over her charges, as well as confusion over the timing of the cancellation of her future orders.  Theralogix will take the appropriate actions to improve the way we describe our policy and actions in both of these areas to ensure they are easily understood by customers.     Theralogix has reviewed this complaint as well as the associated details of the transaction and the customer service interaction for [redacted].  We believe that at this time, the issues have been resolved for this customer.   The dispute in this case may be a result of confusion over how the customer’s bank presented a preauthorization on her payment card.  [redacted]’s bank held funds on her account as a result of a pre-authorization by Theralogix.  Theralogix did not execute a transaction for the disputed amount on her payment card, however this was poorly communicated to the customer.  Additionally, while [redacted]’s auto-refill order was cancelled per her request, this too was poorly communicated to her.  As she stated in her complaint, she intended to receive a first shipment and then cancel her future auto-refill orders.  At the time she called to cancel her future shipments, her initial order had not yet shipped.  Since [redacted] wished to receive a first shipment, the customer service representative suggested that she not cancel her order until after her first shipment was sent, after which she could then cancel any future auto-refill orders should she want to do so.  We understand that this was poorly communicated to [redacted], and furthermore that the representative could have taken instructions to cancel future orders and executed those instructions at the appropriate time. I am rejecting this response because:I replied to the one email from Christopher G[redacted] the same day it was sent (8/5) - I have not received a reply nor any other contact. I didn't pay for expedited shipping (nor did I get) - I requested it for all of the trouble I went through to fill one order. The order came in standard time and we are now behind schedule with our physician's recommended course of treatment.

The reviews listed here are point less because they are about customer service not product. I have suffered from chronic prostatitis for over forty years. Nothing helped. My highly skilled urologist, Dr. W[redacted] of LaGrange, IL Urology, recommended this product. I can only say that it works. In a follow up visit with him, he told me 3 of the 4 patients he recommended it to found it helpful. Who cares about customer service? Supplements are about results. My review is about the product. For the record, I am not a big believer in any kind of medication, including supplements.

when you call their customer service, they're reps are not knowledgable and puts you on hold for a long period of time to check on things that they should already know and then gives you wrong information. I was advised 3 times by different representatives and a manager that their vitamins have a 3 year shelf life and yet the expiration date on the bottle they just sent me expires in less than 6months. At first I asked for a new bottle but after speaking with their customer service reps and manager, all I wanted was a refund. They make you jump through hoops for a refund when its their error. Most people just assume a company is going to send you a product that doesn't expire before its all used so the expiration date is probably not looked at by consumers which is what Theralogix was probably banking on when they send out old almost expiring products. There is something wrong with your customer service department when you call just wanting your issue resolved ends up making you feel frustrated, irate and never wanting to do business with your company ever again.

I order from Theralogix and choose a priority shipping and paid an extra to get delivered within 2-business daysBut after days when I call back to customer care checking with the status why the product is not delivered to me than I got a response that for priority mail it is 2-business days not 2-business days and it was a technical error and they will write to a IT deptI do not believe that at a time of placing an order it is saying 2-business days and under shipping policy section it is showing me the same I am not sure how it is technical issueThey were selling product by providing incorrect informationI will definitely not recommend any one to buy this product
