I am rejecting this response because:
This has already been addressed by management. A supervisor. This did not accomplish anything nor did they respond to the audit paper work of funded transactions they returned or cancelled with out my consent. They purposefully ignored my requests to no avail. They also did not follow up with me on these matters with me about any paper work they sent me to fill out. I need more immediate response and follow up with this business as to where my sent funds went and or a refund of my funds back into an account that I choose to put them.thaks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:My problem is that it should not of been paid out,  without proper identification.   The id must not of been truely gone over in the actual location given the fact that I misspelled her name.   Can I have a copy of the id used in this case.  That should of drawn a red flag.   Secondly ive been told twice western Union investigstors was going to call me but never got any calls.   They say they thouroughly investigated but how do u do so without contacting the sender.

released your transaction after an interview; however, your transaction was paid to someone other than the intended receiver.   Western Union has investigated this matter. Our records indicate that on July 11, 2016 you initiated a transaction for $1000.00 to [redacted] in Nigeria. Your transaction was required to undergo a verification process in compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering compliance program or similar legal requirements. On July 11, 2016, your transaction was released and made available for pickup.   On July 12, 2016, a person with identification bearing the name of [redacted] went to an agent location in Nigeria, and provided the MTCN, the sender’s name, place of origin, and the amount expected. Our investigation shows that the money transfer was paid correctly.    Western Union is committed to protecting the interests of our customers, Western Union takes actions to provide accurate delivery of goods or rendering of service; however, our records show these funds were paid to the receiver you requested.  A refund is not available as the funds were paid to the named payee as directed.   Contacting your local authorities will be the next step to take, if you would like to pursue further investigation into your concerns. As a matter of practice, Western Union works closely with law enforcement agencies when official investigations are underway, and we will be happy to do so in this case as well.   Western Union is willing to assist law enforcement with their investigation and will provide any relevant information regarding your case upon receipt of a Subpoena. Read again my complaint and understand that WU did not give me the money and they causedme damages and I spent hours in USA trying to collect my money and they returned the money to the sender.My brother (the sender) in [redacted] is also angry because they did not returned the $37.Please send instructions to your agent in [redacted] to return the $37.

I am rejecting this response because:The business has not addressed the issue. My complaint is in regards to the refund process. I will not wait 30 days for a refund that I may not receive (according to your site). I also have  a problem with paying for a refund. What is the $15 used to fund? Why is the process archaic?
