelled. Thus was not true, and took contacting the business three times to finally receive a response. Before in placed my order, I called and was assured the item would be delivered by January 1st. I've attached screen shots of these dates. If you would like more evidence, I can supply that as well.

When you placed your order, the website gives you the exact date of delivery. Since you placed an order on 6/10 at 5 in the afternoon, it shipped the following business day 6/11. Weekends do not count as business days so your 3rd shipping day...
