I am based in Kenya and have booked an order with confirmation as [redacted] on 31/03/2016 and payments against credit card was also made.
To my surprise later the shoope is informing that the products in adequate numbers are not available and can not be shipped and do not even specify what will be the lead time on query??
IN spite of repeated reminders still I am to receive the response??

We definitely apologize for the orders that were cancelled. Unfortunately, the orders were cancelled automatically by our system as our store didn’t process the order on their end in the allotted time. When we cancel an order we send an email to inform customers of the cancellation and apologize...

that you didn’t receive this email. We have reached out by phone to see if you are interested in re-entering the order but we were not able to reach you. We have also sent you an email so we can connect. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience and hope we can connect to re-enter your order.

of the product information I requested.I will require a phone call from someone who can discuss, not just leave a blow off message, the question about the formula I have. The person should also leave a call back number and best time to be reached if they cannot get a hold of me.

The employees are not very nice, even if I have spent a lot if money there this past month. I feel tempted to play the race card.

We reached out to [redacted]r via email on Dec 8th.  In the email we offered to send him the product he desired for free.Unfortunately we have not heard back. ~Carlos

I am rejecting this response because:1) I did not receive any email from vitaminshoppe.com (FYI: I checked the junk/spam folder of my email.)2) Vitaminshoppe.com didn't answer my question with regards to their customer service on phone who took my credit card info but did not place an order for me.3) I prefer them to contact me by email, not comfortable giving them info over the phone.

We have reached out to the customer via phone and email but haven't been able to connect. The BodyTech BOGO 1/2 off ended I week earlier than the Vitamin Shoppe BOGO 1/2 off this year.

We have looked at the transaction and the multivitamin purchased didn’t qualify for our sale. To qualify for the sale the multivitamin purchase had to be $14.99 or more. The multivitamin purchased in the disputed transaction fell a bit short of $14.99. However, we will send a free vitamin D3 to Ms....

The $218.90 portion of the refund processed on 6/26/14 and shold be seen on Mr. [redacted]'s card now.

We contacted [redacted] and informed him of the reason why his order did not ship.  He was happy about the call. We prepared a replacement and sent it via expedited parcel.[redacted] is satisfied with this resolution.[redacted]Customer Care supervisor

Today on September 9th we sent customer an apology via email and also sent him a free order for the products he ordered.

Review: After at least 10 months plus of trying to obtain the credit promised via corporate in New Jersey(tel # I was provided ###-###-#### ) and also dealing with regional rep. [redacted] ###-###-#### who promised a check for $120.00 or cash back to me from the direct store due to a error on their behalf, as admitted - I have still had no success in getting such. The company and Rep give the run around and have not resolved, as promised. Have several names and contact dates.Desired Settlement: Full refund $120.00 via check or cash back from store, as promised.

Review: Keep telling me that my order doesn't pass the verification process and concealing my order and encouraging me to use another card. I tried a few cards and I also confirmed with my credit card company that the transaction went through on their end (I also saw the correct amount pending transactions on my credit cards). My cards don't have any problem. Are you just trying to obtain my credit card information?Desired Settlement: Please send me my order.

I’ve left a message for [redacted] regarding her concern.Our records show the item was returned opened and this is why we issued an in house credit. The credit is for $96.29 and is still valid. The credit can be used at any Vitamin Shoppe store.

I've been ordering supplements from this company for at least 5 years now, and I have never had an issue with them. Delivery is always as promised, everything seems appropriately packaged, and I trust that the products that they sell are not counterfeit and are untampered with.

Review: First: I was charged twice for my order of 6 products so a total of 12 on 2 different transactions. I've called over a dozen times and wad told a different story every time. It took me calling extremely mad for them to tell me it would take 7-10 days tip get my money back but I managed to complain enough that they pushed it through in 2 days however the money isn't in my account yet it's in my pending transactions.

Second: I received my order and according to the photo & description online I wad getting one product but what I received in the shipment wasn't anything like what I ordered. I spoke with a customer service person he said he'd resend me the correct product overnight. I called the next day when I had not received my shippment and asked to speak to a manager. I wad given a very rude person who intern hung up on me. Called back again asked to speak with a manager was given someone else who told me they were not a manager but I have to speak with them first. This is when I learned that the product online wasn't what they had. It was a completely different one.

I told him I wanted tip talk to the head manager. I was once again given someone who wasn't what I asked for. I told him he needed to fix this problem online bc it had been known for a while according to the previous guy that I had spoken to. I also asked him to replace the products that I ordered with a similar product. The only product that they carry that wad similar wad $50 more then original. He offered me 1 of the higher end products then after an hour on the phone with him he offered 2 but that's not the amount I ordered. I asked to speak to his boss the one I wad originally supposed to talk to. He told me to write a letter/email. I had already done that earlier in the week. Never heard anything.Desired Settlement: I want all the 6 products I ordered replaced with the higher end one. It's not my fault that they can't change their products online. They messed up.
