Hello-
Our records indicate that we delivered on 12/one miniature elephant keepsake box engraved with I Love You. The only charge to the customer was for the item that delivered in the amount of $38.73. The glasses were removed from the original order and were not billed to the
card
If this information is not accurate, please advise and we will make this right

We apologize that many of the items ordered were out of stock in our stores.
We have apologized and offered to assist is the selection of replacement items.
We have followed up with our stores and customer service department to address stock issues and communication breakdown.
We are researching the email correspondence in an attempt to understand where the breakdown occurred on our end so that we can provide the necessary coaching and follow up.
We made an offer of a gift certificate in the hopes that our customer would give us another opportunity to serve. This is our customer satisfaction policy, regardless of whether or not the customer asks for it
At this time, we have taken all of the action possible to address the complaint. I am sorry that we are unable to resolve this to the customer's satisfaction

A full refund for the cost of the pen and engraving has been processed and will settle with our bank at midnight tonight

The flutes have been replaced and are in the store awaiting pick up. As soon as we are able to reach the customer, we will also be providing an in-store credit on a future purchase for her inconvenience

Customer has been refunded as of 12/09/15. A gift voucher has been sent for her inconvenience

Replacement was shipped and delivered on 9/2/16. 30% refund was provided as well
