order confirmation email that was sent to you on 6/21/16 around 6:19pm does state the correct price and description.  We do our best to make sure prices and descriptions are correctly reflected in our ads, but as stated on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections when these errors occur.  The ammo has already been cancelled from your order.  We sincerely apologize for this error.   I see your order for the DPMS .308 Winchester firearm that was ordered on 6/19/2016, order number [redacted].  The firearm was shipped to Allen’s Gun and Leather in Lenoir City Tennessee.  I will contact them and arrange pick up for the firearm.  Upon the return of the firearm there will be a 15% restocking fee.  The refund would be $659.72.   Regards,TedProduct Services Manager

I am rejecting this response because: Ted and I were actually able to talk on the phone not long after he left his voice mail. Our discussion ended on that day with us agreeing that I send him directly a copy of their email that caused this dispute and he will call me back once he get that. He sent me his email address where I forwarded the email in question, see attached. He never called me back again.

They were very nice, had a good conversation. Business is not honoring the advertised price as it was a computer error. I do appreciate their time and courtesy in calling me back.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes I mailed a check with a previous address. The Sportsmans Guide called me in February and I explained the wrong address. I have explained this several times and here I doing it again !  I requested to void the check and I to reorder on line...They processed it anyway.  In response to your insinuation, yes, I expect MY REFUND.  You go ahead and make sure it hasn't been cashed or whatever. I think it's interesting, that if it was mailed to my other address it wasn't forwarded to me. The PO usually does this.
