I appreciate power outage explanation however, my complaint is
not based on short term power outage but rather hazardous oil leaking from a small
ground transformer (# ***) located directly in front of my home that has contaminated
concrete pad, surrounding landscape rock and shrubs noting no vehicle was
involvedTo date, leak has slowed considerably but contamination and the real possibility
of increased future leakage remain

Dear Sir or Madam,APS has responded to Complaint Noby sending an email to the address of: [email protected] to recent updates to your online application, APS's response exceeds the 2,character limit allowed.I have also mailed a copy of APS's response to MrMike
B*** Sincerely,Traci D***APS Consumer Advocate***

I received a phone call from a Traci D*** on 5/11/only to be advised she was calling me because of my contacting the Revdex.com and not my many complaints with
APS. Ms.D*** advised again just like everyone else I have to pay the bill, again I know this my issue is the problems of proof of service and how APS was going to help me. Ms.D*** sent me a letter to give to my landlord and in it stated about my past due and me paying it. It goes to mention I did not contact APS after that payment. AGAIN I WAS NEVER ADVISED I WAS SUPPOSE TO. Ms.D*** also advised me they were having a system update and this might have been the cause of my account problem. I advised her NOT MY PROBLEM.The letter I was sent is not helping me & I REALLY want some kind of credit for my problems-waive the transfer fee!!! I was told this can not happen. I will be calling MsD*** on 5/22/to get her to send the actually bill to my landlord-HOPEFULLY she can do at least that for me

The "civil matter" route has already been takenI have been legally indemnified from this debtHow and when it gets paid is no longer my problem or my concern, therefore, it should not be reported on my creditPlease review the legal document page line specifying that I am no longer liable, page which was stamped by Honorable Chuck W***, Judge of the Superior Court and page in which I have signed, Matthew Patterson has signed and my attorney has signed as notaryPlease excuse the extra blank pages, you will find per the page numbers that the full document is there.I would like to point out that you continue to state that we are both liable, however, this debt is only listed on my creditI understand that you are following your policy, but a legal document relieving someone of a debt signed by both parties on the account should override thatIt makes no sense to any reasonable person to continue to place this on my credit report when it is clear that it is Matthew Patterson's responsibility and not mineIt is not my job to harass him about paying HIS billI don't have the power to dictate when he pays HIS bill so it is also unfair to report an open derogatory account when I have no control over thisBy the way, he promptly defaulted on a subsequent account that he opened with youYou are doing no one justice here. Future creditors should be aware that he is responsible for a debt that he didn't pay

Dear Sir or Madam, Please see the attached letter for APS's full response. Thank You, Traci D***APS Consumer Advocate

non-payment earlier that same dayTherefore, APS advised MsW*** that she

provide APS with a copy of her lease agreement to establish the service
On October 22,
2015, MsW*** stepped into an APS office to provide her picture

appreciate the opportunity to respond
At APS, we care

APS is a
regulated utility and is bound by the rules and regulations set forth by the
Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC)Through these rules and regulations, we
have established security deposit guidelines, which are uniform and fair to all
customersThese guidelines mandate that APS may require a customer to pay a
security deposit in order to establish service
I have
investigated Ms***’s concerns and have found that she called APS on
September 14, to establish electric service in her name at WUnion
Hills Drive Unit in GlendaleMs*** was required to pay a security
deposit of $prior to establishing electric serviceMs*** called APS
the next day to ask if the security deposit could be waived since she is unable
to pay it due to financial reasonsAPS advised Ms*** that the security
deposit could not be waived, however, they would be willing to work with her
and establish a payment arrangement on the deposit allowing her to establish
electric serviceMs*** did not accept APS’s offer and ended the call
I called Ms***
on October 12, to discuss her concerns and left a message for herAt this
time, she has not returned my callI will be happy to discuss her concerns if

I have received your letter dated July 28, regarding the concerns from *** *** and appreciate the opportunity to respondI spoke with *** *** on August 5, and she indicated that she had not yet received the refund check from APSI apologized to her for the delay in receiving the check and hoped she may receive the check over the weekendTherefore, I encouraged her to contact me again on August 8, if she had still not received the refund check by mail.*** *** contacted me on August 8, and stated she had yet to receive the refund checkAs such, I questioned her availability to pick up a refund check at a local APS office *** *** stated she would be willing to drive to an APS office in order to obtain her refund checkTherefore, I agreed to coordinate this with her.On August 10, 2016, *** *** visited a local APS office and obtained her refund check of $from APSAgain, thank you for the opportunity to address *** *** concernsPlease feel free to contact me at the telephone number listed above if you have any questions or if I may be of further assistance

Though they admitted to having faulty equipment at my aptment and eventually fixed it, she still failed to acknowledge that especially during those last days in June of this year-I was not home for half of themSo if someone who like to tell me how..a single person in a one bedroom apt could run up a greater than $electric bill when one is not home for half of them..that is a wonderful questionI am not surprised that APS is willing to blame the consumer for a fault that I have no control over How they continue to carry out their business...well I am happy that I completely moved out of their territory and will never move back to an area where APS is my electric carrier

Dear Sir or Madam:
Again, thank you
for the opportunity to address MrB***’s concernsShould you have any
questions or if I may be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me
directly at *** ***
