Fraud
They are committing fraud and "puffing" their books with old addresses and cancelled accounts. I only heard of this company by the "Egg Whisperer" Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Get regular drugstore CoQ10 and Be Free! IRS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY Today!
Zero stars

Poor customer service
We tried to cancel our order since my father went into hospice and no longer needed supplements. They claimed it way too late to cancel so we waited for the product to arrive and then paid 12 dollars to send it back. We never received a refund so I contacted customer service several times through chat/emails. Zero response. When I called they claimed a check was sent because there was a problem with the credit card on file. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for the check to arrive. I explained that my father was in hospice AGAIN and that he most likely would not live long enough for the check to arrive so they said they would cancel the check and try the credit card again. Almost 3 months later still no refund and my father passed away before getting refunded. I will never buy vitamins with this chaotic company again. It’s sad to see how careless they are when it comes to refunds. Terrible.

Deceptive ordering process
I ordered a supplement suggested by the doctor using the Theralogix web page. Weeks later my credit card was billed for an "automatic refill" that I did not authorize. After calling customer service I was informed "all new orders become automatic refill" I was not aware of this and would not have asked for this service if given the opportunity. I feel duped into a scheme of generating additional profits for Theralogix by using customers payment information given for a one time order to keep sending products that are unwanted. Now I have to send back the unwanted product at my own expense hoping that Theralogix will credit me for the unexpected charge. I am very disappointed with how this situation is being handled.

The worst customer care ever
I have bought some products online through their website, when I pushed the pay button my address was overwritten with another address. I called them that moment to fix the address, they said oh sorry we can not change the address even though the package is not processed yet and it was ordered 1 min ago. So you have to pay the money and see your package is delivered to a wrong address! that simple! this is the type of support they provide for their consumers. They only care about the money not the customer. I am so upset and pissed.

It was my worst experience with a product and a company. Dont make yourself sick buying products from this brand. I am following a lawsuit.

Most incompetent and dishonest customer service
I changed my address on the Theralogix site prior to their shipping me a scheduled order. The order, however, went to my former address. When I looked online, I saw my old address still there. So I changed it again and then refreshed the page. Still no change. So I signed out and in again and changed it again. The old address still appeared. I then called customer service and the agent said she would change it. After a long wait, she stated that she did and that the item would be shipped to my new address ASAP. I called back a few days later and was told it takes days to update the system for a new address. I called in a few days and spoke with Phyllis and asked for a credit for my $50 payment. She said a manager would get back to me. I then called and spoke to Terry when nobody got back to me. She said a manager would definitely get back to me today. Another lie! I spoke to Michelle on April 8, who told me the item was already shipped today. I then said I would like a credit anyway for all the aggravation I went through, and that now I had missed my physician-ordered pills for about 2 weeks now. She said her supervisor Yolanda would call me back that day. She did not. I then checked online the following day and noticed that at 11 pm on April 8 a label was first created for a UPS shipment. So it was not already shipped. Another sleazy lie! On Monday, April 12 I spoke to Sharita who confirmed the shipment went out April 9. I again asked for a manager and after a long wait, I was connected to Cricket, who identified herself as a supervisor. When I explained the chronological events and how upset I was and how I would like a credit for my troubles, she said she would have to ask a manager, but would definitely call me back today, April 12. Another liar! No call at all. I will give it one more day before I join the many people who have filed BBB complaints against the company. For anyone who has problems with customer service at Theralogix, you might want to call Chris Good, COO or the CEO Jay Hammer at 301-610-9940 in Rockville, MD. If you haven't done business with these people before, I recommend you stay away.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate that Theralogix provided a refund due to this complaint, the information they are providing on their sales practices through their website is inaccurateThey definitely DO automatically sign you up for the auto-refill option the first time you order the project and after I searched heavily through their sight I was able to find this informationThere is no option to order the product without auto-refillYou will see in the document I am attaching the image of their website where it shows this is the caseIf you look carefully here you will see that is automatic when you orderThis is also mentioned when you checkout but, again, there is no option to choose just one single shipment, auto-refill is required This information is not easily identifiable, especially when it is a MANDATORY part of ordering the product even the first time, and is quite unusualUnfortunately I am not able to show you any information on the difficulty involved with cancelling the auto-refill because I still have not found it on their websiteIt seems the only option is to call into their call center and be berated by their customer service agents about how you "chose" the auto-refill option and there is nothing they can do to help youEventually, if you argue with them long enough, they will cancel any future auto-refill shipments, but measures like this are necessary to be refunded any auto-refill payments you were not aware would be madeDue to the comments the business made contradicting this information, and their explicit comfort with continuing to mislead their customers, I can not say that I am satisfied with the resolutionThough I recognize that they may not want to make changes to their website to make this information more easily identifiable, I would hope that they would at least recognize that they do not give customers an option to order this product without auto-refill, and do not provide any direction on their website to cancel any future orders, or at least apologize for the very difficult customer service that was received when I tried to cancel and be refunded what I was owedInstead they decide to make a point that there is an option for customers to "choose" auto-refill or not, that does not actually exist, and claim that they try to make cancellation "easy" Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I replied to the one email from Christopher G [redacted] the same day it was sent (8/5) - I have not received a reply nor any other contactI didn't pay for expedited shipping (nor did I get) - I requested it for all of the trouble I went through to fill one orderThe order came in standard time and we are now behind schedule with our physician's recommended course of treatment Regards, [redacted]

We appreciate [redacted] ’s feedback Theralogix has a thorough quality control process, and we strive to provide the best quality product possible, including such details as tablet count in our bottles In a separate communication, we have provided [redacted] with a bottle of Bladder at no charge to compensate him for the reduced tablet count in his latest order Theralogix takes several steps to ensure that the proper count is contained in each bottle including using automated tablet counters in the bottling process, random sampling of bottles including hand counting of tablets to test quality, and finally a high accuracy weighing of the final product intended to identify any bottle that does not have an accurate count As a result of this complaint, we will review the process with our manufacturing team to ensure it is being followed and that it achieves the results intended In addition to this highlighting a quality control concern, [redacted] ’s complaint also mentions an interaction with our customer service representative that is less than positive Anytime a customer is unhappy with our company we take their feedback seriously Regardless of the details behind the short tablet count, Theralogix did not adequately resolve this issue when it was brought to our attention It is not our intention to provide a customer with anything less than what they paid for, and we stand by our products This philosophy will be highlighted and coached with our customer service representatives so that any similar issues will result in a satisfactory resolution for the customer

Revdex.com- Theralogix investigates all customers service complaints We appreciate customer feedback and use what we learn from this feedback to improve our customer service In reviewing this complaint, we believe that the way we communicated with [redacted] contributed to confusion over her charges, as well as confusion over the timing of the cancellation of her future orders Theralogix will take the appropriate actions to improve the way we describe our policy and actions in both of these areas to ensure they are easily understood by customers Theralogix has reviewed this complaint as well as the associated details of the transaction and the customer service interaction for [redacted] We believe that at this time, the issues have been resolved for this customer The dispute in this case may be a result of confusion over how the customer’s bank presented a preauthorization on her payment card [redacted] ’s bank held funds on her account as a result of a pre-authorization by Theralogix Theralogix did not execute a transaction for the disputed amount on her payment card, however this was poorly communicated to the customer Additionally, while [redacted] ’s auto-refill order was cancelled per her request, this too was poorly communicated to her As she stated in her complaint, she intended to receive a first shipment and then cancel her future auto-refill orders At the time she called to cancel her future shipments, her initial order had not yet shipped Since [redacted] wished to receive a first shipment, the customer service representative suggested that she not cancel her order until after her first shipment was sent, after which she could then cancel any future auto-refill orders should she want to do so We understand that this was poorly communicated to [redacted] , and furthermore that the representative could have taken instructions to cancel future orders and executed those instructions at the appropriate timeWe appreciate [redacted] ’s feedback and intend to make changes as a result Theralogix

Tried to order from their site, didn't workTried to order through their customer service center and was redirected to a PayPal orderFilled out the form clicked on same shipping as billing address They sent it to another town and claim it is my faultWon't refund or ship another product

Revdex.com and [redacted] - Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention Our products do not qualify for use by [redacted] cards, which will result in a card decline if a [redacted] card is used in an attempted purchase Theralogix will make changes to our website as a result of being alerted to this issue We will prominently display an alert on the checkout page of our website that informs clients that [redacted] cards cannot be used to purchase our productsAdditionally, we will provide guidance in the Q&A section of our website that explains in greater detail why our products do not qualify for purchase by [redacted] cards, and we will also provide guidance regarding the steps to take to get reimbursed through a [redacted] after completing a purchase Finally, Theralogix will conduct training of our representatives to ensure they understand and can communicate this policy We have reached out to, but have not yet been in communication with [redacted] to ensure that we have resolved this issue to her satisfaction and to confirm her billing details We will also confirm that she can successfully log in to her account We will continue to make attempts to reach her regarding this matter It is our intent to adjust her billing to ensure that she was not charged for expedited shipping if that was the case, and to otherwise resolve the matter to her satisfaction Her feedback is very helpful on this issue and we make changes as a result

when you call their customer service, they're reps are not knowledgable and puts you on hold for a long period of time to check on things that they should already know and then gives you wrong informationI was advised times by different representatives and a manager that their vitamins have a year shelf life and yet the expiration date on the bottle they just sent me expires in less than 6monthsAt first I asked for a new bottle but after speaking with their customer service reps and manager, all I wanted was a refundThey make you jump through hoops for a refund when its their errorMost people just assume a company is going to send you a product that doesn't expire before its all used so the expiration date is probably not looked at by consumers which is what Theralogix was probably banking on when they send out old almost expiring productsThere is something wrong with your customer service department when you call just wanting your issue resolved ends up making you feel frustrated, irate and never wanting to do business with your company ever again

To the Revdex.com- Theralogix has refunded this charge to [redacted] We will review our exception process for this type of customer service issue While our return policy states that we will provide a refund to customers once the returned product is received by Theralogix, we will review this policy to determine if this is the appropriate policy, and also if customer service representatives should have greater discretion in making exceptions to the policy Furthermore, as [redacted] points out, at the time that she called and requested a refund, our website did not clearly indicated that her order had already shipped For these reasons, we agree with [redacted] that a refund is warranted, and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused her We would like to clarify some points that [redacted] makes in her complaint Theralogix makes every effort to ensure that we make it easy for customers to manage their account, and that we describe fully how our auto-refill program works, the benefits of the program, how to enroll, and how to cancel auto-refill orders Depending upon the product, Theralogix offers free shipping on orders when a customer enrolls in our auto-refill program This is clearly indicated in multiple locations on the site Auto refill enrollment is not automatic and a customer must select this option to complete their order with the auto-refill program selected On the same customer service page where [redacted] noted her shipment date, customers can cancel their orders and do other account maintenance We strive to make account management easy for customers, and have an auto-refill program option to provide easy ordering, convenience, and discounted pricing to customers Sincerely, Theralogix

Theralogix will review our website content to ensure that our auto-refill shipment policy is clear for those products to which it applies We operate similar to a mail order pharmacy, and our model is to provide convenient reshipment of orders so that customers receive refills exactly when they need them We make every effort to tell our customers about the auto-refill program, and we believe that many customers choose to do business with us because they prefer our auto-refill program, among other things they like about our company and products Currently, we note our auto-refill policy on our product pages, as well as on our checkout page On the order check-out page, we require that a customer check a disclosure box to acknowledge that they are aware that they are enrolling in an auto-refill program (for those products for which this applies) before they can complete their order In the same place on that page we explain how the program works, and how a customer can place a single shipment order should they chose to do so Just below this section we explain how a customer can manage their account, including how they can cancel their order at any time Attached to this response are screen shots of all of these sections of our webpage, including the page that [redacted] references in her response Orders only default to auto-refill for products that are typically used for health maintenance (long term use), and for which we try to make ordering and reshipments easy and convenient, and for which we provide free shipping We do not intend to mislead customers regarding auto-refill orders, and we take several steps to make the policy apparent, to explain the reasons and benefits to the policy, and also to provide customers with other options and an easy ability to cancel an order should they decide to do so We are disappointed that [redacted] feels that she was not made aware that her order was an auto refill program order For this reason we cancelled her order and provided a refund to her We take all customer feedback seriously, and will further review our site to ensure that the details of our auto-refill program, when it applies, are being made apparent to customers

To the Revdex.com-Theralogix has refunded this charge to [redacted] We will review our exception process for this type of customer service issue While our return policy states that we will provide a refund to customers once the returned product is received by Theralogix, we will review this policy to determine if this is the appropriate policy, and also if customer service representatives should have greater discretion in making exceptions to the policy Furthermore, as [redacted] points out, at the time that she called and requested a refund, our website did not clearly indicated that her order had already shipped For these reasons, we agree with [redacted] that a refund is warranted, and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused her We would like to clarify some points that [redacted] makes in her complaint Theralogix makes every effort to ensure that we make it easy for customers to manage their account, and that we describe fully how our auto-refill program works, the benefits of the program, how to enroll, and how to cancel auto-refill orders Depending upon the product, Theralogix offers free shipping on orders when a customer enrolls in our auto-refill program This is clearly indicated in multiple locations on the site Auto refill enrollment is not automatic and a customer must select this option to complete their order with the auto-refill program selected On the same customer service page where [redacted] noted her shipment date, customers can cancel their orders and do other account maintenance We strive to make account management easy for customers, and have an auto-refill program option to provide easy ordering, convenience, and discounted pricing to customers Sincerely, Theralogix

Revdex.cbelieve that this complaint should be attributed not to Theralogix, but to a third party with whom we do business We take our standing with Revdex.com very seriously, and would like to have this complaint removed from our record if possible as we believe the issues arose from an error by
another company, that happened then to direct a customer to Theralogix in error Please contact Theralogix so that we may better understand our options regarding this response In regards to this complaint, Theralogix has
immediately investigated this issue with the third party fulfillment center to
whom this complaint can be attributed This fulfillment
center (with whom Theralogix has a business relationship), associated this individual with Theralogix in error, and the
individual is not in fact a Theralogix customer and did not intend to place an
order with Theralogix Our understanding from our discussion with the fulfillment center is that while conducting employee training they inadvertently sent a message to an individual in their training database This message happened to be a Theralogix order message, which they keep on file Theralogix has reviewed both our policies and those of the fulfillment center to ensure that
no live/actual customer data is used during employee training.
We appreciate being alerted to this issue We take any issues regarding customer
information seriously In this case, we believe the third party fulfillment center is the party responsible for the complaint Theralogix will take appropriate action regarding its relationship with this fulfillment center, and will continue to safeguard customer information
Should
the Revdex.com desire to contact or follow up with the third party fulfillment center,
please contact the undersigned for further details regarding the third party
fulfillment center Christopher G*** Chief Operating OfficerTheralogix

I ordered products for $totalAfter charging me for the products I ordered they started processing additional charges not related to my order in any wayI called customer service and she said she would speak with supervisor as that was IT errorThen she started yelling at me and being rude to meI am still waiting for both my initially ordered products and additional charges resolutionFor the price of the products they offer they should have better customer serviceI will NOT buy again and don't recommend dealing with them

Ms***- Sorry that you had this experience with us. It is always our intent to be clear in our communication and we are happy to refund your order. Just to clarify the activity on your account, you ordered TheraCranHP from Theralogix back in 2015, and enrolled in
our auto refill program. In 2017, the formulation of this product was updated, and the product name was updated to TheraCran One. This may have contributed to the confusion regarding this product, and your order. We have refunded your payment from 1/2/18. There is no need to return the bottle you received, it is yours to keep and useWe have also cancelled your auto refill order of TheraCran. I hope we get the chance to earn back your business. SincerelyTheralogix
