Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge that county jails and tdcjs gtta look thru the books first so it takes a awhile. thats why I sent it expedited so it wont take as long as the free shipping method but until after the order was made was when the email comfirmation of order said that it would take 4-8 business days which is the same as free shipping in my area. san antonio. ive received books from yall plenty times. so I know how long they take which is like 5 or 6 days max on free shipping. thats why I wanted it expedited. so may I please get my refund back for the shipping cost.
